The questioning starts and he ask about screenshot document. They bring up the screen of Wright international investigation and those screen shots were taken by ontier

he confirms all he was asked yesterday and then places the meta data provided by ontier and the modification dates are recently. another mr madden document is placed on screen which is showing another screenshot.

he says they are not screenshots they are pdf documents. they download into a local version and then take the screen shots from those local documents and login was given in 2019

Craig says what the lawyer is suggesting is craig snuck into ontier an d accessed there offline systems to change the documents. that he accessed ontier and altered and the lawyer says thats not what he was putting to him

They show a photo of the white paper with a shadow and then a likeness of craigs phone case with cards and money in it with a little magnetic tab to help close the phone

They say Mr Madden said this image was sent via whatsapp. They show a paper of the white paper with craig wrights name in place of satoshi with pen marks and notes.

Craig says the document is a primary source to support his claim be it does help a little.

Craig says he took a loan out against assets so craig says CA is not a funder. Craig reads the document exactly and say he took out a commercial loan from Calvin Ayre. The lawyer say he is lieing and craig will explain again that he took a loan held against his asset and craig sold some of his assets and paid back the loan. a loan is not a gift or backing. its business.

They show some irc chat and craig doesn't recognise it. Craig says he wasnt using IRC from 2013 onwards so no it could have been him/

A new document is placed on screen from Mr Maddens report. and mr madden noticed the missing hyphen in Peer to Peer.

The data show a few differences and one of the difference was the table allignment and he says those difference would change if it was opened in word and the footer was deleted. Craig says he has made no scientific process, no experiement and no procedure and craig has proved that he can convert it on his phone and keep it the same and craig says the expert has failed to do the basics and craig says he has tried to do the same mr madden and he cant replicate it. craig denys they are experts because there is zero methodology. the judge seems interested in this process. shoosmith rebutt the interuption of answering the judges question

craig says the changes doesnt happen when removing the footer. craig says if he has the source document why would he need to remove the footer?

The version uploaded is different from an issue and says he knows hes pedantic but details matter in a case like this.

They says the uploaded document was issued at 2019 and created in 2008 and he says they were different and again craig says that original document was original to 2009 as he changes documents and re writes things all the time as a non linear thinking. Craig says he was trying to assert he authorship. because he admitted under oath he then started getting attacked mercilessly

They place a hand written document on screen that was started in 2007 and its entirely a manuscript and its in handwriting and its a hard copied scan. copa say its not authentic craig says its completely authentic a document that says bitcoinmain. bh

he confirms it is a tiff picture file and it was created in a footer in 2008 and craig says he doesnt know when the tiff was created but the document certainly was created on the 2008 and the code was to work on terranode. he gets a quick 1.5milly tps per second plug lol

it presents as a map of bitcoin and madden say the file format is taken from a hard copy and he says there is features that was not taken from a hard copy. Mr madden found another document in craigs data set that was a close match and shows the 2 documents side by side.

the move to page 8 and mr madden says the copy right notice for satoshi nakamoto 2009 in an area which looked identical to the previous document and if that right the lawyer says the copyright would post date the document creation. craig then goes on the explain the meta data frame work from latex. so it will still print the same meta data.

again copa stop him from explaining the full story. he says there is difference version and there is changed versions. he turned off some of the opcodes because they needed to be fixed and there is version of the alpha codes that had some turned off and some turned on. code separator was one he couldnt figure out how to get running without creating vulnerability's.

the lawyer says its a complete fiction and craig say no. he supplied the id of the document which was 300 pages.

People who craig says did the coding are not in th evidence witnesses. mr madden find the 9th of june 2008 as last create and modification date.

some text couldnt be copied and pasted into word.

madden concludes that the red text on this document is indicative of seperate code. craig then goes into a technical analyses of the fact bsv needs a management system to run the code. and the individuals can be printed out at will

Craig says if he opens something up in a hex edittor like ultra edit and he changes the code of the pdf it doesnt change any of the fonts around it and it appears to have been done in a way to make it look editted. i wonder if ager has been up to his old tricks when he was at nchain

the document comes from alassia and craig doesnt know how to stop people from taking corporate documents home and mr madden has made note that mr madden has said changes can happen just from opening the page.

