about a hacked emergency broadcast that used Dr. Seuss rhymes to hint about a train crash that would occur shortly after.

The specific message hacked in:

"Would you, Could you. On a Train?"

I had trouble decoding this one, mostly because I expected to find a more reasonable justification than I ended up finding. Oh I did find one, but it's much more disturbing than usual.
