Degrowth means starving while you freeze to death in the dark. Natural Asset Companies (NACs) are the biggest, baddest tool yet they'll use to contrive it.

Degrowth, which is short for Degrowth Communism, erects a Degrowth Distributism economic model centered on "well being" and "commonwealth" or "cooperative wealth" that is centrally controlled and commonly owned through the corporatist state as a proxy.

Up to this point, ESG has been the strongest Degrowth tool, hamstringing the West into committing economic and energy suicide, and it's only getting started. Natural Asset Companies make the Degrowth Communists' wettest dreams come true, though, almost, with one caveat.

The short, short version of Natural Asset Companies is that convert natural assets into a kind of bogus economic capital, arguably worth $5,000 trillion. Companies will own rights to natural assets. Your access will be wholly dependent on their collusive monopoly powers.

By privatizing access to natural resources, they can restrict access, shut off access, require specific behaviors to gain access, etc. It's an amazing way for them to install a tyrannical system without historical parallel while becoming unfathomably rich.

The oligarchs who end up owning and managing these resources at the highest levels can then apply Degrowth Distributism as hard as they want, to try to stop "climate change" or whatever, or just to enslave people or, you know, get rid of them. You'll bend the knee for access.

As the NYSE makes clear, this idea is just an extension of the ESG scam, but really to the moon and way beyond. It's all to be done in line with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), of course, at least through 2030. That's where the Communism part comes in.

Of course, privatizing everything and letting a handful of approved corporations, running in league with the state, doesn't sound like Communism, but that's because it doesn't sound like OLD Communism. New Communism runs the model version we see from the CCP in China.

The Chinese model, pioneered by Deng Xiaoping, is not hostile to corporations. It's only hostile to corporations that don't toe the Party line. It uses corporations and wealth to leverage the Party. The "stakeholder capitalism" model here works exactly the same way.

It's very easy to see how the Natural Asset Companies model fits right into this plan of getting rich off total control (and depopulation, frankly) if you read some of the publications that tout it. It feels so obviously scammy.

As usual, the punchline is down at the bottom. It's exactly what I said: giving them total control over how the natural assets are used in such a way to foist their ideological agenda on the world while profiting to the moon from it, while you starve while freezing in the dark.

Utah State Treasurer Marlo Oaks wrote a powerful warning in the WSJ about this monstrous development, which must be resisted, and fast. The SEC decides on whether to get the NAC ball rolling in January.

With real corporations, you can potentially sue for violations of fiduciary duty under standard accounting if companies intentionally pursued lower profits, but that changes with "ecological accounting" because "ecological/sustainable value" performance will count.
