It has come to our attention that our previous investigation thread did not achieve the desired outcome. For this reason, we have conducted further research and wish to clarify some important points:
Although we had intended to demonstrate that the site was not a new mass grave for 180 individuals recently killed by the IDF, as had been insinuated, we underestimated how our initial thread was subsequently used. We did not provide sufficient context, and we now aim to rectify that.
The fact that Palestinians had to bury their loved ones within the hospital complex, in any available space, is a direct consequence of the surrounding and occupation of the hospital by IDF forces. A significant number of the deaths are also the result of the ongoing conflict.
We want to emphasize that open-source intelligence (OSINT) cannot fully capture the extent of what occurred on the hospital grounds.
After our initial investigation, additional questions arose, prompting us to delve deeper into this matter.
Our first thread:
Our temporary update:
We have been able to geolocate dozens of videos.
To make this information more accessible and easier to follow, we have named the three cemeteries based on their respective locations:
Cemetery South
This cemetery is located south of the road, under the palm trees.
Cemetery North
This cemetery is situated north of the road.
Cemetery East
This cemetery is located in the corner of the area.
By naming the cemeteries according to their geographic locations, we aim to provide a more organised and readable presentation of the findings. This approach eliminates the need to include geolocation proof for every individual video, making the information more concise and easier to comprehend.
We will publish our findings in a timely manner to encourage further thought, discussions and investigations on these matters.
This will be a long thread.
The translations were done by using Google translate and Google image translator.
Special thanks to @MiddleEastBuka, @TwistyCB and @GeoRaccoon for their work. Thanks to specific people from outside the GeoConfirmed network for the advice given.

There appears to be a gap in reporting between February 2nd and February 15th, 2024, which is highly likely due to the Israeli encirclement of the hospital just prior to the occupation.
However, it is very unlikely that during this time there was no need to bury more people at the temporary cemeteries. This would suggest that the actual number of people being buried is much higher than the 180 reported on January 27th, 2024.
The lack of reporting during this critical period likely conceals the true scale of the humanitarian crisis unfolding, as the restrictions and siege prevented comprehensive documentation of the burials taking place.

"During the last week, the precise and limited operation against the Hamas terrorist organization at the Nasser Hospital was concluded
Approximately 200 terror suspects were detained in the hospital and additional findings indicating terrorist activity in the area were discovered; Operations to supply the hospital with humanitarian aid continued, led by the Commando Brigade and the Coordination and Liaison Administration for Gaza
During the last week, the precise operation of the 98th Division and Shayetet 13 against the Hamas terrorist organization in the area of the Nasser Hospital was concluded. During the operational activity, boxes of sealed medicines were found in the hospital with the names of Israeli hostages on them, large quantities of weapons were found, and about 200 terrorists and suspects in terrorist activities were detained.
The operational activity was conducted to ensure minimal disruption to the hospital’s ongoing activities and without harming patients and medical staff. Furthermore, the soldiers of the division provided an alternative generator that allowed the hospital to continue functioning and treating patients, while all the vital systems of the hospital continued to operate on an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) throughout the operational activity. In addition, officers from the Coordination and Liaison Administration for Gaza coordinated the entry of professional officials to examine the electricity problem in the hospital.
Last week, the hospital received a supply of hundreds of food portions, including water, food, medical equipment and baby formula. Coordination was carried out with the international community to bring in a fuel tank to keep the hospital’s generators functioning.
As part of the effort to protect the patients, officers from the Coordination and Liaison Administration for Gaza coordinated, at the request of the hospital staff and in cooperation with the international community, the transfer of several critically ill patients to other hospitals in the area.
Before the soldiers exited the hospital, the area was cleaned and an additional food shipment was delivered to the hospital.
The IDF will continue to operate in accordance with international law against the Hamas terrorist organization, which systematically operates from hospitals and civilian infrastructure."
Satellite imagery (14 February and 21 February) obtained by @SkyNews reveals the extensive damage inflicted by Israeli bulldozers on the South and East cemeteries.
IDF communicated this was the result of their search for the bodies of Israeli hostages. They have claimed that the graves were only dug up in areas where they had specific intelligence indicating the presence of such remains.
"The examination was carried out respectfully while maintaining the dignity of the deceased," the IDF said.
"The examination was conducted in a careful manner and exclusively in places where intelligence indicated the possible presence of hostages. The examination was carried out respectfully while maintaining the dignity of the deceased. Bodies examined, which did not belong to Israeli hostages, were returned to their place." (Source: )
-In a careful manner-
Satellite imagery proofs otherwise: they destroyed the temporary cemetery's.
The satellite imagery from February 14th sheds further light on the situation immediately preceding the IDF's entry.
As previously noted, it is highly unlikely that during the gap in reporting from February 2nd to February 15th, there was no need to bury additional people in the temporary cemeteries.
And this satellite imagery seems to confirm this:
The amount of graves at Cemetery East is much higher than previously seen in the different videos indicating that much more people were buried than 180, as claimed, before IDF entered the Nasser Hospital Complex.
According to this article IDF has removed 400 bodies in total (!) from Gaza for testing. Only 'dozens' were from Nasser hospital complex.
Source:
"Israel returned to the Gaza Strip dozens of bodies that were taken from Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis last month. The bodies were taken after it was suspected that the hospital was holding the bodies of Israeli abductees.
After examining the bodies in Israel, it emerged that these were not the bodies of abductees but of Palestinians.
So far, the IDF has removed about 400 bodies from the Gaza Strip for the purpose of testing whether they are Israeli abductees."
If we compare both (035 and 039) we can see some changes.

