🔥 Breaking! The Obama WhiteHouse along with the state dept was at TWO Open Government Hub events held for the Open Government Partnership!

And Samantha Powers was at the Open Government Hub grand opening on January 10, 2013 too!

This is Part 5 of the Open Government Partnership (OGP) and Open Government Hub series (OGH).

So we not only had the Serbian Otpor folks, State Dept, and USAID at the OGH, we had White House staff there too! I’m telling you, we had Government operating out of this hub! And here it is!

Today, I also want to further clarify the cozy relationship of the Open Government Partnership (OGP) and the Open Government Hub (OGH). There was a reason they were at the same address, as well as others.

But first let me remind you that the OGP was an Obama created org. So no wonder a Global Network Leader at his foundation led it, even over the entire Trump admin.

“President Obama launched the Open Government Partnership (OGP) in 2011 at the U.N. General Assembly meeting with seven other heads of state and an equal number of leaders from civil society. The OGP has grown to a global coalition of 64 governments and hundreds of civil-society orgs.”

“Since its inception, the United States has supported the work of the Partnership, including by serving on the OGP Steering Committee, providing critical financing to the OGP Support Unit and supporting NAP implementation around the world.”

And the OGP operated in the beltway loop, aka intelligence community.

2022: “OGP in the United States has always been a primarily “inside of
the Beltway” affair,”

The OGP was actually at the beginning, at the White House, and there was talk in 2022 of placing it back there.

So let’s review a little bit of their early history. And you’ll see why they are all so cozy. I’ll follow this 🧵 with photos so you get a glimpse.

So what did the working conditions there look like? It was one big happy commune. 🥳

They also had lots of events with food and drinks, and also lots of parties with food and drink. 🥳

The first photo is their 2014 launch party. Second is the one year anniversary. Third is their first happy hour. And the fourth shows their DevCliches Rehab Night. Gee who wouldn’t want to work there? 🥳

🚨 Folks, this may be my most massive find ever!! Serbian Otpor visited the Open Government Hub! And Otpor training is directly linked to its director too! This is a government ran org folks, this is serious.

This is Part 3 of my series on the Open Government Hub and the Open Government Partnership.

Recall the Hub (OGH) was at the same exact address as the Open Government Partnership (OGP). And the Global Network Lead of the Obama Foundation, Nada Zohd, is a director at the hub.

Well, the Hub (OGH) had a Serbia Otpor Founder, Ivan Marovic, at one of their events! They also had the Rhize (Linked) CEO and Director of global training there too.

Now read this:

“In 2016 Ivan Marovic designed and developed Global Coaching Corps for Rhize, a US based organization and did their fellowship.”

Do you know who is a board member of Rhize? None other than the Obama Foundation Global Network Lead, and Open Government Hub director, Nada Zohdy.

And get this, they even mentioned how the Otpor model was adapted for the United States!

Just remember that Obama’s OFA and Indivisible used Otpor for the resistance. Otpor defined is the resistance.

So now we have BOTH OFA and the Obama Foundation linked to Otpor!

And don’t you forget that Nadas hub report (doc), said that that the Open Government Partnership is an “inside the beltway affair”.

The impacts have provided tangible impact like helping a small Nairobi community gain access to potable drinking water to the emergence of a women's movement in Uganda to catalyzing a true community of peers and mentors that support one another with solidarity.

🔥Breaking! The Obama admin operated GLOBALLY within the federal government during the Trump presidency! Part 1.

How you may ask? Well, through the Open Government Partnership (OGP).

Let me get into some details. Meet Nada Zohdy, she’s the one who resurrected the OGP for Joe Biden. She was also responsible for overseeing this gov org for 7 years prior to her leaving July 2022. She operated this thru the Open Government Hub.

This hub was the back scenes of radical leftist activities. 3 other orgs, at least, shared the same address as the OGP. One being the Open government hub that Nada frequented.(See part 2)

Nada is the Global director of the Obama Foundation. And she ran the Open Government Hub under Trump. Oh yeah, surprise!

This woman hates the populist right. She organized over 40 leftist civil society orgs in coordination with the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, at her beck & call during the Trump admin. The Trump Admin WAS PART OF THE RESISTANCE!

Trump let the OGP wind down, but never closed it. This was Nadas baby, then she handed it off to the Biden admin who resurrected this, & incorporated it into his Global Summit For Democracy in order to rule the world. What we are seeing today, is a global coup upon populists, which is us.

What we have here is gov led, radical leftist everything.

The Biden White House has regained control of the OGP, like when it started, but here’s some recent past history:

“OGP has bounced between a number of federal US agencies & entities, including: the National Security Council, the Office of Information & Regulatory Affairs, the General Services Administration, the Office of Science & Technology Policy, the Office of American Innovation, the Office of Management & Budget, &, most recently, the State Dept.

This instability has weakened leadership for coordination between implementing agencies & made civil society interaction difficult. In addition, IRM reports have documented ambiguity about whether the OGP process exists primarily as a foreign affairs exercise or a credible domestic reform process.”

