🚨BREAKING: We have filed a brief to reverse the unconstitutional gag order against President Trump.

The gag order stifles his ability to speak freely ahead of the 2024 presidential election and denies Americans the right to hear free debate from all presidential candidates.

President Trump, like so many Americans, has been silenced on social media platforms for daring to be a political opponent of Joe Biden, and now they’re attempting to silence his right to speak at all.
This blatant weaponization of the criminal justice system is inherently un-American and goes against the very soul of our great nation.

I’m proud to stand with President Trump in this new front in the war for free speech.
Missouri will continue to be a champion for free speech for ALL.

🚨BREAKING: Kim Gardner hit the eject button and resigned as Circuit Attorney when it became clear that our lawsuit to remove her from office was going to be successful.

My office has published the Gardner Report to ensure no one person will ever take our state hostage again.
The Gardner Report puts into the public domain what went wrong, how it happened, and what systems need to be put in place to prevent this from happening in the future.

🚨BREAKING: We’ve just obtained an injunction against CISA, an agency within the Department of Homeland Security, that blocks them from violating the First Amendment rights of millions of Americans.

The order also applies to the White House, Surgeon General, CDC, and FBI.
If you don't remember, the Fifth Circuit already handed down a court order blocking the Biden Administration from silencing disfavored viewpoints.

CISA (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency housed in DHS) was originally not included in the Fifth Circuit's order.
We filed a motion asking the Fifth Circuit to include CISA in their court order blocking further First Amendment violations.

It was granted.

🚨As the first state to successfully defend at the trial court a legal challenge to a law protecting children from gender mutilation, Missouri is now taking our litigation strategy to other states. Image
Missouri is leading a multistate coalition in filing an amicus brief supporting Arkansas’ law banning irreversible gender transition procedures for minors. Image
We shined a light on the lack of science supporting these experimental, irreversible procedures, and the Court ruled in our favor.

We’re deploying this strategy in legal battles across the nation because all children are worth defending.

We landed a massive win against the Biden Administration yesterday for its blatant censorship of free speech on social media platforms.

Some notable quotes from the Court’s order ->
Here the Court notes that the feds engaged in a “broad pressure campaign designed to coerce social media companies into suppressing content disfavored by the government” Image
Here the Court points out that Joe Biden’s staff used the power of his Office to coerce media companies into censoring speech Image

🚨BREAKING: The Fifth Circuit has upheld the district court’s order in our free speech case, Missouri v. Biden, enjoining the White House, Surgeon General, CDC, & FBI from violating the First Amendment rights of millions of Americans.
The First Amendment remains intact.
The first brick was laid in the wall of separation between tech and state on July 4th, and this ruling is yet another brick.

My office just put @saintlouismayor on notice that her proposed legislation would violate Missourians’ constitutional right to keep and bear arms.
Image
Image
Let me be clear – I will zealously perform my constitutional duty to defend the rights of each law-abiding citizen to keep and bear arms in defense of their home, person, family and property, which is the promise made to them by the Missouri Constitution.
Not only would the proposed legislation be unconstitutional, it wouldn't work. Even @saintlouismayor admits stricter gun laws don't deter gun violence, as evidenced by her texts. Image
