On a pair of vacant lots in Woodlawn, a developer is building twin 4-flats where only 3-flats would have previously been allowed.

And they're providing *two* accessible units in each one, for a total of four--where previously there would have been zero.
Each 4-flat has two parking spaces, including one accessible one--where previously they would have been required to have one space per unit, with no accessible spaces.
