The Senedd Cymru (Electoral Candidates Lists) Bill was published today.
It claims to ensure at least 50% of candidates are 'women'.
It's a deception acted out by a gender ideology obsessed @WelshGovernment.

The Integrated Impact Assessment is clear. Candidates will 'declare' whether or not they are a woman.
This is another botched attempt at self ID in Wales by a government that doesn't listen and values ideology over female representation.

The Equality and Human Rights Assessment contains an extensive assessment of the impact on the protected characteristic of gender reassignment, including the risk of legal challenge to any 'gender statement' made.

Last time out, the Bill was jettisoned by the Llywydd (Presiding Officer) as it did not have legislative competence. Guess what? She has taken the same view again.
