1/9 Copying nazis once again: the '60 to 40 method' disinformation agents have been activated by russia. Image
2/9 Have you observed that individuals, both russian and non-russian, whom you believed were against Putin and his war and supported Ukraine, have recently begun advocating for forced negotiations that favor russia's position? Image
3/9 This has a specific cause. russia is once again emulating Nazi Germany by employing the so-called '40 to 60' disinformation method, originally developed by Goebbels. Image
4/9 This method involves producing media that allocates 60 percent of its content in favor of the enemy's interests. Subsequently, having gained their trust through this approach, the remaining 40 percent is utilized for highly impactful disinformation. Image
5/9 russia has the capability to enlist individuals who appear to be from the opposition, as well as other people, to execute this method using skillful mental gymnastics and effective communication techniques. This approach has proven to be highly effective. Image
6/9 There have been many instances of a shift in rhetoric by individuals who were perceived to be supporting Ukraine. Some of them purposefully employ the 40 to 60 method, while others are simply russian imperialists who happen to be opposed to Putin. Some are just opportunists. Image
7/9 russia consistently launches new disinformation campaigns against the West, employing various methods. The '40 to 60' method is just one of these tactics, yet it proves to be highly effective due to its reliance on trust. Image
8/9 These campaigns have been remarkably successful in causing many to overlook russia's initial lies and the origins of the war, as well as the significant setbacks experienced by russia in the invasion thus far. Image
P.S. I am not suggesting that the individuals in the pictures are russian disinformation agents or intentionally use the 60 to 40 method. However, their recent shift in rhetoric aligns with the pattern discussed in the thread.

1/5 The only way to get lasting peace in Europe is to properly defeat Russia in Ukraine.

That means destroying Putin’s regime.

Nothing short of that will lead to long-term peace Image
2/5 Russia is by far the biggest threat to Europe.

Most other threats are linked to it, financed by it, or backed by it and its allies.

Russia is one of the last imperialist regimes that sees genocide and land conquest as legitimate tools of statecraft Image
3/5 Putin wants to mark history.

Genocidal rhetoric, forced deportations, mass killings, and failure to reach strategic goals define his legacy.

If Europe does not stop him properly and make Russians remember for decades, it will be a historic failure Image

1/7 Trump continues to buy time for Putin.

Every time he blames Ukraine and refuses to pressure Russia, he buys Putin a few more months to bleed out.

Ironically, he’s not saving Russia by doing so but signing its downfall Image
2/7 Trump sides with Putin. Always has.

He pressures Ukraine, never Russia.

Maybe it’s blackmail. Maybe it’s ideology. Maybe it's because Putin is his idol.

Either way, Europe must expect nothing from him Image
3/7 We must work to keep the status quo.

Work Trump, extract what we can, and block him from helping Russia more than he already does.

He won’t save Ukraine, but he might just doom Russia Image

1/10 Underrated but urgent:

Europe needs its own social media platforms and better regulation of existing ones.

This is not just a tech issue. It is strategic and existential.

We cannot talk about strategic autonomy without including social media Image
2/10 If we talk about strategic autonomy, we must include social media.

Europe’s enemies and their allies use these platforms to divide and weaken us.

They have a near monopoly over what we use, and we barely respond Image
3/10 We try to regulate traditional media.

But we allow almost anything on social media. That makes no sense.

The threat is just as real, and often even bigger Image

1/7 Tomahawks won’t end Russia’s war on Ukraine.

Ukraine’s own drones, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles will.

Europe must stop waiting for Trump or Putin to act. They won’t.

It’s Europe’s duty to help Ukraine scale up and win Image
2/7 Last night showed again:

Europe, not the US, will be key to ending this war.

Trump offers nothing beyond the status quo, and even that will be hard to hold. It’s likely the best we can get.

Europe must stop waiting for Trump to act Image
3/7 The current setup is likely the best Ukraine and Europe can get:

US intel sharing and permission for Europe to buy US weapons for Ukraine.

We must do everything possible to preserve it.

Ukraine needs US weapons Image

1/4 Trump fell for it again.

He spoke with Putin just one day before meeting Zelensky and agreed to meet him in Budapest to discuss peace.

Budapest is Putin’s turf.

This is a delay tactic to stop Trump from selling missiles to Ukraine Image
2/4 Putin is buying time. Trump is giving it to him.

Instead of pushing forward with weapons for Ukraine, Trump is now chasing another empty summit.

This is how Russia avoids consequences and stalls support Image
3/4 Reminder: Trump has sent zero new aid to Ukraine.

He has imposed no new sanctions on Russia.

If he ever does something helpful, treat it as a surprise.

He is consistently weak on Russia Image

1/5 Ukraine has intensified its strikes and has now started hitting Russia’s power grid.

Russia has targeted Ukraine’s grid for years.

How will this shift impact the war and how Russians see it? Image
2/5 Both sides are fully committed to long-range strikes.

These are now the fastest way to shift momentum and accelerate the end of the war.

Ukraine is targeting oil refineries, defense production, and military infrastructure.

Russia targets everything, including civilians Image
3/5 Striking Russia’s power grid serves two goals.

It may deter Russia from hitting Ukraine’s grid, although that is unlikely.

And it brings the war home to ordinary Russians.

That pressure could change how the war is viewed inside Russia Image
