Hey @SkyNews

I am an investigative journalist - who has done a bit of investigating - and I have a couple of questions for you about your reporting on the Islamist / Jihadist demonstration that took place in London on Saturday.

Thread
⬇️⬇️⬇️
You sent a journo to the demo - where she interviewed people.

Your journo spoke to demonstrators and asks explicitly about the genocidal chant "from the river to the sea" - which is then promoted by you to your viewers as a peaceful chant (which it certainly isn't).
Your journo then says this

"the crux - from the people we have been speaking to is peace in the Middle East - that is the recurrent call we are hearing - strong emotions - but peace is the sentiment here'... Your journo is pushing a false message. But it gets worse...
While your journo was telling your viewers how wonderful and peaceful it all was - she was literally standing by a placard which spoke of 'resistance' (code for slaughtering Jews). How did she miss this?.. Why not point out the discrepancy? Image
So I wondered about your journo. The person you sent to the demo was Sadiya Chowdhury.

So I looked at her feed on 'X'. And soon realised she is an Israel-hating activist... Her feed is full of anti-Israel propaganda and hate - going back years: Image
Then I checked her likes. She liked this one... which is by the antisemitic Palestine Solidarity Campaign - chest-beating about the very demo in London - you sen her to report on... She supported the demo herself. Do you get how twisted this is?? Image
And she liked this one - in arabic - which goes on about 300k (!!) demonstrators in London against the 'Zionist occupation'. Image
She even disgracefully liked this tweet - by Clare Daly - one of the toxic far-left Irish MEPs.

Clare attacks the EU for - on Oct 7 - standing in solidarity with Israel over the brutal slaughter of its civilians. Why on earth did Chowdhury like this vile , offensive tweet? Image
It is relentless - tweet after tweet and like after like - supporting tweets by the boss of Electronic Intifada - amplifying the voice of Qatari mouthpieces such as Middle East Eye - and support for accusations such as genocide and apartheid. We get it - she hates Israel.
She even likes tweets by the Muslim Association of Britain.. which is an extremist group in the UK with a history of pro-Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas ties. Image
And of course - before working for Sky - Chowdhury was working at outlets such as the Islam Channel and Arab News - where she ad been attacking Israel for decades. Image
But this isn't about Sadiya. I mean yes - she is not fit to work the story - but you (SKY) are the ones spreading this anti-Israel propaganda to the world.

You are putting people with an agenda on TV - and MISINFORMING the British public about what is happening on our streets.
So my questions.

1. Did you tell your viewers that your journalist was an anti-Israel activist herself?

2. Do you normally deploy anti-Israel activists as journos to promote anti-Israel causes?

3. Do you feel your report told the truth - or pushed an agenda?

Shameful.

Accounts on social media sites such as Twitter portray a wonderful history of a state called 'Palestine' -

So let us look a little deeper -
thread
⬇️⬇️⬇️
First the historical facts.

For the 19th century Islamic world, the area was a sparsely populated forgotten backwater with rival clans and nomadic tribes presenting a hazardous obstacle for every trip. 2/17
‘Palestine’ was never anything but a name of European imperial / colonial conquest (Greek, Roman, Crusader and then British). It had been left to rot by an Islamic empire that did not care. Even Al Aqsa - (deliberately built on top of a holy Jewish site) was left to decay. 3/17

A thread on the lies about Israel being a 'racist' or 'Apartheid' state

⬇️⬇️

I live in Israel for 19 years, and lost a good friend during the 2nd Intifada when a terrorist turned a pub on the beachfront into a scene from a disaster movie 1/12
I also tutored the son of a friend - and helped him through his exams - only to see him murdered by Hamas.

Israel tried to make peace with the Palestinians over and over again and the result was always the same – exploding buses, cafes and malls. 2/12
Which is why it is so offensive to see people who hate the Jewish state turn Israel’s need to defend its citizens – into something nasty.

This week we saw these lies from progressive US politicians such as @IlhanMN @RashidaTlaib and @AOC 3/12 Image

The @spectator just gave a platform to an antisemitic conspiracy theory...

Thread 1/14
⬇️⬇️⬇️
They just reviewed a book by the anti-Zionist Avi Shlaim that claims 'Zionists' were behind the exodus of Jews from Iraq in the early 1950s.

Written by @justinmarozzi the review is gushing in admiration for the book.

Except the whole thing is an antisemitic rabbit hole. 2/14
The conspiracy has been around a long time and Avi Shlaim (who likes BDS and thought Labour's antisemitism crisis was a sham) has an enormous chip on his shoulder.

It suggests that explosions in 1950/1 (they say were set by zionists) caused the happy Iraqi Jews to leave. 3/14

We all know that the Guardian hates Israel and has an obsession with demonising the Jewish state.

A few days ago @guardian published yet another rancid article.

What I found was sickening - even by the Guardian's toxic standards:

Thread 1/13
⬇️⬇️⬇️
The article was about the upcoming 'Boycott Divestment and Sanctions Bill'.

A bill that seeks to stop obsessive activists abusing local public bodies (and tax payer money) to disrupt community cohesion and drive their own foreign policy. 2/13
Most of the time these activists are antisemites who obsess over Israel and want to boycott it (the BDS movement).

BDS seeks to wipe Israel off the map.

Of course the Guardian never mention this in the article - because they want readers to oppose the bill. 3/13

Well today is 'Nakba Day' - if you believe the story the anti-Israel industry spins on the 15 may - then I suggest that you read this thread - 1/13

#Nakba #NakbaDay #Nakba75

Thread ⬇️⬇️⬇️
There are two 'Nakbas'.

1. The real catatrophe that occured when the Arabs failed to wipe out the Jewish state.

2. The mythical narrative that they remember on Nakba Day 2/13
They build their story on several pillars:
That the Palestinians welcomed the Jews
The Palestinians were innocent victims
The Jews planned to expel them
It was a one-sided slaughter
The demographic weakness of the Jews
The Arab armies had to save the Palestinians 3/13 Image

As the rockets on Israel stop and the radical Islamic terrorists agree to a cease-fire, Israel is once again demonised in the media. It is worth remembering a few key points: 1/10

Thread ⬇️⬇️⬇️
In the early 1990s Israel tried to make peace with the Palestinians. They naively legitimised Yasser Arafat (mainly due to international pressure) and allowed Arafat to bring in a police force.

In the hope of making peace Israel gave power and weapons to terrorists. 2/10 Image
Israel wanted to give the Palestinians the opportunity to rule themselves and so started with Gaza and Jericho. The Israeli right wing warned that Palestinians would fire rockets from Gaza. Rabin mocked them - promising their would be no rockets. 3/10
