This is Tim Ferriss.

He taught me how to be unf*ckwithable.

His podcast has 1B downloads & he hates fame.

Here are 11 of his insights that made me unf*ckwithable (and will do the same for you): Image
Definition of unf*ckwithable:

“When you’re truly at peace and in touch with yourself.

Nothing anyone says or does bothers you and no negativity can touch you.”
1. “The commonsense rules of the ‘real world’ are a fragile collection of socially reinforced illusions”

• They think what their employer says is gospel

• They take “get a degree then a good job” literally.

But a lot of rules are illusions.
2. "Luxury, to me, is feeling unrushed."

Slow down.

Otherwise you're easy to manipulate.

If you're always busy you're basically broke & homeless. Image
3. Nuke your idea of productivity

• "Most things make no difference"

• "Being busy is a form of laziness"

• "Being overwhelmed is often as unproductive as doing nothing, and is far more unpleasant"

• "Being selective—doing less—is the path of the productive"
4. “Get good at being a troublemaker and saying sorry when you really screw up”

• Sometimes you’ve gotta stand up for what you believe in.

• People think you’ll give up, but when you don’t, you take them by surprise and they eventually get out of your way.
5. “90% of people in the world are convinced they are incapable of achieving great things"

Outcome: they aim for the mediocre.

• Realistic goals have the most competition

• Realistic goals paradoxically take the most time / energy

Stay the hell away from ‘average.’
6. “What we fear doing most is usually what we most need to do”

• You’re supposed to feel fear.
• Fear is a compass…it leads to growth.
• Fear is energy

The sh*t you’re afraid of is what’s holding you back.
7. ‘Someday’ is a disease that'll take your dreams to the grave with you"

"If it's important to you & you want to do it ‘eventually,’ just do it & correct course along the way.”

The solution is to stop chasing:

• Passion
• Purpose
• Meaning
• Interests

Chase obsession.
8. “A person's success in life can usually be measured by the number of uncomfortable conversations they have”

• Have the hard conversations
• Tell people what you think, respectfully
• Avoiding conflict creates more conflict
9. “Whatever you feel you have been assigned in life, the hand you have been dealt genetically, is malleable”

Sit down & take it up the butt from society? No

The problem isn’t oppression

It’s accepting the hand you’ve been dealt. Turn oppression into free energy/motivation
10. “The world is changed by your example, not by your opinion”

• Opinions are like buttholes - everybody’s got one

• One of the boldest things you can do is take a big problem & start a business to solve it.

Action > Words
11. “People will choose unhappiness over uncertainty”

No one’s saying to walk into a bank naked with a shotgun & ask for $100

But you can slowly increase happiness levels by purposely choosing more uncomfortable situations

• Put yourself on the line
• Lean into uncertainty

Look at this guy.

He's an actual detective who hunted fugitives, did SWAT & interrogated criminals.

After 12 years as a detective he bizarrely quit.

Here's how Joshua Mason says you can tell if someone is lying to you: Image
People lie to friends, spouses, family, and strangers because of:

• Financial gain
• Fear of judgment
• Maintaining social status

Here are the 7 signs of a liar:
1. If the immediate response isn't a hard no, it's bullsh*t

• Liars don't give firm answers
• They answer questions with more questions

Honesty is direct.
Dishonesty is often indirect.

I'm 37.

At 28, I spent the last $2000 I had to attend a Tony Robbins seminar.

He forced me to walk on fire.

30 days later, my life transformed. Here's the story: Image
At 26 I walked away from my startup.

I got a job in a bank call center.

The psychologist diagnosed me with extreme mental illness.

I spent 1000s of dollars trying to heal.

Nothing worked.
At 28 I had dark thoughts.

I finally had enough.

I flew to Sydney for a 4-day Tony Robbins seminar.

After 30 minutes I wanted to leave.

Dancing and hugging strangers seemed stupid.

Perhaps people were right.

Maybe Tony was just another guru. Image

This is David Goggins.

He teaches people to stop being little b*tches.

He was a Navy Seal, then sold 5M copies of his book "Can't Hurt Me."

Here are 10 of his insights that rewired my brain to do hard things (and will do the same for you):
“I never set a goal I can reach”

In the late 90s he was an overweight loser with no direction, working a bunch of dead-end jobs.

To become a navy seal he had to lose 100 pounds in 90 days.

After many attempts, he qualified for navy seals.

Hard goals push your further.
“You are in danger of living a life so comfortable & soft, that you will die without ever realizing your true potential.”

• Unrealized potential will ruin your life

• Comfort is the #1 sign of untapped potential

“Getting by” in a world of AI isn’t enough. You’ll be replaced

This is Ankur Warikoo.

He wrote a controversial book called "Do Epic Sh*t"

He went from 5 months in savings to $2M from digital products in 18 months.

15 ideas. 15 opportunities to do epic sh*t in your life. Image
"If you are comfortable dancing in public without alcohol or drugs, you are at peace with who you are"

• People who drink excessively are losers
• Following the mainstream is a bad idea

Once you quit alcohol/drugs you get epic energy.

Energy = Life
"Life is not about being productive every second"

Screw the productivity gurus.

The smartest people are lazy as f*ck and have learned how to outsource work to people smarter than them.

You don't need more time...you need leverage.

This is Tom Anderson.

At 35 years old, he sold Myspace for $580M.

Then he bizarrely vanished.

Here's his story: Image
Tom's startup Myspace launched in 2003.

Everyone used it.

Pop culture embraced it.

Most of all, musicians loved it.

It was the first time followers meant something.

It scared all the middlemen who owned distribution.
Myspace was sold in 2005 for $580 million.

Tom walked away from the experiment rich.

He attempted to stay on for a few years at the company, but became frustrated with:

• Endless meetings
• The inability for anybody to make a decision

So he left.

I am an online business owner that works with the top 1% of entrepreneurs in their 20s and 30s.

I wish everyone understood these 13 critical lessons about online business: Image
1. "Hard choices, easy life. Easy choices, hard life"

Losers want:

• Cheat codes
• Quick wins
• Fast cash

The game doesn’t work like that

Making money online is hard because the victory gives you enough money to set you up for life

And access personal freedom.
2. People never make money online because they overthink it.

Be an underthinker. They take more action & let the data decide.

All the ‘doing’ means is they eventually find a way to win.

Not because they’re smarter but because they’ve tried more things.
