Yesterday at the GA BOE, a case came up for consideration. It was a case brought by @KevinMoncla and Joe Rossi. On the agenda, it was set under the "criminal referral" section. People were elated going into the meeting that maybe, finally, someone would be held accountable
1/
Alas, it was not to be, once again. I am thankful that Dr. Johnston took a stand and wanted more severe penalties for Fulton. But she stood alone yesterday.
The Dems/SOS/Fulton Co want to "move on" but how can we when things from 2020 are not resolved and trust is so broken?
2/
This 🧵 will highlight the ways that @GaSecofState has broken trust with the voters of GA since 2020.
Let's start with Brad's hit on CNN the day after the 2020 election. I can't find the clip. If you have it, please post it in the replies.
What did he say on that clip?
3/
"There are NOT ENOUGH outstanding votes for Biden to overcome Trump's lead. "
And yet.
Fulton kept "finding votes" & counting. It was reminiscent of South Florida Brenda Snipes et al.
Red Flag to everyone. He changed his tune right after that hit. But "trust us"
4/
Before Trump ever said a word about GA, the phone lines in GA were blowing up with people calling into the RNC/GA GOP reporting the irregularities they experienced. It wasn't just the State Farm Arena fiasco. Things happened all over the state.
But "trust us"
5/
State Farm Arena fiasco.
They SENT THE OBSERVERS HOME.
Continued to scan ballots
Everyone is focused on the scanning. What they did was against the law and the rules. NO OBSERVERS were there during the scanning. Gabe Sterling said NBD. Those votes should count.
"Trust us"
6/
Everyone knew there was a big issue with signature matching in Fulton and Gwinnett. Recently, during @JeffClarkUS disbarment hearing a Fulton BOE member testified that signature matching was NOT DONE in Fulton.
Even with the unprecedented number of mail in ballots.
ZERO.
7/
And what did @BrianKempGA and @GaSecofState do to "audit" signature matching?
They empowered Vic Reynolds, the head of the GA GBI, to audit signatures in Cobb County. There were no complaints about Signature matching in Cobb, and they found no issues.
But 'Trust us'
8/
Later, we learned that during this time, @TrueTheVote met with @GaSecofState regarding ineligible voters on the rolls. His "back of the napkin" math was over 300k voters.

But "Trust us"
9/
Then, the Trump campaign filed an election contest case. As @MZHemingway wrote in her book, this case was considered the strongest case in the nation. The case was supposed to be considered on the fast track in the courts. They delayed.
Against the rules

But "Trust us"
10/
Then, we have the hearings in the GA Assembly. Testimony from eyewitnesses who told what they saw. It was compelling. Senator Ligon wrote a report recommending that the election NOT be certified based on testimony.

But "Trust us"
11/senatorligon.com/THE_FINAL%20RE…
Meanwhile, the election contest is awaiting a hearing—which I will still say was illegal—so the GOP electors meet and vote to send the electors to Congress to keep their standing in the case, which is pro forma in these situations.
But "Trust us"
12/
In the meantime, @GaSecofState orders an "audit" of the election. Basically, a machine recount. It doesn't match. But, we don't find that out until later. And we can't match it because Fulton DELETED their original Election ballot images.
But "Trust us"
13/
Counties are contacting the SOS office re the video files that monitor the ballot drop boxes.
And, we find out later, despite @GaSecofState assurances that those boxes were monitored by cameras, they WERE NOT. Other video was deleted per SOS guidance
But "Trust us"
14/
Now, we come to the phone call. Reminder. It was based on the most robust election case in the country. The SOS told the Trump team their "data was wrong" But they GOT THE DATA FROM THE SOS. No explanation was given for the discrepancies in the data.
But "Trust us"

15/
A fake transcript of the phone call was leaked to WAPO. WAPO doesn't usually identify its "anonymous sources". They identified Jordan Fuchs because she mischaracterized the call. Fani's RICO case is built on this false narrative.
Jordan wasn't fired.
But "Trust us"
16/
The "pristine ballot" case. Suzi Voyles, an experienced poll manager, testified that she saw "pristine ballots" during the hand count. Hale Soucie testified he took pictures of these ballots. Suzi was interviewed by the SOS investigators & treated like a felon
But "Trust us"
17/
Fulton County fired both Suzi Voyles and @thornbrid, experienced poll managers who were whistleblowers.

