Jai Anant who claims he is close ally of Mahua and knows lot of her secrets sent an affidavit to CBI

In which he mentioned Mahua abused his MP privileges and collected confidential policy information from parliament proceedings and gave it to Hiranandani in exchange of money

In this thread, complete details of that affidavit that Jai Anant sent to Hiranandani

1. Mahua is fond of luxurious goods. Hiranandani gave him :
- Costly Iphones
- Diamond and emrald jewellery
- Scarves from Hermes and Louis Vuitton
- 35 pair shoes of Salvatore Ferragamo

- Dozen of bottles of costly french Italian vines
- Luxury cosmetics from Dubai
- Gucci bags
- Berluti crocodile leather bag
- Regular delivery of Cash in rupees and Pounds

2. Hiranandani gave 20000 British pounds in front of him

3. All MPs have access to Loksabha

Online portal where they can ask questions and take information.

Mahua gave her Loksabha portal username n password to Hiranandani n Hiranandani used that portal to ask questions and extract crucial info

4. Mahua asked 61 questions in Loksabha, 50 of them were directly

Benefitting to Hiranandani group

5. In his affidavit, Jai Anant shared details of all those questions

6. All this quid pro quo is going on since 2018

7. In March 2020, Hiranandani gave Rs 75 lacs to Mahua

8. In May 2021, Hiranandani gave Rs 2 crore to Mahua n asked her to

Target Adani

9. He gave her furniture n his architecture to renovate her flat

10. In a West Bengal tender, Adani defeated Hiranandani and due to that he was angry on Adani. He wanted her to pressurise govt to cancel this tender

Hiranandani said to her

Mahua kept asking questions in parliament that were useful for Hiranandani business intrest n kept sharing him n in return kept taking money

Hiranandani was well aware of weakness of Mahua for luxuries, he used to call, she was in pocket of him

Mahua has completely rejected all these allegations

All allegations made by Jai Anant to her are very serious and further enquiry will tell these are correct or not

Since he is a close ally so prima facie, these allegations can't be rejected
We will know further with time
