The drone video that Dr. Galit Rajuan presented before the #ICJ as evidence that Hamas is using hospitals, schools and mosques for military purposes shows all the hallmarks of a professional forgery.

The video, which was not shown in full, shows three apparent rocket launches
1) a hospital 31.537762° 34.478783°
2) a school 31.538785° 31.538785°
3) a mosque 31.538793° 34.480070°
However, these three places are not connected by a direct route.

It is also suspicious that all 3 "rockets" are launched at 306° - 309° to the northwest, i.e. they are attacking Gaza and not Israel, at a time when there is no sign of destruction in drone video.

A CNN report from Dec 22, which only lists the craters of the 2,000 pound bombs, shows the area of the drone video still untouched, while since the beginning of November numerous media reports have documented the immense destruction in Jabalia with images.

At the same time, the area northwest of the buildings was flattened before the ground offensive started. So it seems at least questionable when the drone video was taken.

Some selected media agencies were sent this drone video with the desired explanation, apparently exclusively. You can't find it on the IDF's official channel. Die Zeit wrote that it could not verify any of the information.

Taken together, this is a serious red flag, but of course no proof of a fake, even if the shooter's route - hospital, school, mosque - appear more than questionable.
There would have been numerous other options without endangering THREE facilities in one fell swoop while...

Whether it's a launcher or a mobile shooter running from house to house, three things can be noted:
1) White smoke means it is aluminum oxide from a solid fuel engine and aluminum oxide is heavier than air.

2) The rocket takes off and flies with a visible flame.

3) The shooter or launcher is between the initial smoke emitted backwards and the trail of the flying missile.

However, these rockets, supposedly fired by Hamas, launch from out of thin air on an empty basketball court. The initial smoke is not thrown backwards but remains in place. And there is no sign of any engine fire.

Despite the very flat sun in the west, no shadow of the smoke plume can be seen on any roof even if the trail passes 3 sunny roofs very close.

But the clearest evidence of a forgery becomes obvious when the trail of smoke travels with the wind to the nearest houses.
The initial cloud, which was supposed to move with the wind at street level, glides over the roof of a 5-story building without at least deforming.

Note that aluminum oxide is heavier than air and sinks despite the wind. It is therefore impossible for it to rise 5 floors and then float over the roof without the slightest turbulence.

Finally, we can create an anaglyph 3D image from two time-shifted frames. If you look at this with red-blue glasses, the trail of smoke lies in the air like a horizontal rod.
Now the movement with the wind distorts the 3D effect but...

...what the wind cannot distort is the parallax effect. This means that if the smoke trail were to slope upwards from the ground, it would appear to move faster closer to the camera.

But as you can see even without red-blue glasses, the smoke trail remains parallel. This means that the smoke trail didn't gain height, otherwise it would move faster closer to the camera and we would see a change in angle, something like the arrows I drew next to the trail.

In other words, that smoke trail is a 2D projection, a superimposed image like this 👇 applied to the drone video using a motion tracker. That's standard in every movie post-production.

We observe all the same phenomena with the rocket from the canopy of the mosque. The canopy is clearly empty. Then suddenly the smoke trail begins in thin air out of nowhere. No shooter, or launcher.

That canopy is one floor elevated.

Nevertheless, the smoke glides over the 5-story building as if there were no obstacle.

Unfortunately I couldn't find the shot from the hospital in good resolution. But everything suggests that all of these phenomena can also be observed on this “rocket” trail. One thing is certain: this rocket also starts and flies without fire and...

...it was "launched virtually in front of this super market.
Of course, Hamas won't have its launchers set up in the middle of the street. Nor will a Hamas man run from the hospital to the school with three portable rockets and then climb onto the mosque's canopy.

In short, nothing in this video makes sense and what you see grossly violates the laws of physics. It is a fabrication to accuse Hamas of military use of hospitals, schools and mosques with just one single video. And so the #ICJ was lied to.

Ultimately, it is questionable whether Hamas has portable solid-fuel rockets such as Manpads for anti-aircraft defense. For all I know, they have not.