But "Trust us"
18/
The Pristine Ballot case goes to Judge Amero. He rules that the ballots should be examined. Then, the SOS and high-priced criminal defense attorneys get involved, and he dismisses the case for lack of STANDING.
But "Trust Us"
19/
He dismissed on lack of standing after the SOS says they sent the GBI into the warehouse and could not find the "pristine ballots." No subpoena was issued for this search. The judge dismissed on standing, not lack of evidence. Did he believe them?
But, "Trust Us"
20/
The Supreme Court of Georgia ruled a year ago that the defendants have standing. However, no court date has been scheduled, and independent investigators have not examined the ballots. Per GA Law, the case should have been put on the docket. Still waiting
But, "Trust Us"
21/
Let's talk about the Mule case brought by @TrueTheVote We all saw the movie. We know videos were missing. We know that the GBI/FBI and Bill Barr said "Nothing to see here" because Cell phone mapping was "Not reliable" until it was used in J6 cases.
But "Trust Us"
22/
There was a mule WB who was put in danger. We know that all the GBI/SOS/FBI wanted to know was the identity of the WB. They didn't care about safety. We know there was a WB who was an investigator from the NRSC who SAW ballot stuffing during the Sen runoff.
But "Trust Us"
23/
Mark Davis evidence. An experienced election investigator. He ran down one of the vectors from the election challenge. Voters who moved within the state and voted from their previous address. He found over 13k voters who voted illegally.
Gabe's response. NBD
But "Trust us"
24/
I will add this here. The Senate report from the 2020 election. Grassley interviewed US ATTY Pak from GA. US ATTY Pak said his office was barred from investigating anything in GA after the General election because of the pending Senate runoff...
25/
Now I will move to cases that went before the GA BOE.
Last summer, @KevinMoncla decided a case. Fulton entered a No-Contest Plea. Biden's margin of victory literally went down to about 6k votes, but @GaSecofState would NOT officially adjust the numbers.
But "Trust us"
26/
Last fall, Dekalb County was cited for missing Chain of Custody documents for 43k votes from 2020. The BOE yelled at them, but not much else. 43K ILLEGAL votes. Didn't even make a ripple in the news.
But "Trust us"
27/
We come to Fani. Read this 🧵. Tell me that Fani's case has a leg to stand on now. Unfortunately, the way our RICO law is written, RICO is whatever she says it is. Those of us watching the court hearings are gobsmacked watching them. Because we know the details.
"Trust us"
28/
And what has @GaSecofState done over the past couple of years? He goes on every NT panel with the Lincoln Project, Liz Cheney, etc to say the 2020 election was "The most secure election ever"
"Trust us"
His office has not earned our trust.
29/
Dr Johnston's response to Brad's lawyer yesterday in the hearing. The lawyer said, "Trust Us" .
They have broken trust with voters, and with Dr Johnston. Why would the case be listed as a criminal referral and Brad's atty show up to say all is well?
Broken trust.
30/
As I said at the beginning of this thread. The Dems/SOS/BOE/Kemp want us to move beyond what happened in 2020. We know some of what happened. We know the election was uncertifiable. We know that Fani is prosecuting ppl for disagreeing with the narrative.
"Trust us"
31/
Ya'll have completely broken trust. There is a lot I didn't cover in this thread. IE Ruby. Which is a complete farce. You want us to move on? What you allowed to happen @GaSecofState has almost destroyed our country. It will not be forgotten.

I listened to the DC hearing for @JeffClarkUS today.
Takeaways.
Yes, Mr Bar attorney, there was rampant fraud and irregularities in GA as @VoterGa pointed out to you.
Brad lied about it over and over again. You called Brad corrupt multiple times. It seems even you saw it.
1/
I wonder, Mr Bar attorney, will you call Brad to 'clear things up? Having him cross examined under oath, for once, to answer those questions would be must watch TV.

2/
Then, former AG Meece testified. In a just world, after his testimony, this case would be over. He laid out the laws and procedures that govern the DOJ. @JeffClarkUS did nothing wrong.
I notice that no one even bothered to cross examine him because you know he is correct.

My takeaways from the GA Senate Hearing today:
1. Fani misappropriated county $
2.Fani doesn't think she has to follow GA statutes because she is a 'Constitutional officer'
3. Fani committed perjury
4. Wade was a very poor record keeper, all his timesheets were signed off on w/
No questions asked about specifics
5. Wade was paid 15k per month before the Grand Jury was asked for or approved, so what was he paid to do?
6. Floyd and Cross no longer have contracts- interesting. Why?
7. There is no record of Wade being at the Fulton Co offices, why?
8. Fani and Wade, or someone else, could use Cellebright to recover their text messages and show they were not romantically involved in 2021 before Wade was hired and there was a business reason he went to her house at midnight
9. Bradley was either threatened or coerced...

Because there is a top three to replace @LeaderMcConnell I thought I would go back through their voting record for the past 4 years.

So, take a look at this 🧵and judge accordingly.
I got the information from Ballotpedia

After listening to the hearing in Fulton County today, it is obvious to me that the DA thought most people would accept plea deals instead of going to trial.
Harrison Floyd's attorney today showed the fallacy of her thinking.
He will fight tooth and nail.
1/
The DA can say at every hearing RICO covers everything.
But when Mr Floyd's atty says show me the false statement, and they can't. Their case is over. When Mr Floyd says the DA said the video would prove their case, and it refutes their case, it is over.
When Ms Ruby's is asked
In the GJ if they asked her to lie, and she answers, ' I am not a mind reader' their case is over.

Good job today.
The case is built upon false pretenses fueled by the financial gain of Fani.

Thoughts on James O'Keefe two latest drops.
One from a Congressional staffer, the other from a WH staffer.
1. Neither recognized him. It shows, once again, that the Left does not pay attention to Conservative news.
2. The Congressional staffer worked for a GOP Rep. And is liberal
Which is not unusual, apparently. So take those 'leaks' from anonymous Congressional staffers 'familiar with' a story with a large grain of salt. They have an agenda to push.
3. The staffers shared gossip which apparently commonly known around DC. Why do I say commonly known?
Because they casually dropped it in a normal date conversation. It's gossip. It's rumors. But known to DC. There is a lot of that. Think about how many 'secrets' that were common knowledge to the DC crowd that dropped over the years.

The saddest thing about the Fani saga is what the defendants have had to endure.
Any thinking person has known from the beginning that this was a political hit job, brought by a not so smart person.
She believed her press clippings. Yes, the press elevated her. Even after..
1/
She was told by Judge McBurney (not remotely GOP friendly) that she did not avoid an appearance of bias in investigating Burt Jones after she campaigned for his opponent. She was removed from that case, and no other DA picked it up. She was always biased.
2/
She wasn't only biased, she was foolish. Like what she did with Burt Jones.
That started a pattern. She thought she was above reproach and the press would have her back and cover for her missteps.
She also drew a judge that agreed with her 100% of the time.
Thus the pleas.
