MKUltra Clarity: Logistics

I got a great request on Telegram this week asking for clarity on the MK system.

I was a victim of it for much of my life and so this is a subject I am uniquely qualified to discuss.

They were confused about how parents could spend over a decade abusing a child for a mere "chance" at potentially activating them.

That doesn't make sense! I agree!

But the system is far more logical and far less effort based than you think, at least for some involved.

In fact it's the exact opposite of effort at least for some of the participants.

But before I can discuss that we need to discuss motive.

Why would someone intentionally give birth to someone to MK them?

That right there is a fundamental misunderstanding people have!

It's not an issue of having a child to MK them, it's an issue of having too many children and not enough money!

That right there is the key to understanding everything. It'll make perfect sense when I explain the precise mechanisms and players involved.

There are many involved in the MK system.

Aware Parent
Unaware Parent
Aware Sibling
Unaware Sibling
Aware Relative
Unaware Relative
Aware Underage Bully Peer
Unaware Underage Bully Peer
Aware Handler Peer

And others, many of these have different reasons for being involved.

Let's start with the parents.

MK subjects are effectively ways to "abort" a child.

It takes effort and money to raise a child and far more so if you want them to be comms aware and so you get situations where parents end up with an "extra" child or even two.

The parent has their favorite child who they spend their time and effort on, but what about the extra one?

That's what the MK system is for.

The comms aware parent "enrolls" the child in the system and the majority of the abuse comes from the network.

For the most part the parent's role is to do the bare minimum as a parent.

To let the network teach them, and in this way the MK system alleviates existing pressure on the parent by reducing the time they would otherwise need to spend on the child.

This begs the obvious question of why would the network spend time on the child?

The answer there is tied to the child that didn't get "aborted"

These are children that want to get involved in OPS ASAP.

These ops are the very bottom of the pyramid to climb.

The targeted child will be abused consistently over many years until they break.

The abuse comes in many forms and while I can't be sure the abuse I suffered is similar to the abuse others did... there are parts which are likely standardized enough to discuss.

For example when I was a child there was a relentless effort to develop bad habits. Drug use for example, but I won't discuss that.

There were also strong efforts to get me to abuse animals, people, start fires, steal mail, break into houses, and all sorts of other things

Those efforts largely came from the friendly "handlers" who when paired with abusers on either side acted as beacons to follow. As in due to abuse a target is desperate to be liked by the only people given to them as "Friends" and so those people guide them.

And those people guide them with an intent of making it worse.

Effectively they can setup situations for abuse and also keep the target in arms length of the abusers by way of mutual acquaintances.

It's not only the children of course, there are many involved in abuse.

But it's the peer children and any aware siblings who are likely the ones that spy directly on the target.

I know this because certain abuse situations were too specific to be any other way.

As in there were at least 2 situations I remember where I had hidden something embarrassing and an abuser then demonstrated an awareness of its location and a relentless pursuit of obtaining and using it to cause trauma.

Another situation was even more transparent.

I had done something secretly that's too embarrassing to discuss, but within minutes of doing this they called me (not a usual thing) and demonstrated a hyper awareness of it and tried to preserve what I had done to use later.

I was suicidal from a young age do to all this and they tried to weaponize that in many ways.

I was suicidal for a very long time and even now I occasionally panic at the fact that I'm still alive.

I don't always feel like I should be and yet I overcame it long ago.

It's hard to convey what being in a state for that long means when it's over. My way of dealing it partly involves hyper optimism.

But let's get back to clarifying the overall system...

Part of why I think this system exists is because if it didn't growth of members would get out of control.

But anyway, this system operates with a "lowest common denominator" theme. Some children excel and others don't, and since they want the good children to do better...

The bad get sacrificed for that goal. Effectively "sold" into the system and they profit from it.

The question that began this thread was a reader who wondered why they would put so much effort into it, well, they don't.

It's a system of recycling.

If the child becomes of use, that's great! And if they don't and kill themselves, well that's what was desired from the beginning so win-win.

The ones doing the vast majority of effort is the peers who are children with hopes and dreams of moving up in the world.

Those kids do what they do because it's the most likely path they have to a better future.

Their relatives set them on that path as it trains them to coordinate covertly and gives them all sorts of spy experience.

It's clown training.

There isn't much of a bill to foot when you consider it level to level, but the direction on what is desired and likely rewards given comes from foreign as Q said.

They tried to make me an arsonist/robber/drug abuser and so on. It's attacking a country from within.

Is there a more effective way to hurt a country?

Is it just other countries doing this to the U.S.A.?

Or does the CIA have a long history of doing something like that to all sorts of countries?

Out of all those abused kids some are identified as particularly easy to program.

The cream of the crop get weaponized and activated and turned into the horrifying stories of mass murder that have long acted as the ultimate exclamation point to the news.

And those events have immense value politically and financially.

How much does a state get when an arsonist appears?

How much does a politician need tragedy to push agenda? To distract from scandal?

Or even detonated near opponent. Effectively assassination attempts.

The value should be clear and the effort is really only high for the motivated kids tapped to run most of it.

The risk is almost nonexistent.

The adult family involved primarily act by facilitating the environment and finding ways to get the target into abusive situations.

The indirect nature of abuse for the adults involved is why this was big!

Because this system begins with children it makes many abusers underage, and that acts as a shield.

So again, extremely low risk.

For the most part the abuses are psychological and because the target becomes warped over time they become seen as villains by the community.

This compounds the abuse already established and also creates targets that can be exploited by the handler.

The target is abused from all sides, they begin to resemble a monster, the community react to the monster with hostility and become the new abusers.

An abuser that unlike the cult ones can be set as targets by the handler. That allows detonation with zero cult fatalities.

The abuser listens intently to their handler as the only kind voice in their life.

The handler waits for the target to get upset at some third party and then encourages blowing up. There are many more levels and aspects, but you get the idea.

I'll add one more important point.

Tho the abuse began as kids and in my case it was intended to be detonated as a teenager, there were numerous of what what I would call "cycles" of abuse. And they lasted well into adulthood.

"Cycles" because there were common elements to the start, middle, and end.

One in particular is very haunting to me, which is how at the end of each abuse cycle one of the primary people involved gave me a lengthy apology. And both times it was like a flip was switched.

The abuser left and the other abuses stopped as if dead silence. Whatever goal was intended was no longer necessary.

I escaped the impetus they had, at least until the next.

There are many things to say about this, but I've answered the primary query from telegram at least

I say "Both times" but there were far more than 2 cycles, it's just those 2 in particular were unusual.

The first was unusual because I was a teenager and he had been abusing for many years, and suddenly he apologizes while telling me he had to move across country.

His name was literally "Devil" so name comms are a thing even when it comes to that timeframe.

The other time was unusual because it was the last time and in both cases I never saw the person after it.
