Day 21.....12th of March 2024

The first day of closing statements in the Copa Vs Dr Wright court case.

Wow I really pick the worst accommodation. I guess you get what you pay for right. Got kicked out of my first hostel for doing an interview with Gavin Mehl. Now this hostel wants to kick me out because apparently I was sleeping in a common area. Apparently having a hat over your face to block bright lights is sleeping.

Apparently answering immediately to staff members is me sleeping and again they are refusing to give me a refund so I can book another place.

Imagine telling the property your arriving at 6 to 7am and paying for early check-in and then not being able to check in till 4pm 🤣 if 4pm is early then what's late lol

not worth the price saving with the attitude and lies of some of the staff. It's a real shame aswell because alot of the other staff are really polite and friendly and its super cheap but it only takes one bad apple to ruin the barrel.

Anyways I'm in London and about to make my way to the Rolls Building Court to report the last 4 days of closing testimony.

If I'm wrong I'll eat my words but I am confident Craig will win this case as long as Judge Mellor is competitant, honest and fair and thr court system stays legal and just.

As Lord Grabaner would say the evidence speaks for its self.

We should have 2 days of closing from both sides each and I honestly believe the case finishing on shoosmith closing will be the best scenario as it leaves craig closing fresher in the minds of the listeners.

I would love to see it happen but I really don't think we will see a signing or any moving of coins in the next 4 days.

I only see an ace up the sleeve being played if he loses but that is just my opinion.

I do think there will be more new information when we initially start the trial as it's been a week and imagine how many crazy people can email the court in that time and not too mention the information from Craigs accountant about verified digital cash holdings.

It is the last week of the case and the 5th week in London so i apologise but I'm going to shill the heck out of myself.

Ok guys im sat in the court the court thread will be started here. Its a very busy day today in court. The court is really full. The Clerk goes to Get Judge Mellor and we will start soon

Judge Mellor has entered and i notice he has had a fresh hair cut and looking clean.

They talk about the consequences or what would happen with adverse findings from the case.

Judge Mellor says if he wants more submission from shoosmith he will send the information via the clark.

Mr Hough now starts the case with that craig is not satoshi nakamoto and didnt write the white paper and didnt create bitcoin.

Mr Hough giving a nod to the twitter community with repeating he lied 3 times. They talk about the animation and that he accepted that some of the information was agreed to not be truthful.

They say dr wright has tried to blame a huge range of characters and that the buck stops with him.

they now go over the same narrative that everything craig has ever done in his life is a forgery.

They says he has repeatedly failed to prove he is Satoshi and says craig ask unlimited resources as proven by his very expensive legal team to mr houghs right aka shoosmiths.

They talk about a dozen short reasons why craig cant be satoshi.

number 1... copa say the white paper was created in open office not latex
2.... the discussions with adam back so dishonesty from craig because you have to believe adam over craig.
3.... the wei dai issue raised by adam back
4... the satoshis keys and the inconsistent testimony about the keys function,.
5... mr hough cant count....

number 7 lol they talk about patch tuesday and why that proves hes not satoshi.
8... they talk about the electricity usage not matching the hash rate publicly viewable.
9.... satoshi did not send zucko coins according to zucko
10... there is no keys to the genesis block...
11..talking about who wrote the specific emails that mart malmi says was wrong.
12... they talk about github issues

mr hough says satoshi wouldnt of changed his pre cursor work that proves the validity of the document.

we now see documents on screen. Copa made the claim based on publicly available documentation.
copa should be able to press their central claim of the case which is the forgery of all the documents. Judge Mellor limited the order to 50 potentially forged documents.

Shoosmith have accepted all admittance of any documents that copa wanted to file with the court being deemed as fraudulent.

craig says fraud and dishonesty are serious and highly improbable. They then bring up a other case talking about the inherent probability calculations based on peoples being generally honest.

serious allegation require stronger evidence.
the standard proof is the balance of probability.

In Dr Wrights case means many many many people have acted dishonest. not just craig but everyone who gave witness is lieing apparently.

They talk about dr wrights ability to access experts and that they did not say the lack of time effected there findings.

the expert didnt use his computing environment.
he says that he didnt say anything about the features of his environment until much later in csw 11 and they say he refused to give the information and judge mellor says yeah yeah i remember that.

The experts apparently said that craigs environment doesnt have any effect on the outcome lol.... its like copa are using the written documents rather then anything that has come out in the trial.