“Senior ownership of the OGP process within government, led by the White House, is vital both to enable interagency government coordination & commitments, & to signal to civil society leaders that this is a worthwhile process for them to prioritize.”

In part 2, you will see that the below authoritarians are conservatives:

“2021 & 2022 provide an opportunity, unprecedented in recent decades, to turn back the tide of authoritarianism internationally. In particular, there are a variety of regional, global, & economic meetings where good governance & rule of law are central themes. This includes the recent OECD Anti-corruption Summit, the Group of Seven meeting, a special session of the United Nations General Assembly, OGP’s 10-year anniversary summit in Seoul, &, importantly, the Biden Admin’s planned Summit for Democracy.”

And this is where we get to the Biden admin being a GLOBAL LEADER:

“The final key ingredient for an improved US OGP process is making explicit, deliberate LINKS between DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL policy efforts whenever possible, to the mutual benefit of domestic & global reformers. This is an important product of the transformed political context & America’s ongoing democratic crisis. Biden globalization :

Multiple interviewees clearly stated that OGP can indeed be used to assert American leadership on many issues that require global cooperation.”

Bidens globalized courts:

“Criminal Justice, Civil Justice, & Broader Access to Justice Reforms

“Many participants called for a paradigm shift that reallocates resources away from police, militarization, and mass incarceration and towards equitable justice reforms for marginalized
communities. This includes rethinking justice- related data, clemency, criminal treatment of immigrants, policing, and sentencing.

I’ll give the history of the OGP started under Obama, and source this doc. Then look forward to part 2.

Things are going to get harry later on. But in the meanwhile here’s the documentation on the resurrection of the Open Government Partnership.

It seems that Nada, the Global Network Lead of the Obama foundation, has been listed as a director of the Open Government Hub in multiple places.

So it wasn’t just for this report. It was for 7 years as of July 2022 and including the Trump admin.

But in this report, it mentions the Open Government Partnership hired her to do it.

Interestingly, The Open GovernmentPartnership and the Open Government Hub both shared the same address. 😹(See next post)

🔥 Breaking! Bidens global disinformation censorship plans further exposed! They are purposely targeting us!

A new document I found that changes everything! Biden is pushing a global anti populism & disinformation censorship scheme! And they are involving the UN’s SDG!

A little history first:

Recall I exposed Bidens 2021 & 2023 Global Summits to gain control of the internet & news. Their plans included using the, “International Fund for Public Interest Media”, with up to $30 million in USAID funding. The overall plans were to use the Internet & news to increase the, “truth”.

Anywho this was created by the NED etc funded, Omidyar Luminate & UK gov ran BBC Media.

(USAID? NED? UK Gov? Global censorship collusion? Essentially a CIA and leftist ran program, what can go wrong for conservatives? 👀)

This Biden initiated global censorship plan happened at the same time as the US and UK etc developed ministries for truth.

~Now for the goods:

I found the early planning document for this before Biden used it, & censorship & pushing “trusted media” was heavily built into the plans. With populism lumped in with authoritarian regimes.

They also discuss how Covid disinfo was a cluster-f without this marvelous plan in place.

1. Populists (republicans) are a bad thing, & there are too many of us on social media with disinfo:

“The people who feel most left out of society, both economically and politically, are those who often have least access to trusted, & trustworthy, information & platforms for democratic expression.

The rise of authoritarianism & POPULISM has often exploited & CAPTURED MEDIA SPACES best positioned to fill these gaps.”

2. They need to control the source of info to promote change in social norms & make you punish naughty political incumbents. Like perhaps Trump & Bolsonaro?

“Giving voters accurate
& credible information from trustworthy sources such as independent media or oversight institutions can CHANGE the prevailing SOCIAL NORMS, thereby reducing asymmetries & increasing voters’ willingness to PUNISH INCUMBENTS for poor performance, & bad practice such as corruption.”

3. You need to only get trusted information for elections. What happened in 2020?

“Elections are increasingly susceptible to MANIPULATION by those adept at exploiting big data (& those who pay for such manipulation). HATE SPEECH is on the rise & social cohesion, already often weak in fragile states, is increasingly undermined.

MISINFORMATION & DISINFORMATION has
become endemic, & access to trusted & trustworthy information from domestic media has declined.”

4. So let’s push trusted media only because disinfo is what’s dividing us:

“The arguments and evidence supporting the role of independent media in strengthening democracy & development are longstanding, widely acknowledged & largely accepted by the international democratic & development communities.

The COSTS TO DEMOCRACY & development when information & communication spaces are populated BY MISINFORMATION & DISINFORMATION, are fragmented & polarized, & when PEOPLE LOSE TRUST in the information they can access are only beginning to be assessed.”

“The VOID CREATED by weak or ABSENT TRUSTWORTHY NEWS & information is being filled by untrustworthy information.

