Stephen Barber: President of the Conservative Party of Canada
1) On September 11th, 2023, Stephen Barber was elected President of the National Council of the Conservative Party of Canada. You're going to love who he's associated with!🧵
2) Barber replaced Rob Batherson as President of the CPC National Council. The bio for Stephen on the Conservative Party's website is blank. Barber held several positions within the Manitoba government, including Assistant Deputy Minister.
3) In 2018, Stephen posted on X that he, as part of CIC Winnipeg, was pleased to host a NORAD anniversary celebration with US Consul, Tony Pagliali. The CIC is the Canadian International Council.
4) At that time, Barber would have been a member and participant of the Winnipeg branch of the Canadian International Council because he was also the Treasurer.
5) The present reality of the CIC is as shady as its past. Originally called the Canadian Institute of International Affairs, it was founded in 1928 by Sir Robert L. Borden; the Prime Minister depicted on Canada's $100 bill.
6) The CIC, led by people in the WEF's Young Global Leaders and Global Shapers programs, states on its website that "as a non-partisan, charitable organization, the Canadian International Council has provided a platform for citizens to help shape Canada’s place in the world."
7) Before moving forward, I want to point out that Pierre Poilievre's Campaign Chair and World Economic Forum participant, John Baird, appears to be associated with the Canadian International Council to the point where he does Q&A videos on their website.
8) The Canadian International Council hosts an annual Globalist of the Year Gala where they acknowledge individuals who demonstrate their commitment to the globalist agenda. Mark Carney introduced the 2013 winner, IMF Managing Director, Christine Lagarde.
9) Another recipient of the Globalist of the Year award is Angel Gurría, the Secretary-General of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. The UN recognized his contribution to the global agenda. He has worked with the Population Council, UN, WEF and the CIGI.
10) In 2010, the CIC awarded George S— with the Globalist of the Year award. Also in attendance was Mark Carney, former finance minister, Jim Flaherty and BlackBerry founder, Jim Balsillie.
11) Along with Robert Borden, the group of men at the inaugural meeting of the CIIA included John Dafoe, Sir Arthur Currie and Joseph Flavelle. Escott Reid, the founder of the Canadian Fabian Society (logo pictured below), was the first permanent secretary under Vincent Massey.
12) Vincent Massey was a diplomat and Governor General of Canada. His father was the owner of Massey Harris, which became Massey Ferguson. CBC began the annual series "The Massey Lectures" in 1961 in honour of Vincent Massey. He controlled the Rhodes Scholar groups in Canada.
13) But to understand the true history of the Canadian International Council, we need to understand who Cecil Rhodes was. Cecil Rhodes was one of the most wealthy and influential men in the British Empire in the late 1800s. He created the Rhodes Scholarships at Oxford University.
14) Rhodes was financed by N.M. Rothschild & Sons and bought up most of the diamond mining operations in Africa, making him am unbelievably wealthy man. His dream was to have the British Empire rule the world under a secret society of elite inner members.
15) Vincent Massey's father-in-law was George Parkin, who also happened to be Michael Ignatieff's great-grandfather. Parkin's friend, Alfred Milner, was close friends with Cecil Rhodes. Rhodes left his vast fortune in a trust to establish the scholarships and the Round Tables.
16) Georgetown professor, Carroll Quigley, wrote the book "Tragedy and Hope" in which he talks about an international Anglophile network, "the Round Table Group", which works with and operates like Communist groups.
17) Carroll Quigley also wrote "The Anglo-American Establishment" where he goes into greater detail about his experiences with and perceptions of the Round Table Group.
18) The inner circle included Rhodes, Nathan Rothschild, Alfred Milner, Arthur Balfour, George Parkin, Waldorf Astor, Lionel Curtis, and Philip Kerr. Many of the same names appear again the second ring. Canadian names included Massey, Parkin, Glazebrook, and Flavelle.
19) The Round Table Group first established itself in South Africa and then quickly turned its attention to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the US. It was Leopold Amery, listed above Waldorf Astor, who opened up a correspondence with Robert Borden and Mackenzie King.
20) It was a plan for a federation of British imperialism. Lionel Curtis and Philip Kerr traveled around the commonwealth nations, setting up round table groups as they went. Borden established the CIIA along with Massey.
21) In England, Lionel Curtis first established the Royal Institute of International Affairs, now referred to as Chatham House. It works to promote the ideas of international NGOs like the UN, WEF, OECD, Club of Rome, etc. Mark Carney is the Chair of the Panel of Senior Advisors.
22) The Council on Foreign Relations was co-founded by Edward Mandell House, who worked with Milner, Robert Cecil and George Beer.
23) The CFR is the home of the Council of Councils, which facilitates candid not-for-attribution dialogue about global governance. It includes Chatham House, the CFR and Canada's Centre for International Governance Innovation. Russia, China, Israel and India are also members.
