The way this works is that schools hire a full time teacher to sit next to one particular kid ... so you've got a single family that is consuming something like $60,000 of tax services, on top of the baseline costs.

we live in a time where factories don't employ 30% of the population, where factories don't run multiple shifts, and where factories aren't located in cities