5. This mentions issues with Brazil & WhatsApp.

COINCIDENTALLY, something did happen in Brazil with WhatsApp for their last presidential election.

“Evidence is growing that people in resource-poor settings are increasingly turning to PRIVATE SOCIAL MEDIA NETWORKS for their news – sources that have often been IMPLICATED IN spreading rumour & DISINFORMATION.

A recent report found that 53% of people in Brazil got their news from WhatsApp,”

“People in [resource poor] countries are far more likely to be part of WhatsApp groups with people they do not know than those in the West, which helps to explain
why countries like these are so prone to the spread of unchecked misinfo & disinfo.”

🔥Overwhelming evidence of the Biden admins global censorship plans:

1. This page on the Covid Pandemic really hit home on their plans. Essentially they are saying, “wow we could have really used the International Fund for Public Interest Media to control the info”.

“If an International Fund for Public Interest Media (IFPIM) as outlined in this Feasibility Study already existed it would be ideally placed to both resource and coordinate a response to these media and informational elements of the current
crisis.”

“The pandemic further accentuates the critical need for widespread public ACCESS TO TRUSTWORTHY INFORMATION especially in times of crisis. The Director General of the World Health Organisation (WHO) has called the crisis an “Infodemic”, where MISINFORMATION is fueling both the spread of the virus and complicating the response.”

“The CAPACITY TO GENERATE TRUSTWORTHY NEWS AND INFORMATION is being further undermined by the pandemic. Public interest media capable of PROVIDING THAT INFORMATION is facing an “extinction event” as
advertising and other income collapses in the wake of the COVID 19 crisis.”

2. The United Nations SDG are involved and mentioned often in this document.

“The Fund will also need
to explain or measure its impact on helping to achieve the SDGs (extending beyond SDG 16.10, ensuring public
access to information). Such issues will be a key role for the IFPIM Board’s proposed Donor Liaison Committee.”

Inside the document they discuss Brazil India and South Africa WhatsApp disinformation.

Well here’s a Misinfocon document that discussed invading private WhatsApp, Signal, and Telegram messages. And of course South Africa, Brazil, and India come up. An amazing coincidence eh?

On a later date, you will learn about how folks private messages were invaded for disinfo reporting and propaganda circulation for Brazil. And ordered by Alexandre de Moraes. Even more coincidental evidence.. 😹

Gee, is it no coincidence that Australia PM Anthony Albanese was at O’Bidens summits to create worldwide disinformation efforts amongst other things?

Alliance for the Future of the Internet:

“The U.S. proposes that countries would launch the new Alliance in December 202l with a call to action and high-level vision statement issued on the margins of President Biden's Summit for Democracy.“

“The second is the need to reassess of the aspirational vision of the internet that prevailed from the 90s through the 00s, in light of challenging developments including a world-wide misinformation epidemic, the concentration of power among a small number of dominant tech companies, and the rise of cyber-attacks and other security concerns.

It is time for a group of like-minded countries from both the developed and developing world to develop and promote a new and better vision of an open, trusted, and secure internet that promotes core democratic values and respect for human rights.”

The ultimate Alliance would involve countries signing on to an agreed Charter, which would include political commitments to align domestic legal regimes with Alliance principles and norms.

I’ve reported extensively on this. Whoever is running Biden is trying to influence journalists and the internet globally.

Part of this is pushing and rewarding “credible”sources of information while harming those who don’t.

Luminate also partners with the just exposed Global Disinformation Index. And is funded by the left and the National Endowment For Democracy (NED).

Omidyar’s Luminate wants to:

“Rein in the unchecked power of the Big Tech companies & social media platforms to disseminate toxic narratives”

The City Bar Fund has four programs:

- The Cyrus R. Vance Center for INTERNATIONAL Justice

- The Lawyer Assistance Program

On Jan 11, 2021 The Bar Association of NYC and the Task Force on the Rule of Law proclaimed that Trump should be removed from office and criminally investigated along with law enforcement actions for the events on Jan 6.

With respect to the President’s, “extortionate” telephone call to the Georgia Secretary of State on January 2:

“Our Association urges that a thorough and vigorous investigation of the matter be conducted by the United States Department of Justice, the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Attorney General and the District Attorney of Fulton County, Georgia.”

On April 1, 2024, they put out another statement in support of Justice Juan Merchans unconstitutional gag order on Trump:

“Trumps statements were “threatening, inflammatory, denigrating, and [that] the targets of his statements ranged from local and federal officials, court and court staff, prosecutors and staff assigned to the cases, and private individuals including grand jurors performing their civic duty,” which resulted in fear on the part of targeted individuals and increased security resources needed to protect certain individuals and family members thereof.”

So the NYC Bar Association gets Federal funds and is calling for Trump to be charged, gagged, and arrested? And also, should the NED and USAID be involved with the US justice system?

Civil Society are often NGO’s. And news orgs are often the ones to start fact checking in foreign countries such as Brazil,
