Season ticket prices are going up as we re stabilise the club following disastrous relegation from @SkyBetLeagueOne

The increases to season ticket prices will

Generate an extra £34k

Remember we’re in a million pound hole.

Matchday ticketing will also increase bringing in a further £145k

Beers and concessions increases for all events, not just matchday will bring in £70k

We will be looking for a commercial manager/director challlenged with increasing other income like sponsorship, advertising..

..etc.

Income will grow a minimum of £249k

All of which is optional. If you don’t want to buy a wispa off the club, I can do nothing about that.

It’s your club, as I’m reminded often and agree with.

First team costs will fall by a minimum of £250k

This is our future.

A top of class academy delivering kids we can nurture for them to build a great career in Football.

…Saturdays squad of 18 that played against @ColU_Official cost the club at total of….

….£621,395.20 a year out of £1,600,000 being blown on forever injured..

..players and some that are having operations for long held injuries, some of which they had when the were signed, knowing full well they are not signing a new contract at end of season.

38.8% of our budget in squad which has been even less in weeks gone by.

On top of…

…that we have the cost of physio, medical etc.

It’s not good enough. I don’t accept we’re just unlucky.

Interest charges of £150 will disappear on capitalisation of the clubs debts.

Other club costs will reduce by £120k

Total reduction in loss of £769k

The balance…

..should come from..

A. Increased commercial activity
B. The new sky deal, though despite having asked a few time I still can’t get any detail out of @EFL who go on about stability but don’t forward key info to plan with.
C. Football fortune. We should be able to win an odd..

…cup game next season. We should get sell on fees, or player sales-compensation.

There you have it.

That’s the plan.

There is ZERO hope of me funding football losses of over £1m again.

I don’t mind investing in facilities.

It’s unlikely there will be a sale of the club..