They say that the meta data differences isnt the issue its the manner of how these meta issues arrised.
They say alot of what craig has provided is eveidence of more lie and not a defence or his story.

most of copa fraudulent dispersions are about nearly all the documents and leaves only 20 documents that have been used in previous cases.

They says that they are agreed findings of fraud. He said that they was not and said he tried to introduced a expert of bryant and then 2 days later he abandoned those expert witnesses too. They says that they can not rely on dr wrights testimony as an expert testimony. The only experts are people who dont have doctorates like madden.

The writting we see on screen is RED. copa have written their whole closing in red??? strange? im not sure why page 91 is in red?

no weight shouldn't be given to craig expert testimony as he is only a fact witness and because its disputed by the experts used it cant be admissible.
They say he tried to attack mr madden and that the technical findings were agreed apon via all experts.

the cross of madden took 1/5th the time expected and craig didnt even call his experts to the stand to give expert testimony.

they say mr madden is very technically proficient

23 years of tech experience. director of forensics for a company for 3 years.

copa say maddens experience is unquestionable as another judge had praised him highly..

They say the attack of his independence is weak from shoosmith. They talk about how bird and bird didnt over step the boundarys set by them within the law... strange why its the only case madden has done it this way only once...

They talk about the virtual machine usage. sorry i got distracted as im pretty sure Luke Dash Jr is in the public gallery and i was checking if it was him.

The notion that mr madden rushed his work is ridiculous... so dont talk about mr madden testamony of not having enough time.

they talk about the bdo minutes and the pad couldnt of been from prior 2012 and say the retorts of craig are not true even though they have not been proved false.

they say mr maddens approach was not rushed and he says it was full and in deepth stating more then enough time and the fact he does not need test is because he does not need the test. probability thesis not actual fact.

They talk about how mr madden was not incapable of grasping the information and the non replication of environments didnt stop him from finding the information it just stopped him from going even further.

They talk about the size manipulation of certain parts of documents craig says are due to his computing environment differences.

copa couldnt take their posistion of refuting what system he used because they cant tell. they say even if he was using all the systems craig said it still doesnt explain with internal timestamp access last created and access couldnt inlcude later Grammarly watermarks.

We now go to day 16 transcript. talking about in the interaction with documents and how it will and wont effect the document meta data. madden says user interaction by deliberately save or auto save features.

They say one would expect to see the same grammarly watermarks on all the other documents but he saw many different time stamps

They now talk about the editting of a later document that post dates bitcoin to make it look like it was a pre date bitcoin. CSW says his files get merged together.

They talk about that it can not be argued with a straight face that certain technical assertions can not be made with a straight face.

They talk about a straw man point and that the edit time is long or that it over laps another document time and the expert did agree with that.

they says the lynn wright documents have remarkable overlapping times and come from the same source.

copa says not one of there fraud allegation rely solely on singualar timestamp information. He says he is going to take a break at 11.45

They now talk about the myob screen shot times and dates and go over the timeline of the send and recieved dates and confirmation of events form both sides. craig, alix partners, ontier

we now see a timeline given by mr madden of the timeline of how he believes it happened. the elaborate plan which is more gripping then a game of cluedo of craig forgery and allegations. im still struggling to see it myself as craig had a credible answer for most.

They then talk about the spoofing and the fact that both was sent on the same day. between 2019 and 2024 using a bad actor to send a spoofed email.

They say csw was unlucky that the email was found to be sent on the same day and could only of happened via a bug and sprung into action that would appear to come from dr wright.

the time for this to happen was not more then one hour and 50 minutes.

he says the bad actor knew what mr hough was going say or its very lucky. its not as if the court is being streamed live and then they talk about the content of the email and talk about how shoosmith could of not have known about the emails authenticity instead and they says craig is lieing and a fraud. what a unpredictable way to end for the break with mr houghs catchphrase you are a lier and a fraud.

we break for 5 minutes.

We are back from break....

Copa go into another 5 examples of their forgery beliefs.

It is a reliance document comparing the studys of dr ignatious pang biological studies with bitcoin.

they now compare the fact the one version of text was different from the toehr version and craig says it was because of merging documents and that it happens to look like it dates from 2008. copa says that is a remarkable coincidence. Craig said this is two different documents merged together and he doesnt know how those documents have gotten together as they was separately issued to different sets of staff.

they then talk about a grammarly time stamp post dating the bitcoin white paper and parts of the documents referencing schemers that didnt exist at the date they are said to have existed and say a doc x was saved as a doc doc file.

The transfers back to the math type header references made by mr maddens report.
they talk about check block header and btc core were sighted in the document which didn't exist at the time of when this document was supposed to have been created.

