1/ I have some things I feel it is my duty as a human being to share about what is going on in the Middle East. But X is a terrible place to convey multiple thoughts and emotions without being taken out of context or being misrepresented. So bear with me.
2/ I have been haunted by the profound evil we have seen from Hamas. There are partly censored videos and images that we must watch, it’s our duty in this time to bear witness to the horror and never let it be minimized or skirted over. The perpetrators must be hunted down
3/ and sent back to the bowels of hell. Those kidnapped must be rescued, somehow. Hamas has called for hatred to be directed against Jews around the world. Every one of us must stand up against this hatred and protect our neighbours and let them know we care.
4/ As for Gaza, I fear the heavy hand of military retaliation against Hamas in a densely populated area will leave many innocent civilians dead and injured. Many civilians will have no place to go and will be caught in the crossfire or face great hardships and suffering.
5/ Let’s never forget the evil massacres, stand up against hatred, and stand for the innocent who need our help in this conflict.