they show a side by side of the document meta data with one side say code flow on one and bitcoin main on the other. craig doesnt access alassian anymore but all the documets brought to nchain will still hold that information. mr madden found a code to flow converter online and found it prodcued code maps similar to the online one

they say that was first produced in 2012 and alassian had been around for longer and as program age they get updated and that chnages the meta data it also show the adobe core wasnt available with in 2008 and only in 2016 and craig yes thats the last program it was opened with.

the way you send meta data in latex files and if everyone uses it differently you dont know which one anyone is using. We pause for a break for ten minutes

Ok we came back for the the break and move straight into the barrage of file forgery claims. Copa now ask him about the finding of the document and craig agrees.
a document is placed on the screen and we look at a comparison of two files and mr madden finds difference in the two files a capital letter and a lowercase and differece in the name satoshi and craig and a different in the ip address and despite the difference in the text it still occupied the same spaces and he says yes for executable file it would crash it but not for a file in the way he produced it

he found the reference code was identical in the two and and the copy right names and version change are different on the two files. one craig and one satoshi. he checked if it had been editted by a check sum test

id 000739 was created by hex editting but he didnt do it and the hex editting was done by a member of staff of one of your companys and it was fabricated to help the ira kliemen case and its purpose was to display that craig couldnt access the code and only ira could

they ask when the document was produced and craig say he doesnt know. some staff made a deal to sell ip property and the deal was for 100 million for info that hadnt been patented yet and they also did deals with mr kliemen. lawyer says an employed went to the effort of edditing files in nchain and then provided it to ira kliemen to advance his case.

craig says alot of documents have come from employees laptops and been faked by a disgruntled ex employee provided to ira for their case. hmmmm who do we know that puts mutually exclusive documents on the internet hmmmm i wonder..... lol

mr kliemens side argued that he had to give up a laptop and the document was disclosed in these proceeding. craig said ex employees were fired and the source of those files came from those fired employee laptop.

He would of expected that he would of been cross examined on this point the first time and assumed bird would of read the past case. again bird say forgery. im starting a drinking game every time bird say forgery you have to take a shot. 😅🤣

craig is getting into the swing of things by showing that everything he did was super public to help people discover bitcoin and because in the 2009 he had such specialist hardware and to go on hex edittor would be alot harder and longer then just compiling on visual studio

they show debug log file using the bitcoin software and mr madden compared this to another log file disclosure and found they was almost identical but the text was different craigs name instead of admin. server name changed from hiscock to adda mail. and the ip address was a domain from his company but not this own. the original was his ip and the changed one was from his company.

this is a speed test shown on screen from apparently craigs computer and craig says it doesnt have his login so he is not sure if it is from his computer. with a british telecoms ip address from milton keynes

the ip address has been changed from one address to another and craig made a mistake for looking number 3 ip address instead of number 2 ip address. it is a simple mistake but the judge does look intently at craig. this is the first time he has made an small error. craig doesnt know why it says craig at the top of the screen which the judge noticed and questioned and craig comes back with bt is in england and he didnt have a bt ip address untill 2017 so it cant be his and the judge goes back to his casual easy self.

they show a document thats shows a failed ip address attempt connect to whats my ip domain and that was active up to 2011 and inactive by 2013. The say the error message was because being run after 2013 and craig says quite possibly yes. and craig notes the change from the irc server to the aussie mail one would be wrong because it was definetely before bitcoin

craig says if look at the chain of custody of the document you can see and the chain of custody is only relevant to the reliance documents and craig accept that the document has been back dated and changed. and craig says there are files from ira kliemen and during disclosure they are given his oppositions files and as he goes threw his litagation he seems to be creating a large collection of his opponents files he doesnt need or wants to keep and pay for storing

craig says identity doesnt come from procession. his whole case is identity is about pow. and a single document or signing is not a fool proof solution

we see a document that has satoshi and craigs address on the same meta data and the first transmission writting on a the computer was C Wright. Its not a e hello its a hello and anyone can type a hello

mr madden says it had been taken from craigs email box and says it had not comes from satoshi email and craig agrees it was a spoof email and he agrees it been a document that has come from a email with alot of personal information on and so he was very unhappy.

he knows his computer was never called C Wright he never names his computers that way.

