@harvardmed Here's a secret about the heart that you Harvard med students are clueless about.

The heart has highly expressed ACE-2 receptors, the second most in the body next to the lungs.

So, when you give a COVID mRNA vaccine?

Patients WILL have polyclonal antibodies to the spike.

@harvardmed When you give the BOOSTER COVID mRNA vaccine, you will NOW have free spike antigen in the blood/lymph. That spike antigen WILL bind to ACE-2 receptors all over the body, especially the heart and lung.

@harvardmed ah, and guess what? After the SPIKE antigen binds to the ACE-2 receptor on the healthy cell? Guess what happens to that cell now? Yes, marked for DEATH.

Oh, come on Harvard med students. You DO know what the antibody is for? TO MARK the PATHOGEN for DESTRUCTION right?

@harvardmed and then, you DO know that there are TWO highly effective methods to DESTROY pathogens (or in this case, a healthy human cell) that are marked by the ANTIBODY?

1. The classical pathway in the Complement system is ACTIVATED by antibody-antigen complexes.

@harvardmed 2. ADCC. Antibody dependent cellular cytotoxicity. White blood cells with FC receptors bind to the antibody-antigen complex and ALSO destroy the cell or pathogen marked by the antibody.

@harvardmed Oh, so YOUR FIRST COVID vaccine created the polyclonal antibodies to the SPIKE antigen.

YOUR BOOSTER COVID vaccine provided the SPIKE ANTIGEN that WILL bind to ACE-2 receptors ALL over the body, right?

Now, LET THE DESTRUCTION BEGIN.

I think there at least half a dozen arguments in there, that can each independently destroy the paradigm of believing in the usefulness of antibodies in our fight against viruses. But of course, the two EYE CATCHING ones are discussed above.

NEVER use FORCE or MANDATES in your practice of medicine. why? Becuz harvard alumni REALLY suck at EVER admitting that ANYTHING they did was WRONG. One day, I'll do a study on this. But, for the time being?

@harvardmed @kalashnikity Look at it this way. A hypothetical. I tell a neighbor how GREAT the COVID mRNA vax is. Even MY kids all get it. The neighbor listens and has HIS family all get it. They have SEVERE side effects including myocarditis. Now, is he PISSED at me? of course.

@harvardmed @kalashnikity Now, a twist on the hypothetical. I FORCE my neighbor to get the COVID mRNA vax and if he does NOT, I take away his JOB. So his family gets it. His son gets myocarditis. NOW, will I EVER be able to admit I was WRONG and that it was the COVID vax that hurt his son? NO.

@harvardmed @kalashnikity My point is this. YOU harvard med grads? Have an ESPECIALLY difficult time EVER admitting you were wrong. So, DO NOT PUT YOURSELF in a POSITION where it is even HARDER TO EVER admit you were WRONG by FORCING something on someone else.
