Daniel Menelaou, 31, Youth & Young Adult Pastor at Futures Church Alpharetta, has been charged w 6 counts of possession or control of any material depicting a minor in sexually explicit conduct & is being held on 120k bond.
Michael Todd Hess, 50, former Providence church children’s bible study instructor, has been charged w indecent assault without consent following an incident on Jan. 24. He awaits a yet to be scheduled preliminary hearing.
Kevin Robert Christensen, 64, Box Elder County Justice Court judge, has been charged w 2 counts of enticing a minor, 2 counts of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor & 2 counts of dealing materials harmful to a minor — all felonies. A judge granted an order to hold Christensen without bail due to the evidence provided by police.
Matthew Marshall, 46, former Brewster police officer, pled guilty to 3 counts possessing CSAM, 1 count first responder unlawfully photographing a scene, felony vandalism, unlawfully disseminating criminal records information, & photographing an unsuspecting nude person & has been sentenced to 18 months “suspended” & 3 yrs probation. 
Richard Merskin, 42, former minister with The River in Highlands Ranch & founder of Way of Life Ministries, was found guilty of sexual assault on a child under 15 by one in a position of trust. He faces 8 to life. Sentencing is 5/16 (no mugshot available)
Andrew Apple, 27, now former church volunteer at Calvary Church Bentonville, has been charged with rape, 2nd degree sexual assault & sexual indecency with a child. His bond is set at 100k.
Dale Burbank, 65, houseparent at The Mustard Seed Ranch, has been charged w statutory rape by an authority figure. His bond is set at 70k.
David Roger Franklin, 68, former Wellington Assembly of God pastor, pled guilty to 3 counts of producing child sexual abuse images & 1 count each of transporting & possessing child sexual abuse material & has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.
John Kisch, 59, former Brick Township police officer, pled guilty to possessing child sexual abuse materials & has been sentenced to only 270 days in jail.
Gary Clark, 78, who served multiple terms as the Zillah mayor & officer of the Yakima County Republicans, pled guilty to multiple counts of first-degree rape of a child, admitting to engaging in sexual acts with a minor younger than 12 years old. Sentencing is 3/7.

Zachary Scrivner, 50, former Kern County Supervisor & Kevin McCarthy’s protege, has been charged w 3 counts of willful cruelty to a child & 2 counts of possession of an assault rifle. 
Matthew Orban, 52, co-founder of Faith Flip in Longview, has been charged with the sexual assault of a minor. 
Timothy Allen Westervelt, 34, active member of the Yellowstone Militia, has been charged w child rape, child sex abuse & possessing images of children being sexually abused. 
Brian DiBiasi, 39, Hamilton Township Police officer for 21 years, has been charged w causing or permitting a child to engage in a sexual act that may be photographed, filmed or reproduced (1st degree), engaging in sexual conduct that would debauch the morals of a child (2nd degree); possessing fewer than 1,000 images of child sexual abuse (3rd degree); distributing images of child sexual abuse (2nd degree); and possessing images of child sexual abuse with the intent to distribute (2nd degree).
Aaron Craig Gleason, Rocky Bayou Christian School teacher & coach, has been charged w lewd & lascivious molestation of a child under the age of 12 by a person over the age of 18. Gleason remains in jail and has been denied bond.
Woodrow Adams, 75, former Tennessee Ridge Municipal Judge for 20 years, pled no contest to 3 counts of child rape & was sentenced 8 years probation & split confinement (partially served in custody, then released with supervision). He is currently out of custody.
