Some thoughts on the Lawfare against Trump.

The entire DC establishment is arrayed against him in the effort.
That is why they enacted the plan.
Indict him in specific areas that they knew they could win.
Use partisans who would do whatever it takes to take him out. Why?
BC the establishment sees him as an existential threat to their existence.
But, what happened?
The American people saw what was happening.
After Smith indicted him, the first time, his poll numbers soared.
That was unexpected.
The Lawfare heated up and his #s increased.
Never forget Bidens Red threat speech.
Never forget his offhand statement about using 'every Constitutional means' to stop Trump.
They fear him.
They have several problems with this
1. The American voters do not see Trump as an existential threat. They see him as their voice. As Bannon says, they see him as giving them a seat at the table. The Administrative state was being brought to heel. Regs were being reduced. And Schedule F was coming.
2. Life was better under Trump. Prices were lower, well paying jobs were on the rise, interest rates were low. IOW the American Dream seemed achieveable again. The border issue seemed to be solved, we were pulling out of wars.
Peace through strength.
The opposite is true now.
3. They see the Lawfare for what it is.
It is UnAmerican. It breaks every single norm at every level. Normal people understand what is happening.
A. Tish James case. Anyone who has applied for a mortgage knows the case is bogus. There are so many layers of approval.
Anyone who has purchased a mortgage knows that they have zero power over the valuation of the property. The bank is the final arbiter for valuation. I know most people who live in Manhattan are renters, but people in the country are home owners.
They know it's a farce.
B. The classified docs case. The American people don't have amnesia. They remember HRC BATHROOM server with SAP documents on it. Which no one to this day has explained how she obtained access. They know Biden obtained classified docs as a Senator. No one explains how he did.
Trump was POTUS. They want you to forget that point.
He had the right to his documents. This is a documents dispute.
Presidents always have document disputes with NARA. No one has ever been charged. Voters understand this.

C. The Jack Smith J6 case. Voters see the issues
They see what the DOJ is doing and the double standards they are employing to go after people. They know Democrats challenged elections over the years. They know Dem activists overwhelmed the Senate during Kavanagh to obstruct an official proceeding. They know nothing happened to
The people who rioted during the 2017 inauguration. Voters know nothing happened to the people who overran the WH in May 2020, injured dozens of SS agents and sent POTUS to the bunker. Remember the media laughed about that.
Voters don't like the double standard.
D. Fani Willis case.
This is the most ridiculous Case of all. Along with the other prosecutions of alternative electors around the country.
More is revealed every week.
The majority of the country thinks the Dems cheated to win in 2020.
The majority of GA voters think Fani's prosecution is politically motivated.
This was an election contest.
But, because of our laws in GA, Fani stretched the law to turn a normal election contest case into a RICO case. Ignoring all previous precedent in GA.
What saddens me is the cowardice of our Judiciary and elected officials in GA to push back against this unprecedented case. It opened my eyes to how big the establishment is. And it is all around me.
But that sadness goes beyond GA. It goes out all across the country to the entire country.
We are at a time for choosing.

You either stand up against this or you enable this.
That is why Trump is leading.
It's that simple in my mind.

The primary is over. Has been for awhile
We have one person.
Trump.

He is a flawed man. But, if we allow them to succeed in their plan our country is over.
And it's not just the Dem Lawfare BTW.
Ron and Nikki think if they come in 2nd they can replace him at the convention.
Bc of Lawfare.
It can't happen.

Icymi, today, Kash Patel's book, Government Gangters was released.
I listened to the audio version on a long road trip today.
Excellent book.
Highlights for me:
1. His work on tracking dozens of Benghazi terrorists, and why they only prosecuted one. And why it mostly failed.
2. The insurance policy revealed.
3. His reform ideas for the FBI, DOJ, DOD, ODNI, IC, FISC.
Very good ideas.
4. The behind the scenes story of the taken down of Baghdaddi was incredibly moving.
5. His utter takedown of Milley's Unconstitutional actions.
6. His personal stories of his closeness to Trump. 2 men from Queens. Both outsiders who upset the apple cart of the Deep State.
7. His TL of J6 and how, within 6 hours the NG was fully deployed. Fastest deployment in history.
7. His encouragement at the end.

I read the Radical Grand Jury Report that was released on Friday I posted a thread on it.

You can read the entire thread here.

But, something I read in the "report" gave me pause and made me go back and check some things to refresh my memory.

🧵
1/
The Radical Grand Jury wanted to indict people for testifying at the Senate Hearings.
Not only that, they wanted to indict the CHAIRMAN of the committee, Senator Ligon, for having the hearing and publishing the report.
Let that sink in.
Why?

2/ Image
I watched the hearings at the time & I read Sen Ligon's report many times.
Over the weekend, I watched the hearings again.
Many people testified. Many people submitted affidavits. In the end, 40k affidavits were sent to @GovKemp
But few were recommended for indictment
Why?

The Judge released the Special Grand Jury report in Fani's case and it is a doozy.

Follow along for the highlights. 🧵

documentcloud.org/documents/2394…
The first thing I notice is that the GJ heard testimony from 75 witnesses. At the severance hearing on Wed, Fani's team said the trial would have 150 witnesses.

That is interesting. Who are the other 75? Image
Would be interested to know what evidence they actually reviewed in the GJ Image

Yesterday, during the GA hearing to sever Cheseboro and Powell's case from the other defendants, Fani's henchmen made clear that it didn't matter if the cases were tried together or separately, it would not change their strategy.
They would still call the 150 witnesses for..
Each case to prove the 'conspiracy' and the 'crime'
I wonder..
None of their theories of the case have been questioned by defense counsel. None of their witnesses have been questioned by defense counsel.
Repeating the same flawed theories and weak witnesses does not make your
Case strong or true. It weakens it.
They used that tactic to show the judge how aggressive they will be, and how many public resources it will consume.
Think about that .
Defendants are languishing in Fulton County Jail without a hearing. Criminal trials are being postponed.

Why I have hope
2024 will not be 2020 in so many ways.
Instead of focusing on all the negativity let's look at some positives everyday.
It all comes down to we are Americans. Freedom and liberty are part of our ethos.
Everywhere you look, people are seeking freedom.
One vector. Mom's for Liberty.
Look at the exponential growth that group has experienced since 2020.
What was their driving force?
Protecting their kids from authoritarian school regimes who pushed sexualization, CRT, DEI.
They were targeted. And guess what? Their #s grow.
They have been effective at the local level in so many school board races at the county level. They may not all agree on candidates, but they will NOT vote for candidates pushing this propaganda into their kids.
Freedom and liberty wins the day.
Vector one.

Don't forget what Kemp said yesterday. He said Fanis prosecution is on the up and up and follows the Constitution.
This is Shawn Still. Sen. Alternate elector who became an elector to protect the election Contest. Which HAD NOT BEEN GIVEN a court date, which was against the law
Other electors were not charged. But Shawn was. He was the former finance chair of the GA GOP. Who Kemp has been feuding with for almost 2 years.
Also, last year, the GA Assembly passed a ballot initiative to put on the ballot as a Constitutional Amendment.
I yelled from
The rooftops that it was a BAD IDEA to vote for it. Why, because I knew Fani was coming for GA elected officials who bucked the good old boy system.

What did the Amendment say?