He says who ever received this email received it from a compromised system that had his and his ex wifes emails and business emails it was a share home computer.

he said all the documents came from third partys and so it hard to define as reliable or not and in meta terms they are unreliable documents because the solictirs said he should give all the documents and asked them why he should add compromised laptops as documents and craig wanted to give less and not give compromised equipment documents and craig didnt want to give 3rd part computer or 3rd party australian tax details sent by other that are not by himself.

craig says he went threw all of this publicly before a jury he defines it as public information and there is a reason he is not using ontier anymore and he says but we wont go into that

this is a email from craig to dave kliemen talking about how craig asking for daves help to make a version of him that is better then him using tor and other encryption data to hide his identity

it goes back to the ira case and that shows the same email to dave asking for help and dr madden find the header is different compared to the body of the email.

craig noted there was a real email and that the email had been doctored and this email purported to be craig was entered by ira kliemen and he had worked for many years with dave and dave was his best friend but craig didnt realise how sick dave was and he couldnt get involved because of how sick he was

layer asks if the text was different and craig says it was materially the same and that there was some changes and that it was based on his original email and he doesnt have the original email so he cant say what changes were and craig says most of it is and he doesnt have the original email and he says he did ask dave to be a part of this and he doesnt have the exact copy but the ira email had issue that he doesnt recognise as his manner of writting

craig apologise if he wasnt clear but he was asking about the header and so he wasnt being asked the full question and so he didnt answer a full question and he said this under oath so he would presume people would know hes not saying this is the original email

copa pleads this is a forgery and appears to be a original email from craig email address to dave klimen and copa plead a forgery because its the only one admitted into the case fraud documents. craig says its not his..

craig says he did not forward the email to stefan mathews and asks why a document apeearing to be from him to stefan mathews and craig explains a number of emails his and his wife and multiple people at the companys and no matter what security tech implement if you have a wolf in the hen house there is not much you can do to stop it.

apart of the doxing of craigs files from his computer and documents that looked like craig but not actually his... the best way to tell a lie by the doxxers is to sandwich a lie between two truths.

a genuine email could include his compromised account. its still a genuine email just not from craig.

craig say he did not send it but he accepts during his doxing it could have been sent from his email address however

craig explains the fact the sentence is broken up via a comma and so they are seperate thing. he didnt say i forwarded an email that contain the email from dave kliemen. he apoligises for not being clear but he thought a comma would of made it perfectly clear.

and craig say he went from bridges asset and it changed to information defense and it changes all the naming structures in microsoft

part of the issue with the email is due a migration of servers and the other part is due to some altering the document and ira not knowing that he set that up in 2009 he didnt know hense the mistake

mr madden says the server change doesnt explain the transmission header changing and the tramission heading being different by 2 minutes.

craig says it happend and he never forwarded the email he just allowed him to see and the only way he could create it was to rebuild without the full information and not edit it.

we look at a page for ip address look up tool. showing the ip address registered in australia canberra and now they put a document next too it for comparison. in the comparison document the ip address is recieved from csw and the same i.p and he says that jamie wilson who was dismissed in 2013 and dismissed for embellishing money and trying to sell things who was very helpful to ira kliemen

jamie and ira was working together and craig talks about patented idea in 2011 and jamie wrote a fake declaration saying that craig signed all his assets to him and then tried to sell all his patent rights to google and then after decided to work with ira to help his case

mr madden says he has never seen the change of servers create these discrepancy's and craig says no he isnt expert in exchange server and craig goes on to explain how the x500 email differs from the internets structure of email and the email is not from a exchange its from brisbane not sydney where craig lived

craig did not analyses the email so he wouldnt of been able to know. craig doesnt have the original email but hes very sure that he didnt say that and craig says all the email they have handed to mr madden are fakes and all the ira kliemen emails are changed.

the lawyer no goes over again and trys to get him to slip up and then he repeats his version of events in a way more easily understandable for the lawyer.

they says there was nothing about the email being beneficially to him. craig says ira recieved funding and ira brother was dead satoshi and dave who was air to this and so the btc core devs funding it could do what they liked.

