BREAKING: 🇨🇿 Czech Defense Minister Jana Černochová has just called to leave the UN for cheering Hamas terrorists. “Exactly 3 weeks ago, Hamas murdered over 1400 Israelis, more victims for their population than the militant Islamist organization al-Qaeda murdered in the US on 9/11. And only 14 countries, including ours, have spoken out clearly and understandably against this unprecedented terrorist attack perpetrated by Hamas terrorists! I am ashamed of the UN. In my opinion, the Czech Republic has no place in an organization that cheers on terrorists and does not respect the fundamental right to self-defence. Let's get out.”

3/ In July we asked to meet @UNLazzarini to raise these and numerous other teachers of hate employed by UNRWA. The incitement is widespread and systematic among the 30,000 staff. He refused to meet us. We just checked their social media, and they're all cheering the massacre.

2/ What this means is that one of the world's most horrific regimes is now a part of a group that sets and enforces the standards and norms for the global governance of health care. It is an absurd episode for a key U.N. agency that is in much need of self-reflection and reform.
3/ North Korea's regime allows its people to die of starvation while they spend billions on nuclear weapons.

As a member of the WHO Executive Board for the next three year, Kim Jong Un will help set the agency's agenda and implement its policies.

I am proud to announce that this week we will be submitting to the United Nations a resolution to overturn the appointment of the Islamic Republic of Iran as Chair of the U.N. Human Rights Council Social Forum. This travesty of justice cannot stand.
2/ The text will be contained in a UN Watch submission to the 53rd Session of the UN Human Rights Council. We will then need to find a member state to officially sponsor the resolution. If we fail to act now, a murderous regime will become the head of a world human rights forum.
3/ We salute the 🇺🇸 U.S. for condemning the appointment of a regime “with such a deplorable human rights record,” which “severely undermines the credibility and purpose of the UN Human Rights Council.” We now call on Britain, France, Germany and other democracies to do the same. Image

In 1968, the Soviets invaded Czechoslovakia to crush the Prague Spring. Seven people went to Red Square to protest. They were smashed in minutes by the KGB, thrown in prison or to psychiatric hospital. But their courage inspired many. @jaynordlinger
