Matthew Orban, 52, co-founder of Faith Flip in Longview, has been charged with the sexual assault of a minor. 
Timothy Allen Westervelt, 34, active member of the Yellowstone Militia, has been charged w child rape, child sex abuse & possessing images of children being sexually abused. 
Brian DiBiasi, 39, Hamilton Township Police officer for 21 years, has been charged w causing or permitting a child to engage in a sexual act that may be photographed, filmed or reproduced (1st degree), engaging in sexual conduct that would debauch the morals of a child (2nd degree); possessing fewer than 1,000 images of child sexual abuse (3rd degree); distributing images of child sexual abuse (2nd degree); and possessing images of child sexual abuse with the intent to distribute (2nd degree).
Aaron Craig Gleason, Rocky Bayou Christian School teacher & coach, has been charged w lewd & lascivious molestation of a child under the age of 12 by a person over the age of 18. Gleason remains in jail and has been denied bond.
Woodrow Adams, 75, former Tennessee Ridge Municipal Judge for 20 years, pled no contest to 3 counts of child rape & was sentenced 8 years probation & split confinement (partially served in custody, then released with supervision). He is currently out of custody.
Steven Sumner, 56, former Madison County councilman & pastor, who is charged w 18 counts of raping a minor girl in 2020, is being sought by US Marshals after he failed to show up for his appointed court date & went on the run.
John “Beau” Summerlin, 55, founding member & former deacon of Trinity Church, has been charged with sexual abuse of a child under the age of 16 & lewd conduct with a minor, both felonies.
Kurt Schenk, 63, former Coatesville City Council member & pastor of New Beginnings Church of the Cross, has been charged with attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, and false imprisonment.
James McMillan, former pastor of Slaughterville Baptist Church and First Baptist Church of Konawa, has been additionally charged with exhibiting obscene material or child sex abuse material to a minor. His bond is set at $450,000
Wilson Frias, 52, former New York City police detective from Briarcliff Manor, was found guilty of 1st-degree sexual abuse & endangering the welfare of a child & has been sentenced to 5 yrs in prison followed by 10 yrs probation.
Clint Franklin Massie, 49, church member at Old Apostolic Lutheran Church in Duluth, pled guilty to 4 counts of criminal sexual conduct. He faces more than 9 yrs in prison. Sentencing is 3/20.
John Radcliff, 57, has been charged in Lewis, Harrison, Braxton & Nicholas counties for the sexual abuse of children that occurred between 1987 & 2003. 
Mary Fraidy Miller (formerly Cowan), who served in a youth fellowship role in the church her husband was pastor of, has been charged with 3 counts class B felony permitting child abuse & 5 counts 2nd degree endangering the welfare of a minor. 
John D. Jessup, current Commissioner for Hancock County’s District 1, pled guilty to 1 count of attempted sexual assault. The plea deal lowered Jessup’s charge from a Level A felony to a Level B felony – which is punishable by up to 20 years in prison. Last week, Jessup was elected to the Hancock County Council as one of 3 Republican candidates.
Tyler Selby, 34, former worship leader at Robinwood Baptist Church, has filed his intent to plead guilty to 1 count of producing child sexual abuse material & 2 counts of distributing child sexual abuse material. He initially pleaded not guilty. If he does not enter a guilty plea, a trial is scheduled for December 2 in federal court in Gulfport.
Harriet Sugg, 57, former teacher at The First Acedemy/First Baptist Church of Orlando, was found arbitrarily guilty under Nolo Contendere (she accepted punishment but did not admit to the charge). The court sentenced Suggs to serve 18 months in the Orange County Corrections Facility for Sexual Activity with a 16 or 17-year Old Child (a second-degree felony) and state probation for up to 10 years following her release.
Rebecca Hood, 50, former Gordon County commissioner & Scott Hood, 56, have both been charged with child cruelty. The GBI began investigating allegations of sexual and physical abuse of the couple’s adopted children back in Jan. 2021. Rebecca Hood had been a Gordon County commissioner at the time the investigation began.
Ryan John Capps, 25, former Durant Middle School teacher and coach, was found guilty of coercion & enticement, sexual exploitation of a child/ use of a child to produce a visual depiction & sexual abuse of a minor in Indian Country & has been sentenced to 25 years in prison. 
Ryan Christopher Hall, 50, Senior Deputy at the Harford County Sheriff's Office for 27 years, previously assigned to the Domestic Violence Unit, has been charged with 2 counts of Sex Abuse of a Minor, 2 counts of Continuing Course of Conduct with a Child, 10 counts of CSAM Filming in Sex Act, 10 counts of Possession of Child sexual abuse material & 2 counts of Visual Surveillance of a Private Area