71 documents have been presented that substantiate that craig is satoshi and craig says there is no reliance in the norway court. this is to a demonstrate that there are forgery occurring and simple things he can reveal are being made to look force. the case was not substantiated he was satoshi.

they show a document of a law firm that craig fired. craig showed those documents to show people were trying to falsify documents against him

craig says there was nothing about me representing him as satoshi it was about twitter defamation. craig wanted it to be about him being Satoshi but it wasnt and so the lawyer he fired didnt allow him to fully prove it

Klieman says this document was in the expert evidence and lawyer say it wasnt used in the case

no we go on to private keys. in 2011 he place bitcoin and intellectual property into a trust. craig says he has assets held in corporate assets and moved the shares. the companys he owns shares in own bitcoin not and the trust own shares of those companys not actual assets

we see a transcript. craig put a trust structure in place that removed his access to the property. hes asked why its difficult to access the early blocks and craig said trust structure an actual legal trust structure and craig agrees.

He was asked to look at the trust agreement that satates all bitcoin will return to Dr Wright. He was asked about the document and craig answered no it was and that document wasnt relevant. the trust structure has a vision and until 2020 dr wright is not allowed to have any access to fund or any ownership and if he didnt win he had moved assets to avoid the situation and because he won he wasnt bankrupted and and he was not a ceo and does not have excutive power and he could access funds untill after 2020

we see a document from the part we look at is the part says all bitcoin will return to dr wright on 1st jan 2020.

now we look at the transcribe and craig said before i started setting up the trust i wrote this when i was totally drunk. craig doesnt remember correctly as he was drunk. he goes on to explain the full process of how he set up the trust

it was put to craig that the document had been written by klieman and he said he wrote it in 2011 that he had written the day before whilst drunk. craig says he drafted it via many possible means writing dictating etc

we see the trust agreement around the 1,100,100 bitcoin having been received a milly bitcoin from craig to dave kliemen. craig says he wrote this off his nut and the next day when sober he rewrote it.

there is a email with attachments tulip trust and a email that says

craig i believe what you are doing is risky but i support you dave kleiman and craig didnt recognise it.

another document is on screen that he does recognise regarding the tulip trust and provded the trustee for both partys to hold various assets to be settled and the associated tulip trading coin to be transferred by dave kliemen

signed by savannah limted and seychelle limited and the holder of 3 pgip keys.

ira lawyers have dated it and called it tulip trust on a specific subset on the document and then go to a transcript from the trail on day 7. and on line 6 he was asked if he had sworn if that was a authentic document and craig swore it was a authentic copy and sais if he prints it 50 times still a authentic copy and it purports to be a deed of trust. and it was excuted on craigs birthday and thats the reason for that date being picked. he swore in klieman it was authentic and signed by craig and craig agrees

he was asked if it was forgery and he says it was not a forgery and agrees today. he says it is not a genuine document according to the trust and trustee and he set it up so he had no involvement and when he got the document in 2012 he was refused to ask information until 2020 and after 2020 when he was allowed to ask questions was when he then found it was not a genuine document. he cant look at a signature and say if that is a real signature or not and that the document is not real that he attested to be real in klieman case. he could not valid anything until 2020 and he got contempt of court and that was ablessing because he did anger management classes and he is alot better for it.

craaig says in 2020 threw the terms of the trust he was allowed to get the original trust documents which he was not allowed to access until 2020 and it need 70% of trust member to agree and it was accepted. he said it was a authentic document that appeared to be from the trust and if he won with the att those barriers would be removed but it endeavoured to continue till 2020. he has also spoke to people who are named on the document and craig says the told him they never signed

we are shown a deed of trust between wright international and the tulip trust

he says this is not a real document and he said this is bits and pieces of document mashed together and so is not a accurate document. it is a single coherent document made from other documents. he would argue taking multiple documents and mashing them togther can make a single document whether or not it is coherent. craig says it has to be a fake document as it was made by klieman as there was no agreement made by wright international and tulip. he was asked in litigation to validate a document i had never seen all he had to go on was the recognition of peoples signatures

the question was asked are these trustee and he said no you cant be a trustee because you cant have a trustee and hold PGPQ

from the internal of document he found they was not real and what he swore to was a document that was in a file of tulip trustee documents and as he wasnt a trustee of the tulip trust since 2018

in a round about way the anger management he got from the court order was a good thing. he threw a document in the court and he had no way of invalidating it. hes legally not aloud to talk to those people and its a criminal action for him to talk to them before the 2020 date

we are shown a email from 2014 from david klieman and because david died in 2013 it cant be an email from dave. with an attachment of the dave agreement previously seen.

