Todd Chisholm, 59, former Vermont State trooper for 13 yrs, pled guilty to a lesser charge of lewd & lascivious behavior w a child & has been sentenced to 4 to 5 years, all SUSPENDED except for 30 days, and 6 yrs of probation with no early termination.