24) The Centre for International Governance Innovation was founded by Jim Balsillie and is funded in part by the Canadian government. Balsillie was there when George S— won the Globalist of the Year award and the other recipient, OECD Secretary, Gurría, is an advisor to the CIGI.
25) The CIC, CFR, Chatham House, the groups originally set up in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Germany, and now the groups in the Council of Councils, have an incredible amount of influence over their governments and national policy. They did back then and they do now.
26) It should be surprising to no one that the CIC promotes the UN's Sustainable Development Goals as well as the WEF's policies to "build back better".
27) The Conservative Party is now being directed by someone who was a former Treasurer for the Canadian International Council. The Conservative Party is no stranger to Young Global Leaders and Globalist MP's who promote rampant immigration levels.
28) It doesn't matter whether it's the Conservatives or the Liberals behind the wheel, globalist organizations like the CIC are always there.
29) If we keep repeating the same mistakes and never learning from them, we're doomed to repeat them forever.
We need to stop supporting these globalist leaders and shut down these globalist organizations.
30) Canada, are you tired of this? Do you want something better? Do you think you deserve something better?
Thank you for reading and sharing. 🙏🏼

The overwhelming majority of Canadians have NO idea how badly our cities have been infiltrated by a VERY well coordinated and VERY well funded network that's dedicated to implementing totalitarian measures like personal carbon allowances, completely eliminating things like private vehicle ownership and meat/dairy consumption, and severely limiting your ability to travel or even buy clothes.
This is happening completely outside the realm of federal politics and the Conservative Party is dead silent on it! oneearthliving.org/our-work/c40-t…
Hot or Cool Institute is one half of this partnership. They go into detail about personal carbon allowances and how it will be a mandatory, national scheme. They're funded by the European Union.
A recent C40 document explains its ambitious 2030 targets which include zero meat and dairy consumption, zero personal vehicle ownership, a maximum of three new clothing items per person per year and a maximum of one 1,500km short-haul return flight per person every 3 years.
The next Gates/Rockefeller/Soros/Clinton/UN/World Bank/etc initiative:
Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI)
1) I'm telling you, this is going to change absolutely everything in ways we cannot even imagine and you need to understand what DPI is.
Scroll down 👇🏻 🧵
2) DPI is the foundation for a global network for AI, digital ID, digital payments, government and private sector services, etc.
New America is a collection of the who's-who of globalists & NGO's that are funding DPI expansion, "regardless of who is in the White House".
3) One cannot help but notice the large overlap between the push for DPI development and Trump's Stargate Project - a $500B investment into the expansion of AI infrastructure in the US.
Our main political parties are betraying us by funding, promoting and implementing global agendas created by unelected, unaccountable non-governmental organizations that seek to create a one-world political, social and economic structure.🧵
2) By now, most people are aware of the frenzied push by both the Liberal and Conservative parties to fund and facilitate the construction of housing to meet skyrocketing demands. But do you know why? Let's look at some information and see if we can draw any logical conclusions.
3) In October, 2016, the UN's Habitat III conference was held in Quito, Ecuador. This agreement is guiding government efforts on the development of national strategies and solutions related to housing by implementing the New Urban Agenda and our National Housing Strategy.
1) The 2024 World Urban Forum will be held in Cairo, Egypt. The WEF announced its partnership with UN-Habitat at the 2022 conference and formed the Global Partnership for Local Investment to implement the New Urban Agenda.
2) Hundreds of organizations around the world work to promote and implement the New Urban Agenda on a local and municipal level. Evergreen is one of the organizations that works in Canadian cities.
3) Along with Evergreen, Deloitte and dozens of other organizations, the New Urban Agenda is being promoted in Canada by the Century Initiative, which is the government's plan to bring Canada's population to 100 million people by the year 2100.
1) Edmonton is a perfect example of how global organizations like C40 Cities, ICLEI and UCLG work with national organizations like the Federation of Canadian Municipalities to affect municipal planning.
2) The "Edmonton City Plan" explains that private, community, institutional and not-for-profit organizations come together to "advance common goals". 15-Minute Districts employ concepts like "transit-oriented development" and promote the accommodation of automated vehicles.
3) Transit-oriented Development is a pivotal concept for future urban planning and is specifically part of the Sustainable Development Goals. The Conservative and Liberal parties both incorporate this concept into their national strategies.
CANADIAN IMMIGRATION, MCKINSEY, THE TRILATERAL COMMISSION & RHODES SCHOLARS🧵
1) This is an interesting subject and one that highlights some of the connections between the Canadian government, its immigration policies and international corporations and NGO's.
2) Since the Trudeau government took office in late 2015, the amount awarded to McKinsey in government contracts has increased around 30-fold. This was at the time when McKinsey was "creating a global framework for immigration".
3) The government of Canada's website explains how McKinsey has supported the transformation of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). It goes on to say that Covid was the catalyst for the need for a digital transformation of Canada's immigration policies.
