It all makes sense why Trump put Maduro's VP Delcy Rodriguez in charge. She was the head of Venezuelan Intelligence at the notorious SEBIN from 2018-2025, trained in Psyops by GRU & was Venezuelas conduit to the Kremlin, Putin even awarded her the Order Of Friendship Award.
