If the IDF gets into Shifa battles with Hamas and then starts showing media and the world on camera what is going on underneath Shifa Hospital & how Hamas turned it into a massive terror base it will be a devastating blow to Hamas. *They will do anything to prevent this*.
There is also a high likelihood hostages are being held underneath Shifa Hospital - Any large battle that puts the Hamas HQ in Israel's hands and also comes with rescued hostages could topple the entire Hamas regime. *Hamas will say or do anything to prevent this*
