Everything is fine! The Washington Post says “Mpox surge raises concerns world will ignore warnings again,” a year and a half after corporate media minimized it, labeled it a gay disease (children were also getting it)—& encouraged the masses to look away.

Daily Mail: “CDC issues health alert to US doctors over subtype of monkeypox spreading in Congo that kills one in ten and is more infectious” December 7, 2023 Luke Andrews

Thread 1 (before the Mpox abbreviation)

US media spent MONTHS doing this.
Thread 2, before Mpox abbreviation and after children were acquiring it.
I was amused to see Liz Highleyman authored the AIDS Map Mpox article (headline included in my first post.)

We have history. She and Benjamin Ryan spent MONTHS circulating the gay disease narrative. I called them “Pox Defenders.”
Last year, IMMENSE effort & coordination went into steering the national mpox conversation off airborne transmission and on to sexual transmission. Everything happens for a reason.
The CDC knows mpox is airborne, but the public still believes it’s sexually transmitted after coordinated ops steered the conversation away from airborne and on to sexual transmission. The stigmatization was absolutely deliberate.

Media covered Covid critically for the first year. Warning & educating the public was paramount. Media was hijacked in 2021.

Today, media works closely with governments to COVER UP & NORMALIZE all the mass disease. Keeping people working & consuming is paramount. It’s a trap.
Sadly, formerly reliable science publications weren’t exempt either.
“The Great Forgetting” is underway, where media pretends Covid isn’t responsible for any of the complications they spent all of 2020 warning us about.

Here’s how things are going locally. There’s no media coverage and we don’t have a functioning public health body at the local, state, or national levels. Urgent cares are overflowing & folks are SHOCKED to find themselves hospitalized. Next Door post - anonymous as I marked out the name. “RSV. Please this is a warning to everyone. I am not posting this because I don’t want anybody to feel bad for me, but I’m posting this so you can help yourself. For the last week I’ve been coughing up pretty bad. Every day I got worse. Friday I went to the University of Rochester urgent care. She told me I have a cold, and she gave me Zithromax. I got worse. This morning my husband took me to RGH. RGH called ambulance. I have RSV. Will be in the hospital for at least a few days. No more urgent care at U of R.”
Thread 1, the below article is one year old. This is NOT NORMAL—never was, never will be, but we keep ignoring all the threats & hitting the mass transmission accelerator.

According to wastewater, the US would currently be reporting an estimated 8,400,000 new Covid cases WEEKLY if we were testing & reporting data. By New Years Day, we can expect 12,6000,00 new cases per week.

If all the mass disease & death isn’t reported, is it even real?
Things are accelerating even faster than predicted.

Those who can’t accept everything has changed & the old world is gone are punishing the people who HAVE accepted it. We’re forced to perform for our overlords—business as usual, Everything is fine! We all know it’s pointless, but keeping up appearances is paramount. As the desperation grows, so will the crackdowns, the brutality, & the cruelty.

IT’S EXHAUSTING. And it’s not going to stop. Getting rid of everyone & everything that reminds us we’re in trouble is the next best thing to meaningful action & change. (And they definitely won’t be paying for that.)
Many disabled people are being dragged into Work From Home battles that are spilling over into courts. Folks are systematically stripped of the accommodations they got During the Pandemic” 🤬 & forced to reinfect themselves with a BSL-3 novel pathogen for profit & convenience.

When folks snap, it won’t be a surprise.
Even if we funded public health tomorrow, implementing mitigation & strengthening infection controls (the exact opposite of what the CDC is currently doing) we’ve still got impending climate collapse & looming food/water shortages. I believe the lack of action is deliberate.

There are no coincidences. The CDC map has evolved from bold reds and yellows, to soothing pastels in 2022.

The new wastewater dashboard features relaxing navy and gray, because nothing says “emergency” like shades of gray, navy, and dishwater blue. 🧵 h/t @RadCentrism
12/1/23, Mandy K Cohen post: ‼️ICYMI‼️CDC launched a new dashboard to track Covid levels in wastewater at the state/regional/country level!! This tool can be an early warning that levels of infections may be rising or falling in your community. So proud of the team! Check it out!! cdc.gov/nwss/index.html a dashboard and map for the CDC wastewater data is shown.
Better homes and gardens: “Research shows navy blue is the most relaxing color in the world. People from all over the world were asked to describe their favorite colors and feelings associated with them.” Hannah Bruneman august 22, 2023
In 2022, the CDC changed the color scheme to soothing pastels, they changed the metrics, & they got rid of a lot of data.
Here’s a thread I made when those changes began.

Today I learned the State of New York recently SUSPENDED the drivers’ licenses that expired “during the pandemic,” & those who renewed without vision tests—amid record disability, record illness & disease, record cost of living, & no plan. This is

No mercy, no quarter. NYS DMV: ALERT If your license expired between 3/1/2020 – 8/31/2021 & you renewed online by self-certifying your vision, but have not submitted a vision test to DMV, your license was suspended on 12/01/2023. Submit your vision test now to clear your suspension.
These days, I don’t really have the energy or desire to jump through the hoops that are required to exist as a human being in this country. The constant exposures, deadlines, time limits, paperwork, pointless rules, rushing around, red tape, busywork NONSENSE gets so old.
I found out when the dispensary I’ve been going to for 4 years rudely said it’s illegal to dispense to me because my drivers’ license is expired. The State did away with the medical marijuana ID cards last month so now I don’t get my medical MJ. They dispensed to me LAST WEEK.
