The MSM is finally reporting on the “Seven Mountains Mandate,” a dominionist ideology popularized by the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR). IMO they feel safe doing it in the wake of the IVF decision bc the decision shocked so many Americans & @mmfa proved the judge embraces 7M. 1/

This, in turn, has led to more MSM coverage of the NAR itself. Let’s hope they continue covering it. It’s not enough to report this existential threat just once or twice. Sustained coverage is necessary bc, without it, the public will wrongly assume that the threat went away. 2/

The MSM has long ignored 7M involvement in attacks on public education—perhaps bc Christian fundamentalists have already moved the Overton window so far on public schools (by underdefunding and demonizing them for years) that the MSM was too cowardly to touch it. 3/

4/ The MSM has also mostly ignored 7M involvement with United in Purpose and the Big Lie, perhaps bc so many Americans believe (were scammed by) the Big Lie.