A Palestinian journalist warns his 250.000 followers that the mass graves are not new and about 400 deceased people were buried there. And that their graves were destroyed when IDF entered the hospital in February.
This is one of the most objective reports we have encountered: The final count is 392 exhumed bodies according to the latest reporting.
Source:
"An important note, and to my personal followers: The cemetery that is rumored to have been discovered inside the walls of Nasser Medical Hospital in Khan Yunis was present during the siege of the hospital and the presence of mechanisms in the Al-Nasmawi cemetery at that time, as people were unable to bury their dead and buried them inside the walls of the hospital and at that time they buried about 400 martyrs, meaning it was not discovered or discovered. Only the martyrs are known and some of them are unknown, and this news was circulated at the time.
While the vehicles entered Nasser Hospital, they dug up their graves, vandalized their burial place, and ran over their bodies with bulldozers, in a clear violation of all standards related to the sanctity of this matter and the teachings of the Islamic religion."

All the other footage we have analyzed shows activity at cemetery South, where, according to the gathered footage and claims, hundreds of people were buried before the Israeli occupation of the Nasser complex (15 February - 22 February).
This does not exclude the possibility that Israel added people to those cemeteries.
At 26 April 2024 the exhuming of bodies was completed.
Source:
"The General Directorate of Civil Defense completed the search and recovery work of the martyrs from the mass graves in the Nasser Medical Complex, after search efforts that continued for a continuous week in light of the limited resources and capabilities available."
We also examined the reporting from the Ministry of Health (MoH) on the victims of the conflict in Gaza. One might expect that the reported numbers would have risen significantly over the past week, given the discovery of many bodies. However, the data shows that this was not the case.
This article by BCC provides a possible answer:
"Health ministry officials say the death figures are recorded by medical professionals before being passed on to them and the figures only include people recorded dead in hospital."
Its likely these bodies were already counted before they were buried as the counting happens by the hospitals.
During the course of this investigation, two significant questions arose:
Why journalists started reporting a week ago, while this was known since February?
While they had access to the site in March and already reported on the destruction of the cemeteries...
Why are journalists making a lot of claims (from organ theft to handcuffed bodies) without providing any proof? (We do not exclude that this did not happen, we are remarking that there is a real lack of evidence.)
For example:
Organ theft is a known conspiracy theory without any backing. Journalists with a reach of millions were again spreading these claims. (For example: ) But organs are decaying faster than other body parts, explained here: and here:
So where is the proof?
Another example are the claims about handcuffs.
(We do not state that this did not occur) (Picture: ) We know that most of the bodies needed to be buried because they were starting to decompose (ref tweet 023). If a body that is decomposing needs to be transferred with a stretcher, for example, its easier to make sure the hands (and sometimes legs) are fixated during the transport. We also looked into footage of zip tied Palestinians when captured by IDF and we only found them with hands zip tied behind their back. We do not excluded did this not happen with people exhumed in Nasser Hospital, we just didn't saw any evidence.
Conclusion:
The amount of dis/misinformation spread about this mass grave story is significant, also by journalists.
There seems to be a concerning trend of journalists making assertions without providing a strong factual basis or corroborating information to back up their statements.

The spreading of misinformation through insinuations is also a well-known tactic. Questions are posed with insinuations in order to sow confusion because the answer is not known. In this case, the hidden insinuation is that it could be a military staged operation. It is NOT.
In this viral tweet with 750k views, 2500 RT's, ... the author asks 4 questions, we will answer them all based on geolocations: a fact.
The geolocation of the footage below is part of our huge GeoConfirmed 7 October Investigation:
Over 400 different captured 'incidents' have been analyzed, with the majority being geolocated and evaluated in terms of both space and time. There are still hundreds remaining to be processed. In the future we will share our investigation with our audience.
The author asks the following questions:
1) Where are these people fleeing from? 2) Why don't the cars match? 3) Why doesn't the landscape match? 4) Why are there no trees?
In short:
1) Hamas militants are shooting at them. 2) Because the drone video (Drone Vid) was recorded 600 meters further than the video of the fleeing civilians. (Vid 01) 3) Because (Vid 01) is recorded 600m away from the road. And even on google maps some very big fields are visible in the area. 4) Because (Vid 01) is taken in a big field.
Of course, in the following thread, we will provide a detailed explanation so that everyone can understand how we were able to answer the questions.
