Bone formation encompasses 2 main cells called Osteoblasts, and Osteoclasts.

Osteoblasts are bone forming cells.
They are NOT fast responders.
When an osteoblast forms it takes up to 4 MONTHS just for it to be able to detect an area that requires formation. Image
Osteoblasts are post-miotic, meaning they cannot divide or multiply further than their primary division phase.

They later eventualy differentiate into osteocytes which create a matrix of cells that "detect" needed changes. Image

DHT when binding to an sensitized AR in an inflammated environment, it does it's job too much

It cuts the follicle growth cycle too much, too early Image
Since DHT is a paracrine hormone (hope I got that right)

It means it's not systemic

It's local to tissues.

You can have high AF neural DHT with relatively lower scalp or prostate DHT.

In comparison to hormones like testosterone, this is almost phenomenal.

CRANIOFACIAL DYSTROPHY,
Hang on,

I know it seems so broad but let me explain.

This, is your skull,

Due to bone remodeling your skull changes under the forces which it is placed, due to biochemical stress, lack of movement, connective tissue falls out of line, and due to tensegrity, the rest of the body follows. What happens is first your skull will gradually deform (notice all children are born beautiful)

Then your neck.

Why? The deformation causes less air going into your body because the airway is compressed (because your jaw is now retruded, recessed, and ugly)

After that, the neck muscles contract, and slowly, millimeter after millimeter, they start REMODELING, to STAY in that state and then,

You're locked in.

No going back now,

After this, the lack of oxygen can cause hypoxia in the scalp and the connective tissue on the head all tense (the galea aponeurotic) will literally stretch so hard from your fucked up posture that your hairline RECEEDS,
