This basic cooler made $3700 this month.

4x what an average vending machine makes.

Here’s what it is, how it’s making so much money & how it’ll make $4000+ next month: Image
1. What it is.

A Stockwell smart cooler.

Aka the next generation of vending machines.

It’s a large cooler with the same technology as a vending machine (hence the name).

Below is a video showing exactly how it works.

So, how does it make so much money?
2. How it generated $3700 last month.

Smart coolers don't always make more than vending machines...

Only if you do it right.

So here’s what we did:

• Used a variety of products
• Included a touchless payment option
• Placed it in a high-end luxury apartment (750 units)
3. How we’re going to get it to $4000 this month.

$3700/month for a vending machine is great, but…

There’s always room for improvement.

We looked at the best-sellers + what wasn’t selling.

& We came to the conclusion we’d be able to add more revenue by doing these 3 things:
1. Adding more products.

We've slowly been adding more & more products each month to the cooler.

& each time, the revenue increases.

So we're going to keep stocking the cooler fuller until there's no room left.

More products = more sales.

Simple.
2. Doubling down.

For the products we're adding in...

We're being calculated about it. No guessing.

We're reviewing the sales numbers & seeing what's selling the most.

Then adding MORE of those products.

Ex. Gatorade is selling well...

So we're adding more flavors of it.
3. Frequent stocking.

The more often the Cooler is fully stocked...

The more items it can sell.

So we're making sure we're stocking it every few days (since it's selling so quickly).

Eventually, we'll pay an operator to do this for us.
& That’s the smart-cooler breakdown.

This cooler was placed by one of the members of the Vendingpreneur family.

I’m excited to see how high we can scale this single vending machine. 🚀

I’ll keep you updated next month after our plan is in place.

Here’s the real story of how I started my vending business 4 years ago & grew it to $20,000/month:

(Full step-by-step process so you can copy me)

Family is the most important thing in the world to me.

So, 3.5 years ago, when I learned my wife was pregnant with our 1st daughter…

I wanted to find a way to make extra money & work less at my job as a strength coach.

That’s when I found a business idea that changed my life:
Vending machines.

I came across an article online about a guy making $10k/month with his vending biz.

It said he started with no experience & was working less than 10 hours/week.

Since I'm a big believer in passive income, this sounded perfect for me.

So here’s what I did:

Bryan Johnson is spending $2,000,000/year to live until 120.

So I spent a full day researching his entire longevity blueprint.

Here’s a full breakdown of his routine & how anyone can use it:

(without spending $2M/year)

The results from Bryan’s routine are impressive:

• Slowed pace of aging by equivalent of 31 years
• Reduced biological age by 21 yrs in 5 months (42 to 21)
• Acumulating aging damage slower than 88% of 18-year-olds

& since I'm a father who’s passionate about anti-aging…
I wanted to see how I could copy him in my everyday life (without spending millions).

So after hours of research…

Here’s what I found: Image

Stop reading books that provide general business advice & platitudes.

Start reading actionable books that show you how to start & build a business from 0.

So here are 8 books that helped me start & grow my business to 6-figures in 3 years:

I grew my vending business to $15,000/month in 2023.

If I had to start over from 0 & wanted to do it again in 2024…

Here’s exactly what I’d do (Bookmark This):

1. Find a location in my city.

I’d google the following locations within 30 minutes of me:

• Apartment complexes
• College/University campuses
• Businesses with 100+ employees

& make a list of each one's email/phone numbers.

After I make my list, I’d move on to step 2: Image
2. Call/Email my list.

Ideally, I’ll have a list of 50-100 locations from step 1.

I’d start calling and/or emailing each location.

I’ll simply introduce myself & ask 3 questions:

6. Senior care.

74% success rate.

Definitely the most unique business on this list.

But they're successful due to the growing elderly population.

You can start this business with a simple house & get it certified for senior care.

But this requires a semi-large investment. Image
5. Last-mile delivery service.

76% success rate.

This is a super simple business model:

Delivering products/goods a short-distance (ie. last mile).

The first miles are through freights & planes...

& You drive the last mile of the delivery process (Ex. trucking). Image
