NC explaining that she has an issue with one of her eyes and trying to work out a course of action. In discomfort. Hoping to be in a better position tomorrow. Most important thing is that the C's evidence finishes, in case we need to adjourn.
NC - suggesting we adjourn for the rest of the day and tomorrow she will be better or will make provision for C to finish her evidence.
J - your proposal to adjourn for remainder of today, see how things are tomorrow, perhaps instructing solicitor can question. DH - do you
have anything to say?
DH - cannot argue with NC's proposals. Agree we need to do our best finish the evidence and consider written submissions. Offering best wishes to my learned friend.
J - no reason for you to apologise NC, these things happen. We will adjourn and reconvene
tomorrow at 11 am (following NC medical appt) and we will see where we are.
Best wishes with your recovery and we will do everything we can to hear the evidence in case we need to go part heard.
NC - is there anything else we can give you to read?
J - we have plenty to read, adjourned until tomorrow morning at 11 am.
Proceedings conclude for today.