We see the numbers relating to the reference content and none of the references date pre 2008 according to copa.

We see a comparison and we can see they are virtually identical to the paper of "hsu and shih"
they also says it contained fonts that were not present in word but present in the research paper and madden says it was an artifact of copy and pasting it too word.

They say that the idea craig had a pre released version of a paper 4 years before it was released is highly improbable according to copa.

either the Chinese academics had multiple pre publication copies of those papers.

they say the obvious reason is he back dated the paper trial to try and back up his narrative of him being satoshi

we see an email to ira klimen from craig. showing emails with dave klimen to prove he did know dave

csw says the body of the email is the same but the header is different. copa says there are other versions of this email but in a different format.

we see an email that presents as the original. craig says he was provided by his assistant of a email to stefan matthews in which he forwarded an email received from Stefan.
They then go to the Satoshi Affair... to compare the emails

They now talk about the change of servers locking out satoshi and mr maddens findings. again discrepancies of email dates. it was authored with out outlook checks only gmail

craig says alot of emails have been forged and not be him and he said the emails recieved the first 2 paragraphs and not 3 versions

they say there is 7 issues and again we hear why so many documents are faked

They says its ridculous for conspiracys and control and copa see the advance of an attack is not probably and that the laguage of time coin was desined to marry up with time coin.

They are talking about how someone is editting the text of the original bitcoin white paper and changing line breaks and then we see the 2 documents of the university of newcastle and copa say one is fake and one is real.

forensically the one document is sound but the other is said to have changes and mr madden found embedded content that matched text from the other documents. showing on copa case that its a fake and on craigs side he editting a old documents like a template with new information

They says certain parts were editted away to make it look like a pre dated document and that they could both a predecessor but it has not been admitted to evidence.

The conclusion from copa is it took the old documents from the right time and then taken information from the white paper and added it in there.

copa says he mr madden was definetely not rushed even though he said he was rushed in testimony lol

the pre cursor document that would contain text that perfectly matchs the whitepaper could be the only possible way.

they say in 2005 he had a full copy of the bitcoin but deletes it and the restores it years later with the original copy

They say that it assumed that the reader has knowledge of bitcoin and is yet to be created and is yet to be created in 3 years time.

we see 2008 work of bitcoin code and when you zoom in it saves in a way thats the writing and is visible zoomed out but when zoomed in they will get what ever they like as the image diesnt seem small enough

We see a part blown up which is a copy right from satoshi nakamoto 2009 and that the header and footer could be pasted and editted. he found that the output produced were only parts of the code.

mr madden would see the 4 document screens with noticeable differences.
one of the meta marks was the named code to flow and that wasnt available until later and mr maddedn searches a code to flow tool....

they now go into the pdf having marks of manipulation and say that it couldnt of been created later then what the date says and before the code to flow converter could be made.

dr wrights claim to say these doc are created year apart from each other. dr wright conveyed a confusing message about this documents of the chain of custody schedule and s then asked to be read.

Mr madden say the pdf contains holes and the page was created with a online tool rather then latex.

We break off for Lunch and will resume at 2 oclock.

We are back from Lunch and go straight into the bdo drive discovery.

Craig said after continuing to search for information he found hard drives with alix partner stickers on it so it should of been relevant to the cases. he plugged them in to see if they was still working but did not access them and he had a pop up to confirmed they was working and he said he did not access the hard drives at this time he just plugged it in to check they was working

Alix Partners said they had no knowledge of analyses of these drives. We now talk about Rager hannsson and we now see the "whistle blowing" from rager sorry... ager.

the absence of the stickers would highlight to him that alix partner hadn't imaged the drive. stickers would show the imagining. They say it is a striking coincidence that craig found this treasure trove of information. Copa says this should be a time capsule of information but the "experts" say differently.

they found a series of files that had been sent to the recycle bin and they was all apparently sent to the recycle bin via windows 10 and the documents presented pre date windows 10.... another basic error from a man who can do state level hacking when he feels like but apparently cant code.

one of the issue was the file tables and he says he found 145 files in those file table post dated july 2007 and the significance is the last date it should be been plugged in. 71 were new reliance documents. mr madden notes that the 71 documents are consistent of having the time clock changed to back date the documents to pre bitcoin date for the files.

