I've now analyzed 2 Georgia 2020 counties (Fulton, Ware) and both share the same pattern of 1. Manipulating votes during the machine count and 2. Manipulating the hand count to conceal this.

Here's an explanation of how it was discovered and how they did it: 👇

1. In 2021 David Cross @GAballots and friends discovered fake entries in the Fulton hand count spreadsheet. Cross explained this evidence to me and others and I began analyzing Fulton's 3 official vote counts. Joe Rossi provided evidence of the fake entries to Governor Kemp.

2. I concluded if there were several thousand fake ballots reported in the hand count and the hand count matched the machine count- this suggested an equal amount of ballots manipulated in the machine count.

In December 2021 I filed a report with CISA (DHS) alleging this.

3. Gov Kemp confirmed Rossi's complaint: 36 misidentified and duplicated (fake) batch entries (6k votes) in the Fulton hand count. Rossi's case became SEB CASE 2021-181.

In October 2022 I submitted a report for this case to the GA AG. I alleged intent to match the vote counts.

4. Rossi Case closed 6-8-23: Fulton found responsible for duplicating batches in hand count.

Two months after my Dec 2021 CISA report alleging thousands of ballots counted twice, Raffensperger admitted Fulton's hand count off by several thousand because ballots scanned twice.

5. Now @mad_liberals has written a computer program to scan ballot images for double counted fakes. We have 100 fakes in Ware. The problem is small Ware County's 3 vote tally overall totals match almost perfectly.

But an honest hand count would have been lower by 100.

@mad_liberals 6. Explanation: When you double count 1 ballot it creates 2 images and 2 votes, but still only 1 physical ballot. So if a county has 5k fake ballot images, an honest hand count would be 5k lower, with a consideration of provisional ballots of course.

@mad_liberals 7. I want speculate on the overall impact on 2020 because the evidence is growing & there's other categories of suspicious votes and obviously other suspected methods of fraud.

9. On October 31, 2023 I spoke by phone with the Chairman of the Ware County Commission, Mr. Elmer Thrift, and then provided him evidence by email of the 100 double counted (fake) ballot images from Ware 2020.

10. Simple explanation:

Tally #1 Machine count: They created fake digital votes.

Tally #2 Hand count: They concealed fake votes with fake or altered batch entries in the official spreadsheet to match Tally #1.

Tally #3 Machine count: They repeated what they did in Tally #1.
