😳Leonard Leo ally Tim Busch opines that state constitutional amendments protecting abortion rights conflict w/ the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution, which he says gives that “right [to life] to the unborn.” Implies they will ask SCOTUS to overturn such state amendments. 1/
Here’s a longer version of the clip. In it, Leonard Leo ally Tim Busch says that Clarence Thomas was trying to give them guidance as to where Dobbs (the case overturning Roe) could take us and mentions his “friend Charles Koch.” 2/

In 2022, the Guardian reported that Students For Life (SFL) had a $12M budget as of 2019 & that SCOTUS architect Leonard Leo was an SFL co-chair & “principal officer.”

SFL president Kristan Hawkins says that SFL opposes rape & incest exceptions to state abortion bans. 1/