Mr Madden notes the meta data of the document including the sender and receiver recipient which is both craig emails he also he dodgy time stamps

he got the company out of administration where there was 6 months of very little money and lots of bills going and the belief they had if the company goes into liquidation the intellectual property created by the company could be just up for grabs and anyone could take it

strasan was a prior name for C01N and when you are part of a group company the entitys file together

we see a declaration of trust to craig wright from savannah limited comfirming the holdings of 100,000shares in tulip trust

the meta date see a creation date of 2014 and the last creation dat eof 2015 and the signature block for savannah image had been added later.

from a text shadow analyses from an original with some of the original likely from 2015 and he does not dispute.

tulip trading is the company not tulip trust. craig explains the complex details of the trust and trading structure of how companys can be liquated and hotwire was the only compamny put into administration and he was locked out of the building and believed craig wouldnt be able to pay the least and then the landlord company started to sell the property and so when they did get back on there feet they had to buy and update all there document re scan and re print and get the other documents from othe people to trade

we look at a proof of registration for a company in Seychelles called abacus to offer confirmation of tulip trading limited registration

mr madden finds the natural conclusion is the first document we looked at was a invoice for services for a existing company that is a invoice for a company that was purchase prior to that.

craig says they was both incorrect and goes onto a states about dave hospitalization stop the business from neing set up and ira wanted all assets and intellectual property rights and everything to stay in the original company

craig says the signature does not match and i check the signature from the white paper i just received from him and it is correct it does not match.

this looks like a clear forgery and craig also explains the other points that make this document a clear forgery.

in a comparison we see a change to the director name and the ultimate beneficial owner

craig says that is not from him and we can see there are changes again to the address. changes to directors, address for accounting records, and contact details and date and his signature is broken aswell as craig notes. craig says both documents have been doctored and copa say he has tried to doctored the record to establish tulip trading and the trust structure, craig says the trust structure was actaully set up in the early in the early 90s and he says he had a trust already and had many overseas corporation and so he says to set up a fake company he had no needs he has companys in hong kong, cananda seychelles, panama and belize. he thought it was 650 billions and ira refused to settlement of 3.6billion dollars and refused

we stop for a break for 10 minutes.

we start again and copa straight into the tulip trading paperwork from abacus Seychelles. this is a document from david mayaka. we then see an email with tulip trading date being incorporated in 2011

we see an email with a a manager called david confirming details and thankyou dr wright and asking him to fill in the attached form and then we see further emails about payments and that his payments will follow. there is 3 payments of about 4500 aussie dollars.

craig says this email is a pure fabrication by ira kliemen to thrown mud at him to try to get half the trust.

we now see a transfer receipt of aud 1500 dollars and says it from demorgan not hotwire. demorgan email was available and he wouldnt be using hotwire a company in administration to be paying fees. he was also having to pay administration fees. you also have to oay share holder indemnity and he says the real charges would not be that cheap. wright didnt say this is a fake document he had to pay denominal shares holdings

we see another email from a email with craig and abacus and a email from viveca magnusson

we see a consent form to make craig a director and then abacus email a certificate of authenticity and incorporation. he said he had to sign this as optocrypt and they was locked out of the offices and the records of the administrator is on Australian company's house.

they had to have all of our real documents reconstructed.

mr madden says the time has moved from 2014 to 2011

fake says people was sending false documents to the tax office and he wanted all of them closed.

we see a document on the bitcoin forum with the bitcoin source code. he says thats the code he sent ray in 2008 and as there is text limit on the forum and so he wants to show the two side by side. the last section of code side by side seems the same but craig says the contents are not the same as the indents can be content in themselves.
