The @washingtonpost ran an article about the journalists killed during the Hamas conflict.
My own research suggests whoever put it together engaged in deception
The end result is that the WP lies to its readers and spread raw Hamas propaganda 1/9

The WP ran its article about 78 Gaza journalists who it holds up as heroes.
1. It used the list provided by @pressfreedom 2. It chose seven journalists to profile 3. It searched their social media.
But I did my own research on this a month ago so know the WP is lying . 2/9
For example. 50% of those in the CPJ list worked for Hamas or Islamic Jihad. Some even put out a 'call to arms' on the morning of Oct 7.
The WP missed them all.
How did the WP randomly select seven journos to profile and avoid all those who work for terrorist groups? 3/9
It gets worse.
79% of the Gazan 'journos' used their social media to praise terrorists and celebrate the murder of innocent Jews.
The WP avoided every single one of those too.
This is beyond all reasonable statistical probability. 4/9
About 20% of the 'journos' didn't work in Journalism and some had obvious ties to key terrorist targets. For example Ahmed Shehab was killed alongside his uncle who was Islamic Jihad royalty.
The WP somehow avoided all these dubious choices too 5/9
We can therefore dismiss the possibility that the seven perfect profiles were chosen at random.
Someone carefully selected which ones to profile and must have found and needed to ignore many unsuitable candidates because of their ties to terrorism or visible extremism. 6/9
The Washington Post article does not mention many of the journalists work for terrorist groups.
Nor mention most journalists openly supported the slaughter of Israeli civilians
And yet this must have been known by whoever did the Washington Post research. 7/9
Instead the WP article paints them all as heroes. How did the WP choose their seven and not find out the truth? It is impossible.
I sent these questions to the three journos named in the article -Ellen Francis, Artur Galocha and Joe Snell
I never recevied a response 8/9
The Washinton Post motto reads ‘democracy dies in darkness’.
They are right, democracy does die in darkness – and they are some of those helping to kill it.

1. Held up as a hero surgeon 2. Used as a key witness against Israeli actions in Gaza. 3. He has been on @SkyNews , @CNN , @BBCWorld , @LBC etc etc
The big question is why? Does nobody do any background research?

First stop Oct 17. The night an Islamic Jihad rocket hit the Baptist Hospital.
Abu Sittah said he was there & called it a Israeli war crime. He also said as he moved from the op theatre to the emergency dept he saw bodies of children piled up. How? Where?
But problems with the doctor go way beyond confusing and mistaken witness statements. Here he is in 2019 sitting next to the PFLP terrorist Leila Khaled. The event was to honour a PFLP leader Maher Al-Yemani.
Exclusive: Hamas propaganda channels claim Israel is targeting journalists.
I have just published a new report showing that the entire story is an unsupportable lie.
Everyone running this story is pushing a modern day antisemitic conspiracy.

There are two lists one contains about 110 names. The other about 70.
Using every OSINT tools I could find, I managed to find 93% of these people online.
And the report shows that almost none are journalists - and journalism had nothing to do with their death.
About half are actually part of Hamas or Islamic Jihad. They are not there to tell you news. They are there - like this one (on both lists) to publish instructions on their Telgram channels telling everyone to pick up a weapon and fight on October 7.
NGOs like @pressfreedom have spread lies about 'journalists' killed in Gaza.
Biased journos like @AlexCrawfordSky help push the lies along.
Tomorrow the full report. But as a teaser - I want to introduce you to 9 'journalists' the CPJ are holding up as heroes.

1. This is CPJ listed 'journalist' Hassuna Aslim celebrating the 27 January 2023 terrorist attack in Jerusalem in which 7 Israelis were murdered. He had tears of Joy.
2. This is CPJ listed 'journalist' Ahmed Al-Qara celebrating a terror attack in Jerusalem on 10 Feb. Three Israelis were murdered including a six-year-old child and his eight-year-old brother.
Hey - @bbcnews, I have a question to ask you about Rushdi Abualouf - the journalist from Gaza you have relied on and trusted this whole conflict... (you know - the one who told you dodgy stories about the Baptist hospital) 1/4
Well in the middle of the 2021 May conflict with Hamas, Rushdi interviewed a 'local resident' by phone... her name was Sherin Emadadein.
Worth pointing out this is really not a common name in Gaza.
Anyway,,, Sherin told Rushdi how difficult life was and so on.. 2/4
Thing is, with it not being a very common name - Sherin Emadadein also happens to be the same name as Rushdi's wife.
A bit odd don't you think. I mean, that's a wild coincidence surely.... 3/4
Just an hour ago @BBCWorld posted this article about growing Hamas support in the WB..
It is the usual @bbcnews nonsense, trying to blame Israel for Islamist extremism.
But let's look inside... 1/7
Thread

The article rests on the words of a guy called Raed Debiy who @LucyWilliamson says is a political scientist and youth leader...
It is a shame Lucy didn't look to see what Raed Debiy really thinks. A wonderful tool called 'Google' may have helped.. 2/7
On 20 June 2023, four Israelis were murdered in a terror attack at a gas station. The Hamas affiliated terrorists were Muhannad Faleh Shehadeh and Khaled Mustafa Sabah. Seems Raed Debiy knew one because this is what he posted within a few hours of the attack: 3/7
I am so sick and tired of our vile media - we are now in a place where they do not even try to hide the bias.
They employ anti-Israel journos - and then let them run wild. It is open and there for all to see.
An example from @SkyNews yesterday: 1/14

So I watched an interview between Saima Mohsin (@SaimaMohsin) & Israel's Mark Regev (@MarkRegev)
Saima was visibly hostile - nasty- and reduced the interview to empty & uniformed anti-Israel activist soundbites - which try to blame Israel, not the Palestinians for Hamas. 2/14
So I had a look at Saima's output here and noticed an endless stream of anti-Israel vitriol. Nothing positive - it is all one way - and she reduces herself to endorsing those who truly hate the Jewish state.
Such as sharing a Novara media post about anti-Zionist Jews. 3/14