The transaction logs presented manipulation because a number of them date to 2007 and 2 of them indicate different earlier dates.

madden looked at object idea and are not seen on every file but definitely in some documents. 44 after 2007 and the rest found prior to 2003/ 2002.

they say all the files must of been added in 2023 because those new files date would link it to the old files so cant be 100% verifiable at the old date and not the new date.

he compared the recovered versions with the version pertaining to be from the samsung and bdo drives. they then talk about the bdo updates to the server and that none of that information was challenged.

we see a new document that was admitted in evidence but not show during the trial.

They talk about the activity of the samsung drive that was not used for a long time after the initial dates proposed.

They says they was added to a website editted and then taken back from that website.

they says the computer clock was set to a different time and date and then the bdo drive is loaded up with the new clock and then the bdo drive is gone on to be manipulated according to copa.

They provide a time line of the data received and they says new reliance documents were edited. they say 8 editing sessions occurred lasting multiple hours. They say it was export, deleted and then re uploaded which copa say has become the source of all the new evidence and he says the clock was set back and forward during the editing process

The allegations of forgery include a Grammarly tag before the the date it was available. they say when he uploaded one documents there had been another deleted that was materially identical. a document he had previously disclosed.

The c/c++programer said he couldnt of created a non standard library in the way he did because it would be too hard for him

We look at another page of forgery allegations and now go into the chrono library and say that his allegations about ager hannsson are incredibly untrue. They say it would not be possible for ager to hack him if he had just plugged in and unplugged it but craig says he left it plugged in for a long time.

they call craig a self appointment security expert. did micklejohn self appoint that craig is a security expert?

Copa love Ager... as far as copa see they say agers word is gospel. cah had devilish continuity for those documents to create the document and then seed the drive with the function

They says the documents were created 3 days before craig even found the documents and he failed to notice that any of them were changed.

They talk about agers browser screen and we see it online and shows ager was able to take a picture of his user screen when dr wright was wanting to give ager hannson images of documents from the bdo drive

Copa cant say whether ager did or didnt hack but what they did do was put it too them that craig is the one who hack frauded the document

They talk about the latex files conversions being able to identify
the experts agree it was created in open office.

They said they over layed itfrom latex and it doesnt even match

There is very little people in the world that would have the experience to be able to do what craig claims. They talk about his interest in steganography.

dr wright claims he used open rider and that they say it just wouldnt be able to do that.

the experts agreed that the files composed are not as it might of complie

dr wrights claim is that the expert evidence came from expert s

it is not impossible to make a latex paper and then they agreed it would be incredibly difficult.

Dr Wright says again the experts are wrong about this and its a point of fact he cant be moved on.

he made this opinion...
the 4 points they say establish that these documents are copys of the original and everything we just talking about.

He moves on to phase of proof. He has extremely strong financial evidence and they say craig is the just security guy basically.

they say on the 21st of decmeber he confirms he relys on it and he now says he doesnt relys on any document

Again unreliable..... but there is 2 documents he does rely on. the first is the time coin paper. copa says that his time coin paper is suspect and he didnt have any until 2023 and then he gets two versions in one day.

They say the version that come from craigs source was also the same as the copy from papa nema and it concisely had half the section from bitcoin wp but under explained it

They talk about the document that had distinctly irregular feature and isnt a reliable document. They said he would be surprised to ever see a document over that time period without meta data issue

he claims that his email to mr matthews fowarding.

In the case of don lyman they had some back forwards about random stuff rather then bitcoin

and max lymen was put these question also and they talk about nothing was said in the application about e cash or bitcoin

They now says because craig has had no connection. Now they talk about video and inconsistency. mr madden says it was real'

We have a 5 minute break

We are now back from break and the lights have dimmed so its now got a sexy atmosphere. if they wasnt trying to make me sleepy before they definitely are making me sleepy now.

They talk about how craig could produce a small army of witnesses. In the ira and mccormack case he would prove to be satoshi with hundreds of witnesses and proper evidence and he said he would put together nearly 100 people together.

He says colleagues at bdo knew about him being satoshi but then go on to say that no one wants to come forward to support him. They say craigs colleagues were always opening up white papers and other documents that he had produced

They talk about more people that havent been called. they ask to speed up shoosmith case and then complain he didnt bring more people.

He said there must be other emails out there that he doesnt have anymore.

They talk about Lynn Wright and that her evidence was under cancer and under heavy medications. she had confirmed she was fit to give evidence. she didnt support in the kliemen case.

They also talk about Ramona his current wife and why she did not give evidence and i believe that is because she does not like to be on camera and respects her privacy.

copa says 2 people saw the bitcoin white paper and jenkins saw a different paper called time coin.

we now see an alphabetic list going up to U... of people he sent the white paper too but the majority of those people have not stepped forward to give witness statements

They say his witnesses did offer any support to his case apart from matthews who they feel is biased.

