Deaths from disease in school-aged (5-17) children continued a relentless pandemic rise in 2023
In 2023 more than six thousand children died of disease in the United States
This is 32% higher than before the pandemic
Some of the usual minimizers are complaining because my original charts in this thread were based on deaths in school-aged children where disease was a contributor to death, not the underlying cause
Here are the same chart with disease as the underlying cause of death

The anti vaxxers have noticed the large increase in individuals who are self-reporting a disability
And, as predictable as sunrise, have zeroed in on "the vaccines" as the cause
Even though the signal that repeated infection with SARS-CoV-2 is the causal agent is much stronger
Background:
The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) does regular surveys of the "Civilian Labor Force" (CLF)
CLF is defined as those aged 16-65 who are not in school, jail or otherwise institutionalized.
About 167M people, of which more than half (50%) are under 45 years of age
Part of the survey are six questions about disability:
* Are you hard of hearing?
* Are you sight deprived?
* Difficulty in concentrating remembering, making decisions?
* Difficulty walking or climbing stairs?
* Difficulty dressing/bathing?
* Difficulty doing errands alone?
"Long COVID" is a chronic condition resulting from chronic activation (inflammation) of the immune system following/due to an acute infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus
Monday Morning Mirth Mainlining comes to you courtesy of the University of California's reasons why it is removing HEPA filters from its classrooms (over the objections of students and staff)
Why HEPA filters are even worse than a SARS-CoV-2 infection, courtesy Berkeley:
* Air currents that can spread untreated air to other people in the space
* Noise that increases with the fan speed
* Maintenance and filter replacement considerations
* Energy consumption and potential power failures
And the number one reason why Berkeley is removing HEPA...
...filters from its classrooms, despite the students, staff and faculty preferring they remain is:
* Theft of unattended devices
Yup. Those worthless HEPA filters that just use electricity are nonetheless a hot commodity on the black market!
