This is a proven lie. The UN Report debunked it definitively. But Politico is still publishing it now as fact, referencing a debunked hoax with zero shame

to further bolster his "evidence", Politico's @dlippman also cites the "Physicians for Human Rights Israel report" to further pad his claims of "evidence for mass rape". But the PHRI report has already been admitted to be a fraud by its own co-author:

it's even worse. The same McKernan who wrote the Guardian piece on the "mass rape" hoax in January I mentioned with the forced confessions doesn't include the "footage of mass rapes" claim again. Lippman intentionally went back to an earlier debunked claim to reference. Holy shit

Daniel Lippman knows perfectly well that his claim of "footage of mass rape exists and has been reported on" is a brazen fabrication. But he decided to shamelessly print it anyway as he smears a member of Congress, because he knows he will face zero consequences for being a liar

Bowman in his response of course had to bow to the smears, but in so doing he also repeats one of the most common falsehoods about the UN Report. It explicitly did not assign any blame to Hamas. That's literally in the conclusion:
