1. Who killed Set Rich?

The CIA and FBI people who needed to retain the Trump-Russia narrative, because they were conducting a massive 2016 illegal spy, surveillance and monitoring operation against candidate Donald Trump.

2. The justification for that brutally illegal activity, all boils down to a need for Russia to interfere in the 2016 election. Without that predicate, all of their illegal activity against Team Trump is naked governmental abuse of power.

3. A scale of illegal conduct that dwarfs Watergate.

4. Everything in late 2016 through 2019 was essentially a massive intelligence operation to hide their prior activity, and if any details surfaced.... then justify it under the false story of Russia interfering in the 2016 election.

5. Russia, Russia, Russia was needed… or else, their domestic political operation is exposed. That’s why the CIA, FBI and DNI created the December 2016 Joint Analysis Report, and later the January 3, 2017, Intelligence Community Assessment.

6. All of it a complete fabrication needed in the event their activity was exposed. One big fraudulent justification.

7. From that perspective, Seth Rich was a threat. So those interested intelligence operatives, killed him.

8. From that perspective, Julian Assange was also a threat. So, those same intelligence operatives manufactured the case against him, worked with their GCHQ allies, and threw a bag over him.

9. The bottom line. Everything about Russia interfering in the 2016 election was a lie.

A necessary lie that justified their prior operations against a U.S. presidential candidate.

10. Once you have that reference point solidly understood, everything else makes sense.

That lie is still being maintained today; it has to be. Because without it, they're fucked.
