1/ This report outlines the four paths Trump has to save himself, and the major problems with each.

2/ Two of the four paths are based on breaking news from just the last few hours.

3/ I cannot explain to you why major media is falsely reporting that the Trump Media-DWAC merger will save Trump. It has literally zero chance of doing so and all of the sourcing and relevant law for this is in the report above.

4/ There are other obstacles media seems not to have focused on for reasons I don’t understand, making this work of curatorial journalism the most complete—but also a rather succinct—summary of the situation as it stands now, with Trump’s hard Monday deadline just 72 hours away.

6/ This is a major—rolling—national security emergency.

There is no longer any money Trump could secure—or cosigner he could secure—that wouldn’t raise massive national security issues that make it unacceptable for him to ever again receive any classified intelligence briefings.

7/ I’ve often in the past declined to file reports on Trump legal proceedings—despite being an attorney and legal analyst—because I find most basic legal operations boring now, and candidly *many* breathless Trump-related reports are about ho-hum court quirks.

This is different.

8/ What we’re seeing now has never happened in U.S. history before. And it may never happen again.

The threat to national security we’re facing now we’ve never faced before—and may never face again.

And the amount of misinformation and confusion and inaction surrounding this...

9/ ...may also be unprecedented. Media largely declined to cover the Chubb bond—which was irregular, and involved a CEO with direct and indirect Kremlin and CCP ties—in anything but cursory fashion, and is now telling us the new TMTG will give Trump all he needs to make his bond.

10/ That’s false. But I fear the false narratives being negligently or recklessly perpetuated by US media could put Trump in the unique position of getting away with a major fraud on the courts and—for that matter—on America. I hope everyone will read all 5 PROOF reports on this.
