So, the Naturopath NP that saw my 3 year old granddaughter this week, completed failed her with apathetic, unprofessional, indifference. She had a G.I. savage illness, and was at the point, according to my nursing assessment, where, any more vomiting, we'd have to go to E.R. The

express GOAL of taking her to PCP, was to keep her out of that Traumatic Experience. I spoke up when little one said she had to pee, and the M.A. said, "we don't need a urine sample". I interjected, "yes, you do, to assess urine density (color, WBC's? etc...) for dehydration!

Then little one said she didn't have to go, after 9 hrs... She was in "mild dehydration" stage heading for worse.
We got the sample cup, but, she didn't go.
Then NP comes in, and the ONLY assessment she did for dehydration was BP and just looking at her, visually. She suggested

"gripe water". We asked for an anti-emetic. "No, we don't treat with those". WTH?
I have such a med, Daddy had such a med at home. Daddy called them, they wouldn't take his call. (My Son; I taught him how to fight the system well) They texted back and said they will inquire of

overseeing Pediatrician...and never got back to the parents!
Mind you, I had to reign in my usual self, deferring to Mom, because, I guarantee, they would have likely barred me from helping my DIL with 2 month old and 3 yr old to Office. However, Daddy, Mommy and I conferred

outside, and came up with the plan. Treated her with zofran at home, with immediate improvements.
Now, that was temporary until Urgent Care the following Day where the Dr was amazing in his dehydration level assessments, and treated her with ... a higher dose of zofran. That was

the last straw of lack of empathy, professional assessment, and lack of follow-through with that Office. The kids fired them.
Little one is doing well today. Nursing Mommy got it bad for 24 hrs, then was improving, but weak the next day, Baby had some poopy blowouts, but O.K. cuz

she's getting the antibodies too. Gramma did some back up with frozen breast milk when Mom was feverish and very sick, Daddy has it today.
I'm O.K. so far, as I take black seed oil daily. (Nature's ivermectin).
Why am I sharing all this? There is such an apathy, and lack of

solid assessments, action, and empathy in the Medical Community here, that I am appalled! I keep my PCP, not for how great he and his Office has been lately, but because he does what I tell him I need or don't want.
I was triggered by this episode with my granddaughter because

it took me back to my grandson's vax injury, and care denied multiple times as well!
Thank God there was a great Dr in the Urgent Care!

injuries. I will tell you this, though, God called me, almost audibly, into Nursing, and my skills and knowledge have saved my own self and family members over and over and over again since I had to medically retire and go on Disability. That's God. He preserved all that, and my

continued ability to learn more with natural remedies, homeopathy, etc... While, if I try to learn tech, physics, quantum, etc... I can't understand or retain it. I have to marvel and wonder if some of my illness has been for such a time as this for my family to survive? I don't

know WHAT has caused this dramatic change from when I was a Hospital Floor Nurse. I can think of 2 prominent factors: Everything is Computerized, and the Covid Psyop. I worked on the floor when we still carried "our brains" in our pockets on folded sheets of paper, or a small

notepad, of our patients and their assessments.
Oh, and we didn't have Hospitalists either. Our assessments were VITAL to the doctors on the other end of the phone, and had better be thorough and accurate for our patients' safety and well-being, and changes in their physical...

status. I have had surgeries in the past few years, and every.single.time. mistakes have been made in my care - and I give them written down guides to my rare illness, allergies, meds, etc... The first thing you see as a patient is a computer rolling into your room, pushed by the

nurse. You give them changes, they aren't put in... it's very frightening.
This is not to just rant, but to encourage you all to ALWAYS, ALWAYS have a back up plan. I dare say, PREPPER style back up plan. Never leave loved ones alone in the hospital, have a family member that

can ADVOCATE, and, I mean, is not afraid to tell doctors or nurses, "No", ask for a different doctor, ask for a second opinion, etc...
Wow, did we learn that during Covid.
My daughter had to be hospitalized at age 3yrs for dehydration, before I was an RN. Her illness was brutal

and she went downhill fast. I was certified in advanced first-aid and emergency care from my Aquatics Director days, so I knew to get her to the E.R. when I did. They admitted her, until they found out what was the cause. 24 hrs in. Her Pediatrician made rounds in the hospital.

I know Doctors' demands were much harder in the days without hospitalists, but, it makes such a difference when the doctor knows the patient in good times as well as bad.
I just encourage people to check out Preppers, Homesteaders, etc... and learn how to get hold of meds to

stock up on, learn practical home remedies and how to assess and treat certain critical survival type "illnesses" like, dehydration, heat exhaustion, shock, breathing difficulties... I would get a Home Remedies Book, or Old Ways book, etc...we have so much at our fingertips on

the internet, but don't depend on it to be there for you.
I find the Library with it's Used Books always for sale there, to be a great resource for picking up cheap, yet, vital practical survival and remedies, etc... books.
Do it this next week.
Yes, thisis not a typical kind of

thread for me, but, as I said, I was triggered by the lack of help for my precious little granddaughter.
"The system" is broken. We have been lied to for decades, and self-sufficiency wisdom is needed now, more than ever. Network with a tribe of like-minded people/groups. It's

scary in the wilds of a technocracy dominated world. They ARE trying to suppress our empathy and humanity. Be human. Care and connect more with physical humans when possible.
