Not a single ICBM with a live warhead has ever been tested.

The ICBM is, substantially, a hoax. Scientifically unproven, a semi-imaginary technology. Image
Warheads have been tested, and ICBMs with warheads removed have been tested, but never together.

Imagine only ever testing a gun with powder and casing, but no projectile.
Image
Image
In 1961, the Armed Services Committee of the United States House of Representatives asked, "Who knows whether an intercontinental ballistic missile [ICBM] with a nuclear warhead will actually work?..." Image
On 6 May 1962, USS Ethan Allen successfully launched a Polaris A-1 with a live nuclear warhead toward Christmas Island. Codenamed FRIGATE BIRD, this was the only test the United States ever conducted of any nuclear ballistic missile from launch to detonation.
Image
Image
The Polaris A-2 was not an ICBM, it was a submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM) with a range of only 1,700 miles. The differences between the Polaris and an ICBM are extreme in every area: flight ceiling, maximum speed, range, computation, mass, etc.
Image
Image
The W 47 Polaris warhead had been modified following an earlier test showing it was prone to "inadvertent detonation". It was later estimated that half of W 47 warheads would have failed to detonate. Image
There was no experimental program on FRIGATE BIRD. Little in the way of "scientific rigor" was applied. The documentation is minimal.

"Documentary photography from a C-54 aircraft was planned, but there Is no evidence that this took place."
Image
Image
Air Force Chief of Staff Curtis LeMay stated in 1964: "We have only had one test, it was not under fully operational conditions, we fired one Polaris out in the Pacific with a warhead on it. It was not truly operational. It was modified to some extent for the test."

Barry Goldwater campaigned in 1964 warning that absent a full test "we are building a Maginot line of missiles," saying "the fact is that not one of our ICBMs has ever been subjected to a full test (of all component systems, including warheads) under simulated battle conditions." Image
Unfortunately, Goldwater was vilified by the communist media and painted by his opponents as "bomb happy." The entire discussion was swept away and forgotten. We now live in a fantasy realm, armed only with weapons of mass delusion. Image
If you believe in the beauty and majesty of thermonuclear weapons as I do, we must dispel this hideous senility, and return to our rightful timeline. When Trump wins in 2024, we must demand he break the chains of the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty and let Prometheus be unbound once more
Image
Image
To the doubters: the Joint Chiefs of Staff thought the need for proofing was such that they were willing to nuke southern California, Image
“Does a test conducted dead still at the bottom of a hole provide reliable assurance that the same weapon will work after traveling several thousand miles an hour in a reentry vehicle?"

A. L. Meyers, “Nuclear Testing,” Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, Vol. 43 (1986)
Correction: it was the only test conducted by the United States where a live nuclear ballistic missile completed the entire flight sequence, including launch, flight, reentry, and detonation.

The Hindenburg represented the finest in air travel, it also represented the finest in Nazi propaganda. It was a national symbol paraded at sporting events, rallies, and other events where the Nazis wanted to show off their prowess. Image
By the end of 1936, Hindenburg had crossed the Atlantic 34 times, carrying over 3,500 passengers and the ship’s highly successful 1936 season seemed to indicate that regular transatlantic air service had arrived. Image
Imagine a world in which luxury travel was not only available to everyone, but was also affordable. In its day, airship travel was twice as fast as steamship travel and didn't require one to spend days adjusting to the tossing and turning of the ocean. Image

I have definitively proven that at every step of the way, the doctors and scientists that popularized hallucinogenic drugs in the 1950s were all CIA-MKULTRA or Army contractors, and knew that the drugs they were shilling were psychotogenic substances https://t.co/Bq4uMF4JbDtwitter.com/i/web/status/1…

I am interested in any anecdotes about game devs that were introduced to D&D or video games by Air Force or Navy personnel. I already have several. As anon myself, I respect anonymity.

This is Tim Cain, creator of Fallout, one of the most influential game devs in history.

Time is the great Devourer. "One by one the fallacies of life fall beneath the reaping scythe of Time, and are garnered into the capacious bin of oblivion."

But in its turn, time is eaten. Lo we come now to the age of the time eaters. Image
At the end of the cycle, space avenges itself on time. The mass man, the golem, the NPC, these concrescences are the mechanisms by which matter consumes Time.

All probabilities, all possible action, deleted by their deterministic decision trees. Image
Imagine an image, a perfect symbol of Eternity, swallowed by the muddy, misshapen golem of Mass. Image

If you can remember that the media basically invented transgenderism as a social issue in 2014, you are insane.

Every anti-woke "centrist" on social media thinks you are insane for being able to remember 2014.

Imagine believing you live in a serious reality, with real people. Image
Over the last decade, a new type of culture was created to destroy lunatics that can remember 2014. Last time this happened, they put everyone that could remember "the time before" in gothic palaces and tortured them.

This is what "cancel culture" looked like in 1870. Image
My feeling is that if they could, they would put us all in 19th century asylums and dig out our brains, but it appears something has changed. Perhaps their power is waning.

Firing Tucker Carlson because he kept reminding people about 1/6 and covid seems to be a stop-gap measure

The Maze puts a lot of energy into generating background characters, and it does not like you treating them like shabby props. This is why it throws an "NPC Plus" at you now and then, it's like an AI that has been trained on your data.
Bio-AI is an emergent phenomenon in the Maze. The NPC+ exists to trip up your heuristics, make you take the sensorium more seriously, they are autonomous heat-sinks for your attention.

A spooky experience, certainly, but it is *expensive* for the Maze.
Ask yourself, if this "person" can basically behave as if they are psychic, parroting back your own insights, always able to appear next to you, does that level of perception match the rest of their life? Are they having this effect on the Maze itself? Do they disrupt narratives?
