A lot of fake news is coming out in the last 25 minutes regarding a potential attack on USS Carney.
Approximately 30 minutes ago the US Navy posted a tweet talking about photos of the day which I will attached below. One of those photos of the day is over the weekend of the USS Carney firing SM2 missiles at Houthi drones and missiles. Iranian propaganda channels within 5 minutes. Started posting that the ship had been attacked.
From there within 7 minutes after the US Navy made their photo of the day post it started showing up on open source intelligence channels and in Twitter spaces purporting and alleged attack.

This is highly likely a case of circular reporting. Twitter is reporting Iranian propaganda channels and Iranian propaganda channels are basing their misinformation on the photo of the day by the US Navy.
Not attacking any specific Twitter account. Just highlighting how misinformation can spread based off legitimate information and create new false narratives.

More fake news. How do we know this video is fake? Well it is currently 3:00 a.m. local time in the vicinity of USS Carney and it's been about an hour since the telegram channels started posting of this made up attack which means it would have been 2:00 a.m. this video is in broad daylight
Also, the video in my previous tweet is from 2018 of an attack on UAE vessel.

Let's do some more fact checking shall we.
Does Hamas have relations with Al Qaeda and ISIS groups or Al Qaeda and ISIS affiliate groups. That answer is yes.

What about history between Hamas and Al-Qaeda.

According to Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of Hamas, he said Osama bin Laden was one of the great jihadists of the Islamic nation. The connection between Hamas and Al-Qaeda can be seen via Abdullah Yusuf Azzam, one of the founders of Al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden’s spiritual mentor. Azzam was an active member of the Muslim Brotherhood. The founder of Hamas, Sheik Ahmed Yassin, was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood as well. Azzam has been credited as being a co-author and or solely written the August 1988 Charter of Hamas.
Azzam included the full Hamas charter in his book titled “Hamas: The Historical Roots and Covenant.”

What about ISIS?
Over the years, reports have emerged, even on Hamas-affiliated websites, that members of the Islamic State in Sinai are also involved with the Iz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas. Hamas allowed all Salafi organizations to continue their activities in the Gaza Strip following its 2007 conquest, given their shared ideological base.

Hamas also shares many of the same beliefs, goals and ideologies of Al Qaeda and ISIS including, a shared ideological basis of Salafia-Jihadia.
Hamas like al-Qaeda and ISIS believe that the purpose of the Islamic caliphate is to fight the infidels and interlopers, led by the Jews. They believe this to be a continuous jihad that is not limited in time. The basic concepts of radical Islam as expressed in the writings of Hassan al-Banna, the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood, Sayyid Qutb, Abdullah Azzam, Yusuf Al-Qaradawi, Fraj Hassan, Sadad al-Husseini Sayyid Qutb’s and others and are shared by all Salafi-Jihadi terrorist organizations.

Tawhid al-Jihad a Palestinian based Al-Qaeda group that operates out of the Gaza strip has fought side by side with Islamic State Sinai Province which operates in Egypt which has many members from the Palestinian Gaza strip Hamas has little to no issues with these groups.

As for the manual, are there manuals out there that ISIS has created based on al Qaeda manuals from the early 2000s. That answer is yes, most recently with 2019 in a 4 part guide published by Islamic State media titled.
"The Temporary Fall of Cities as a Working Method for the Mujahideen"
There is also a slew of old Al-Qaeda training manuals from the early to mid 2000s, such as specific manuals that deals with hydrogen cyanide weapons such as
"Al-Mubtakkar (The Unique invention): To Send the Gaseous Killer to the Stubborn Infidels"
"A Course in Popular Poisons and Deadly Gases"
"Encyclopedia of Poisons"
(American Civil Liberties Union has digitized descriptions of these manuals from the Combatting Terrorism Center at United States Military Academy at West Point)

Have Palestinian-based groups contributed to these manuals that answer is yes most notably the
"Interrogation Methods in the Prisons of the Zionist. Enemy and How to Counter Them"

So no it is not propaganda if they have recovered a training manual that has Al Qaeda and ISIS texts there are Palestinians in the Gaza strip that are affiliated with Tawhid al-Jihad and Islamic State Sinai Peninsula that also partook in the October 7 attacks and Hamas has had no issue with these 2 groups and Palestinian terrorists groups have contributed to the creation of training manuals disseminated by Al-Qaeda and ISIS.

