Colorado ballot decision has been released.

Trump can remain on the ballot.

It prohibits other states from enacting 14.3.

Their rationale: Congress has the sole power to enact 14.3, not the states.

It was unanimous.
Interesting: Trump was NOT cleared of bearing responsibility for insurrection. (The Colorado district court ruling, upheld by the Colorado Supreme Court)

The Engoron ruling is in.

It’s a 92 page ruling.

At quick glance, there are multiple fines totaling $364 million

Penalties:

Trump banned from doing business in NY state for 3 years.

Trumpkins banned for 2 years.

Details to follow.

It’s big enough to cripple him.

Worth noting he hasn’t yet secured bond to appeal the E. Jean Carroll verdict.
