18 U.S.C. 2339A is a statute aimed at individuals who provide material support to terrorists knowing that such support will be used to commit one of the offenses specified in the statute.

The President of the USA is assumed to have immunity from prosecution for acts executed during his term as President of the United States. But that assumption is not completely accurate.

The Supreme Court in the 1970’s ruled that a President has immunity from civil suits, but the Court has never ruled on whether a President would be immune from criminal indictments.

But one can argue that Immunity should exist for both Civil and Criminal matters considering the reasoning the Justice in the Nixon case.
