What I found most fascinating here is the CNN article with Natasha Bertrand on the byline. Bertrand and others who "break" these stories typically are given the scoop to help peddle a narrative. My gut is that US IC deep-sixed documents & will blame Trump for them missing. 1/
2/2 But I also think the scoop to Taibbi and Team is Trump's team telling Deep State "we might just have a copy." Do they, though?

🔥🔥🔥THREADETTE: Yesterday something struck me as "off," but I only now had a chance now to relisten to the testimony to confirm. Check the 5:43:38 point from @RobGouveiaEsq video below & note Fani Willis volunteering she did NOT go to college with Robin Yeartie. Why would Fani make that point in response to a question of whether she knew Yeartie? 1/
2/ ...because Yeartie testified she met Willis when she was in college. (1:00:00 mark). Note Yeartie didn't say she went to college with Willis, just that they met when she Yeartie was in college. Willis making a point that they didn't go to college together only
3/ makes sense if Willis heard Yeartie's testimony. And note at 5:37:34 point Willis never said she didn't listen to anyone's testimony, only that I told you I was in my office pacing."

So, doing a little mental exercise here. Could feds just start building a tent city on a ranchers property? No. That property is the state or city government's doesn't matter. What if an emergency? Hmm, well there's "necessity," under tort law, and post-deprev. proceedings 1/
2/ sometimes, "excuse" the lack of due process before, and if a "Taking," then need just compensation....But at least from latest, feds are presenting different argument: We own the property or have an easement over the property. "Self-help" isn't typically allowed in those
3/ cases; in other words you can't use for, but need to go to court to establish, although Texas seems willing to resolve without court if feds prove they own the property or have an easement to do what they claim.
