The FBI caught Biden with his 5th set of stolen classified records after Biden represented to the Biden DOJ he turned over everything.

Biden’s biographer also deleted recordings of Biden illegally disclosing classified information after Garland appointed Rob Hur.

Trump cooperated with—and got setup by—the Biden DOJ.

Hur is the protege of Rod Rosenstein, Chris Wray, and James Comey.

Hot Rod is protecting Hur, who protected Biden from Espionage Act criminal charges.Image

Senate lesson:

Todd Blanche will get confirmed by August 7th as the next Attorney General of the United States.

Here is the simple reason:

Fifteen months ago, Senate Republicans voted to confirm Todd Blanche as the Deputy Attorney General.

According to federal law:

"The Deputy Attorney General is authorized to exercise all the power and authority of the Attorney General, unless any such power or authority is required by law to be exercised by the Attorney General personally."

In other words, the Senate has already voted to give Todd Blanche almost all the powers of the Attorney General.

And he's done nothing over the last 15 months that demonstrates he's unqualified for the job.

In fact, he's served as the Acting Attorney General for the last several months.

So after all the blustering and showboating, Todd Blanche will be our next Attorney General by August 7th.

Exhibit 4 in Halligan’s filing is Letitia James’s Affidavit of Occupancy, where she swore under oath that she would be using the Norfolk, Virginia property she bought as a second home.

This was false – she did not live in the property. Image

There are a lot of X accounts recently expressing their outrage about accountability for Eipstein's exploitation of kids.

I'd take those X accounts more seriously if we ever heard them talk about the 300,000 missing migrant kids.

Anyone who rapes kids deserves the death penalty.

Here's the problem with the Eipstein mess:

The FBI doesn't have the evidence many thought it did.

There are not tapes with powerful men raping kids.

There is not a list.

(Eipstein's rolodex is already public.)

And the file is largely unreleasable, for many reasons including:

1. Grand-jury materials

2. Court records under seal

3. Child pornography

4. Protection of victims

5. Unsubstantiated, even double- or triple-hearsay, bogus claims (like we saw during the Kavanaugh proceedings), which would permanently destroy the reputation of innocent people if released

Does anyone really believe Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, or Dan Bongino would cover up for the likes of Bill Clinton or Bill Gates--if they had that evidence?

The Trump Justice Department wanted to be fully transparent. But it can't, for the reasons above. This is a case of no good deed goes unpunished.

This is no doubt unsatisfying to many. But that's the hard truth.

The President of the United States correctly designated Tren de Aragua (TdA), a vicious Venezuelan gang, as a foreign-terrorist organization.

The President correctly put these terrorists on planes to get them the hell out of our country.

Yet DC Obama Judge James Boasberg thinks he has the power to order the President to turn around the planes in mid-air and bring back these terrorists into America.

This is the most dangerous constitutional crisis imaginable.

I do not say this lightly:

The President has a constitutional duty, as the chief executive officer and commander-in-chief, to ignore Judge Boasberg's lawless and dangerous order.

The Supreme Court must use the emergency docket to immediately stay Judge Boasberg's order.

Next week, the House must impeach Judge Boasberg.

And defund his court.