As for the white phosphorus claim people have confused the D528 (smoke screen projectiles) with M852 (white phosphorus-based rounds).
DODIC for 155mm M825A1 projectiles is D528. These produce a large blinding smoke screen, and can cause burns. They are entirely different from white phosphorus "bombs". They have perfectly legitimate military uses
For example these rounds provide cover and obscure the view of enemy troops. It is also able to interfere with infrared technology and also weapons tracking systems, such as ground-to-air missiles.

Also the use of white phosphorus is not banned under international law, but the use of it in heavily populated areas is outlawed. Protocol 3 of the UN's Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons "prohibits the use of weapons primarily designed to set fire to objects or cause burn injuries against civilians".

Ramzy Youssef who was the architect of the 1993 World trade Center bombing and who's maternal uncle is Khalid Sheikh Mohammed the principal architect of September 11th terrorist attacks.
Also to note on this website in regards to this specific book is that it was uploaded from an archive has been published on this website under Creative Commons license and claims the book was created in 2010 which would be when ISIS was still part of Al-Qaeda then known as AQI (Al Qaeda, Iraq) in 2010 Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi took over AQI and started expanding operations into Syria where there where still an Al-Qaeda affiliate till 2013 when they officially change their name to ISIS and broke away from Al-Qaeda in 2014.

Fact check Hamas does possess the capability. The R160 rocket has a 331lb warhead.
The R160 has several warhead types:
High Explosive
Anti-Personal
Armor Piercing

R160 range 150-180km
Maximum flight speed mach 4.2-5.2

The R160 is based on the Syrian M302 which is derived from the Chinese WS-1B rocket.
Hamas has had the R160 for a decade first deployed in 2014.
Also read the amazing work done by Geo. Confirmed. They went through the multiple videos from different angles geolocated every single one of them and found that the hospital was hit from a rocket fired from Hamas which correlated with Hamas posting on their telegram 10 minutes before and 1 minute before the hospital being hit that they were firing r160 rockets at Haifa

One minute before the Baptist Hospital in Gaza was hit, Hamas announced on its own Telegram channel that they were launching their strongest rockets at the northern Israeli city of Haifa. No interceptions or impacts were detected near Haifa.

Reminder 30% of Hamas rockets tend to misfire and land in Gaza.

The specific rocket that Hamas said that they were launching was the r160 which is one of the larger missiles in Hamas inventory.

The R160 is the Palestinian name for the Khaibar-1 also known as the Khyber-1, M-302 which is a Syrian-made 302mm unguided artillery rocket. It is a derivative of the Chinese WS-1 rocket. This rocket is slightly larger than a BM-21 Grad.

So Russia has spent $25.6 billion on compensation to families of deceased soldiers and $21 billion on compensation to the wounded. Putin has previously signed a decree earlier in the year ordering the payout of $68,800 to the families of deceased and $41,300 to soldiers that are wounded. Using this we can get a glance at potential Russian casualties assuming zero corruption and money laundering.

According to the expenditures by the Russian Government they have conducted payouts to the next of kin for 372,093 soldiers killed in action.

According to expenditures by the Russian government, they have conducted payouts to 508,474 soldiers wounded in action.

According to Russian expenditures, Russian casualties in the past 18 months are as follows.
KIA: 372,093
WIA: 508,474
Total Casualties: 880,567

So we have 2 different sets of numbers being reported within Russia regarding last night's attack on #Sevastopol

Russian MOD has posted the following on their telegram.

10x Ukrainian cruise missiles launched at Sevastopol.
3x Unmanned Surface Vehicles attacked the Black Sea Fleet.

Russian MOD claims AD and Navy destroyed
7/10 Cruise Missiles (70% AD interception Rate)
3/3 Unnamed surface vessels (100% interception rate)

Russian MOD also confirms that 2 Russian ships (Highly likely 1x Kilo Class Submarine and 1x Ropucha Class landing ship) were hit by cruise missiles in dry dock.

Second set of Numbers come from more local sources of General Staff and Local Officials.

8x cruise missiles launched at Sevastopol
2x Unmanned Surface Vehicles attacked Russian Navy
2x missiles intercepted
6 hit targets
(25% AD interception rate)
2x ships in drydock completely destroyed (Ropucha LST and Kilo submarine)
2x ships elsewhere in harbor damaged though information is being withheld to deny Ukrainians "valuable BDA information
