Here we go again. Far-left activist Iris Bordman just filed a Temporary Protection Order against me. She's one of six protesters arrested and charged for disrupting a Seattle City Council meeting in February.

Without providing any concrete evidence, Bordman is now accusing me of "harassment" and claims I am not an accredited journalist. Once again, a King County Commissioner believed her lies and now I have to fight this court later this month.

Here's the crazy part. I never approached Bordman in court. Instead, I went straight to her public defender for comment on the situation. After covering hundreds of arraignments in my career, I know the process. Defendants are rarely advised to speak.

In court documents, Bordman claims she is a "Protected Person."

Here is Bordman's narrative. Look at the lies these people tell to stifle media coverage. Apparently some people in her camp told the judge that I am not a reporter.

I want to remind Bordman that Seattle Municipal Court is a public place. Recording is allowed with permission which I obtained before the hearing. I am also an active member of the media, have numerous credentials, and currently report or contribute to the following outlets:

BTW, right after I covered Bordman's situation in court, I went on Primetime with Jesse Waters Thursday evening to talk about my recent coverage of the Garfield Park migrant takeover. For the record, all the public information officers with the courts returned my media related requests on Thursday. Tim Robinson, Will Casey, and Gary Ireland have always been true professionals. We maintain a courteous and professional relationship.

Authorities say Bordman along with five others were arrested in February after a migrant protest in Seattle City Council Chambers went haywire.

This is not my first rodeo. Last year, another far-left activist filed a Temporary Protection Order against me. But I prevailed in that case because the Court Commissioner realized what was going on.
