Futurists are experimenting with nanotechnologies with a view to eventually uploading your thoughts to the cloud, which presumably could theoretically then upload retrievable memories from the past. Was that what this self-described Apple employee was clumsily referencing? Laugh at me all you like, that was a real conversation that I really overheard. I am not saying that this man’s comment is true or that this tech is realized. I reported that I heard this self-described Apple employee really discuss these matters. And I do think technologies such as these, realized or not, are terrifying.

Mira Nair, @ZohranKMamdani ‘s illustrious Harvard-educated mom, came to the United States from India at 19. She is now 67. She became a US citizen only in 2006. 19 years ago. When she was 48. So Mira Nair, educated in the US, living in Chelsea, NY, working in the US, raising a child here, chose NOT to be an American for nearly three decades.
2/ Mira Nair’s son Zohran came to this country at 7. He became a US (dual Ugandan) citizen in 2018, just before running for the Assembly. He is 33. So 26 years as NOT an American, 13 of them as an adult. Can you even stay in the US for 13 years legally with only Ugandan citizenship? Why did he not become a US citizen via his mom? Sincere questions . @ZohranKMamdani

2/ Also I am not the one saying "CIA' or "deep state." I am a tech CEO, and @CaseymenasMD's nomination is clearly a Big Tech data play. As is your company, and your prominence, respectfully, @Calleymeans. Doesn't it say something that the only two tech founders who are well known in the MAHA movement, @Nicoleshanahan and myself, are equally taken aback by your sister's nomination? Tech CEOs understand the red flag represented by a $313 million valuation for a company founded by someone with no tech experience, no successful exists, a company with few subscribers and no new technology, whose investors include Google and SpaceX investors. The bonanza to be achieved by applying AI or third party platforms to US citizen's health data is a gold mine and also a catastrophe. Ugly. levels.com/podcasts/casey….
3/ This is Levels' growth over FIVE YEARS. Totally FLAT til May of 2024, when the Means siblings began to be in the news as "Maha." ZERO organic growth since shortly after it was launched in 2020. Not only flat but DECLINING, til the Means' siblings were in the news. How is this going to generate a valuation of $313 million? Why would it even generate new investment? I am following the LA fire news religiously from multiple sources but am baffled by one question. In a catastrophe such as this there are normally floods of evacuees OUT. Do you see that? Where are 180,000 people plus those who are trying to avoid the fire, going?
2/ I don’t see images of people fleeing the fires, stories about how infrastructure is handling or not handling what should be 1000s of Angelenos fleeing the fires, announcements about help to flee the fires. I don’t see maps telling people how to leave safely, just warnings that highways are closed or may close. What am I missing? It’s almost as if a/people are not leaving in a normal way or b/ that narrative is being suppressed or c/ the usual assistance given to help people leave safely is being blanked out.
3/ I’ve been up late last night and all day today texting news and images of where the fire is spreading, news of looting, to a friend in LA to keep her up to date and SHE IS NOT GETTING up to date news in her own algorithm. Whole areas such as Encino are not updating. Are people in LA getting objective news about danger?
