So far I have provided 💯 proof that Arabella New Venture Fund is sponsoring a new Zuckerbucks type program for 2024 called Cities Forward. And they are coordinating with CTCL for multiple election orgs. Now let’s head into some odds and ends.

Trevor Ostbye is the Executive Director of Cities Forward. He is also on the advisory board of an interesting org called Funders Committee for Civic Participation (FCCP). This orgs staffers often belong to the long list of member orgs.

Trevor was also recently listed on the board of the FCCP 2024 Convening Planning Team. So he’s still there.

Also, this FCCP org actually PARTNERS with the United States Census Bureau. (Which they are pleased includes illegal aliens.)

Arabella and CTCL are planning on funding 2024 elections country wide! Starting with Milwaukee and with plans to expand.

As the Federalist exposed, and is shown in my part 1, Cities Forward is handing out money for elections. But there’s much secrecy involved. Well, not anymore!

Drum roll:

Cities Forward is ran by Arabella’s New Venture Funds Center for Secure and Modern Elections (CSME).

As per the Crankstart Foundations 990 tax form, a donation was made to New Venture Fund in order to:

“Support the CITIES
FORWARD CAMPAIGN through the CENTER FOR SECURE AND MODERN ELECTIONS”

*There’s also secondary evidence I’ll include below the top post.

Now here’s the main connections:

Sam Oliker-Friedland is also a part of Cities Forward. This former Obama admin DOJ staffer is also at the Center for Secure and Modern Elections (CSME) and The Institute for Responsive Government (IRG). Both are Arabella New Venture Fund.

The Center For Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) and Center for Secure and Modern Elections both partnered to create The Institute for Responsive Government.

Tiana Epps Johnson also works at The Institute for Responsive Government with Sam Oliker-Friedland.

Jennifer Morrell is also at The Institute for Responsive Government. She is an elections group expert on election audits, a subject matter specialist at DHS CISA, works at the National Task Force on Election Crises and is also a Democracy Fund consultant.

*Note, Milwaukee hasn’t gotten off the ground yet, we have a chance to stop this. You see, Arabella originally ran a Wisconsin zuckerbucks trial run in 2020 and history is repeating itself.

The CTCL group (Zuckerbucks in 2020) has snuck back into our 2024 elections shielded in total secrecy while partnering with Arabella New Venture Fund.

(Recall that Arabella is a money handler for Soros Democracy alliance.)

The @FDRLST recently exposed this new Cities Forward election funding scheme. But Cities Forward said that it wasn’t going to reveal its funding or connections until November? You know election month? Ha!

And I certainly don’t believe that Claire Woodall, of WI elections doesn’t know who they are because she had worked with them before. So, due to all this secrecy, I’m going to reveal everything for them.

Part one will be what the Federalist found. Part 2 will reveal the CTCL and Arabella connections. But there’s a whole lot more to this tangled web, and that’s what part 3 is for. Nobody is getting off easy here.

The Federalist story:

“Cities Forward, a virtually unknown nonprofit organization that markets itself as a “nonpartisan effort focused on helping cities around the country make participation in the democratic process a priority.”

You know I just don’t like what Arabella and CTCL has their hands on here:

Milwaukee is expected to use the funds from the group to pay for:

- New tabulators
- Text messaging service that “would allow the city to reach registered voters to CORRECT MISINFORMATION
- Voting machines that can digitally generate a ballot for any voter in the city and then print a paper copy
- Over 200 Android smartphones
- Etc

Trevor Ostbye will be in part 3. There’s more about Trevor than in the article, but he’s just icing on the cake.

Ok first I provided you with a Jan 2021 memo from Catherine Herridge showing that Trump DID order the National Guard on January 3, 2021.

Now we have a memo from the Secretary For Defense working out the details and providing rules for engagement!

“This memorandum responds to your January 4, 2021 memorandum regarding the District of Columbia request for District of Columbia National Guard (DCNG) support in response to planned demonstrations from January 5-6, 2021. You are authorized to approve the requested support, subject to my guidance below and subject to consultation with the Attorney General, as required by Executive Order 11485.”

“At all times, the DCNG will remain under the operational and administrative command and control of the Commanding General of the DCNG, who reports to the Secretary of Defense through the Secretary of the Army.”