They says the reason demorgan thought he was satoshi was because he was scaring young girls dressed as a ninja at the age of 18 lol. nice twisting of the truth.

They say Mr Bridges of qudos bank gave honest evidence but of no substance in their opinion.

Mr Bridges remembers the pizza conversation but first remembers the days that craig was outed as satoshi and he was a astounded.

they talk about dr pangs recollections and say that the relations between the batman lego and conversations about a lego block chain was of nothing of substance

they say the reason he was walking around the canteen talking about satoshi nakamoto was because he was trying to find out information not to declare he is satoshi.

They talk about mark archibold and say all the conversations they had were completely circumstantial.

They skip over ceriann jones as they say its completely irrelevant to the identity case and use an objection from grabaner of scope as a way to discredit the witness total statement.... strange.....?

Max lyman confirmed the code was unknown code and he also said it involved validation of transactions and said there was no secrecy and he found out about bitcoin at a dinner and all the other knowledge he had was via public sources

they now come to mr jenkins and they say he only spoke the chats that he wanted and then they say he was primed about the time coin. this is copa trying to go for the throat. they say its very surprising that he received a time coin paper. they say thats very suspicious.

copa said that he offered conflicting evidence... i completely disagree with this and he did not say he wrote it down before and then wrote it down during that was mr moss trying to confuse the court by deliberately making a mistake.

mr jenkins dated it after the bitcoin white paper.

they keep calling it a put up job. very bold allegations from copa.

they now talk about mr mathews and say from the whatsapp messages stefan regarded him as a fake and talk about the interaction with ager where stefans said he was telling him what ever he wanted to hear as ager is like a pitbull when he wants something. so for me stefan was throwing a ball for the bull dog.

They talk about who had the duty of power and stefan fired ager and put a injunction on him.

they talk about the fact mathews said he had a usb stick and craig said he handed over a paper copy rather then a usb stick.

they then talk about the witness accounts contrasting each other. he said the document didnt bare the name satoshi nakamoto and that he said he read the paper promptly which was in contrast to craig testimony.

They talk about the anchor point in his mind and his only anchor point is the public release of the white paper itselfs.

they say mathews didnt know in 2014 he was satoshi and that saying to everyone when starting a new business that he is satoshi is apparently exactly what to do... why look for investors if you have satoshi on the team... it would just drag up all the ato dealings.

this is very cringe in my opinion

they now go to the klimen proceedings and talk again about how testimony's are conflicting. he put to matthews that he was aware craig was a fake and he was aware about craig hadnt created bitcoin otherwise he would of been screaming it from the roof tops. They say the story of matthews talking and receiving bitcoin white paper should of been challenged as they believe it is false.

They then talk about don lymans testimony and say it is inconsistent of craigs testimony and that he talks about how his memory is like a dream now.

don lyman said he did not attempt to edit the white paper and if someone said that it would be incorrect.

craig says don lyman was a critical influence but don says the white paper was way above his head.

they talk about who the 3 people were that created bitcoin. dav hal and craig? that still makes craig a part of that when the other 2 have passed.

they now talk about the Sartre post and what craig could of been done many many different thing to provide a cryptographic proof and that the satre post was not sufficient proof who key ownership.

judge says your point was he was getting his excuses in early.

1st excuse is he actually wrote a blog post that didnt offer proof either.

the 2nd excuse is the wrong copy was uploaded and that has to be made because of the emails.

The aim was for the blog post to contain a genuine signature. the journos had been led to expect that.

they all expected a signature and didnt receive it.

dr wright said it wasn't ment to be a signature and all that discredited it haven't really discredited it because it was the wrong post uploaded

they say that these were genuine emails talking about the satre block and that if you read the satre blog post it is confusing but very clear to copa that he wanted to deceive.

he was asked the aftermath of the satre blog and copa says the process was comical.

they say he was repeatedly pressed to provide proof of his claim and they says he was trying to fob off the team about information about the genesis block.

They say he made an excuse based on a technicality based on the early blocks.

based on mr matthews evidence that dr wright tried to come up with a point to not make a transfer an early block publicly and as prove to mccormack. craig tried to harm himself after this interactions. Judge Mellor asks a question... did they make an agreement with crp and that whether the documents are evidence of the truth.

we bow and Judge Mellor leaves the court room.

That is today finished. we always knew the first days would be hard for craig the same way 2 days for copa will be hard for copa.

that is the end of day 21
