"Although the defendant was the incumbent President during the charged conspiracies, his scheme was fundamentally a private one. Working with a team of private co-conspirators, the defendant acted as a candidate when he pursued multiple criminal means to disrupt, through fraud and deceit, the government function by which votes are collected and counted—a function in which the defendant, as President, had no official role"
"His efforts included lying to state officials in order to induce them to ignore true vote counts; manufacturing fraudulent electoral votes in the targeted states"
"Privately the defendant told advisors...he would simply declare victory before all the ballots were counted and any winner was declared."
"The evidence demonstrates that the defendant knew his fraud claims were false..."

Once upon a time, the world’s worst engineer and the world’s dumbest authoritarian decide to meet online…
That’s all we know so far.
lol. He’s claiming a DDOS attack.
Remember when they were heaping praise on him for cutting more than 60% of twitter’s operational costs?
Ever wonder how he did it?
Now you know.

Pretzeled reasoning due today.
Colorado ballot decision has been released.
Trump can remain on the ballot.
It prohibits other states from enacting 14.3.
Their rationale: Congress has the sole power to enact 14.3, not the states.
In your opinion, has this site got better or worse since the change in ownership?
Do you trust ownership to run this platform in a fair and neutral manner?

Just cause for recusal is high. You don’t want to push for a change and lose the appeal.
Cannon is aware of the recusal possibility. She has been careful about not seeming overtly biased. She is slow walking a few things, giving more deference to his motions to delay etc…just enough to shift this trial and impact the trials around it.
It would take something damming e.g. proof of strong bias, egregious judicial missteps, collusion/coordination, to get the 11th to recuse a judge from their case.

Good morning.
All eyes on New York today.
The mob boss takes the stand to answer for his Empire of lies.
A day long overdue.
A preview of how it’s going to go:
“I’m gonna ham it up for my feral cult.”
“I’m really tryna get under Judge Engoron’s robes and hope he does something to help my appeal.”
Hell hath no fury like a judge whose proceedings are scorned.
His team is finding out.
"In what kind of case do you think it's appropriate for a defendant to call a prosecutor a thug... and remain on the streets?"

You can read his unhinged rants on truth social or you can read the unsealed indictment which lays out in meticulous detail how irredeemably screwed he is.

Curse you, CNN.
As expected, it’s a dumpster fire.