🔥Breaking! Part three! Elections, Obama, Ushahidi and Big Tech

What do Obama, elections, disinformation work, Sara-Jayne Terp of the CTIL files, Jonathan Morgan of New Knowledge and First Draft News all have in common? USHAHIDI!

So as you read in part 2, Kenyan Ushahidi has both past Obama admin links, and worked his 2012 election. And they supposedly also work elections in another non partisan way too. I found Ushahidi listed as an activist tool in the Blueprint for Change manual. Ushahidi combines social activism and citizen journalism. Sara-Jayne Terp and Jonathan Morgan both worked at Ushahidi.

As for disinformation, Ushahidi ran one of the first major disinfo rackets in the world, called Pheme, beginning in 2014. This was funded by the EU. Sara-Jayne Terp worked the Pheme project, and First Draft News became a partner.

“Ushahidi has been running a series of projects funded by the European Commission. PHEME, for instance, is a rumour tool which performs sentiment analysis on text data, specifically in tweets but generally in text. “Its work was attempting to look for rumours and then either reputation or confirmation of rumours or confirmation of facts,” says Doran.

Another project, COMRADES is more focused on crisis response categorisation of inbound data. COMRADES is a platform designed to help communities reconnect, respond to and recover from a crisis situation.

Pheme has partners from seven different countries. The team developing Pheme includes University of Sheffield, King's College London, University of Warwick, Saarland University in Germany, MODUL University Vienna, Ontotext AD in Bulgaria, Atos Spain SA, iHub Ltd in Kenya, and SWI

So how did this Ushahidi come about in 2007? And who funds them?

Ushahidi was originally funded almost exclusively by grants (starting with money from eBay founder Pierre Omidyar’s Foundation and now supported by USAID).

Let’s begin with the source for Ushahidi running the Pheme Project. Couldn’t we say this is the first election org running a disinfo program? And funded by a foreign government at that (European Commission).

Today, I am going to show you how Google, Facebook, Ushahidi, and Twitter got to know Obama quite well and ran his 2012 re-election campaign! Also recall that Google was involved in the Hillary Campaign too.

You will also learn that multiple US presidential elections were monitored by Obama’s Kenyan Ushahidi! Ushahidi was also involved in some of the worlds earliest disinfo work! Ushahidi also works with Google and is partnered with Georgetown University.

Remember the CTI Files with Sara Terp and Jonathan Morgan working at Ushahidi? Remember the whistleblower that said that Obama told Sara to make certain 2016 didn’t happen again? How does this all fall together? Well I’ll tell you, a little at a time because I have a ton of data!

♦️Obama, Narwhal and Big Tech

“Obamas team had elite and, for tech, senior talent -- by which I mean that most of them were in their 30s -- from Twitter, Google, Facebook, Craigslist, Quora, and some of Chicago's own software companies such as Orbitz and Threadless, where Harper Reed had been CTO.”

Narwhal was the code name for the data platform that underpinned the campaign and let it track voters and volunteers. They also used Amazon AWS which also provides cloud computing for the CIA.

In 2008, Obama used Houdini as its election software. But it crashed on Election Day.

In 2012, Democrats had a new version, built by the vendor, NGP VAN. It was called Gordon, after the man who killed Houdini. But the 2008 failure, among other needs, drove the 2012 Obama team to bring technologists in-house.

♦️Kenyan Ushahidi enters the picture

In 2012 there were TWO Ushahidi deployments used to monitor the election. There was a third party election monitoring group, the Election Protection Committee, that ran “Our Vote Live”, and less well known to the public, the Obama Campaign’s esteemed technical team.

Originally developed for tracking humanitarian incidents, Ushahidi was the basis for an app used by poll-watcher volunteers to submit geo-tagged reports of potential problems, such as illegal electioneering or ballots being handled improperly.

As reports came in, they were shown on a map in the Obama campaign's "boiler room," and the data was pushed to another application—a lawyer-assignment app—to dispatch volunteer lawyers if required to handle the situation or to gather resources for a possible court challenge.

Ushahidi has been used to monitor elections around the world!

And what led me to Obama and Ushahidi? It was actually linked in the Blueprint for Change. A user guide for Democrat global collusion and networking.

Next we will review the Obama linked Ushahidi role in US presidential elections BEGINNING in 2012. And it wasn’t just an app.

Before I begin with my sourcing, realize that Kenyan Ushahidi was much more than just an App. And had been used on every presidential election since 2012. I will get into this more later.
